Barstool Boutique

I attempted to contact Barstool Boutique through the online site to get the status of my order and the site did not allow me to log-on. I made contact with customer service and was advised I requested the order be cancelled, but money for the order was withdrawn from my account. I did not cancel and actually wanted the order. I ultimately did not like the transaction and requested a refund

They've sent a few update emails, but I ordered a stool like 2 months ago and I'm still waiting on it...

Maybe don't even show it if I can't actually get it?

Picked what I wanted, paid for it, received it in a timely fashion, they were exactly as described. I'm pleased.

Had a problem with one of the five barstools I ordered. It was taken care of promptly and cheerfully. Would definitely recommend this company.

Zero customer service. No status update. I sent them several emails. No reply. Seems like a fly by night company. I'm not even sure if they're legit.

First time I've orders from them and of course the product I ordered still isn't it due to it being back ordered...

Everything came promptly and in good condition.
The stools are the right height and are very comfortable.

They are beautiful but unfortunately they scratch incredibly easily and have scratches anywhere you bump them or pass by with a purse on even. The wood is super sensitive and we would not have made this purchase had we known that and you can't return them.
