My sales rep was Tyler. I'll keep it short. Great service, clean and professional environment. Oh and they had the batterie that I couldn't find anywhere else. Been looking for about a week.
I advise anyone to NEVER do business with batteries plus on Davis Blvd in North Richland Hills because they don't stand up to their warranty,,I purchased a Lithium battery for my motorcycle and after a few months the battery failed and when I took it back in to have it checked out they told me that it wasn't under warranty although the book clearly says it has a 3 year warranty,,I called them several times and got no help so I'm stuck with a $150 unusable battery

Purchase battery from local store that has gone out of business. After three months battery failed. Now I have to drive 150 round trip miles to get warranty replacement.
We would NOT recommend going to this business for anything. They told us they had to order our new car Fob which they lost and when they finally found it 2 weeks later; We verified on the phone that they would program it because we lived 1hour away. Once we got there at the day and time they agreed to they refused to program it for us so we had to get our money back. They made lots of excuses why they would not program it for us at the time we agreed to be there and even blamed us. It even smelled like marijuana in the store. It was a huge waste of time and money!
Me and girls were talking about this with Annie at the luncheon and I was told the young lady who takes care of all us old broads so well with so much patience even when that black boy who wears his pants down so we get to see his crack or the white im not sure what he is talks to her so crudely and dismisses her as if he knows more. But i'm here to tell you she was the only reason I didnt go other places. She even helped and my neighbor in person one day at our home. Above and beyond she was and you didnt appreciate her well we see you! And what kind of man lets go a good worker at Christmas and I know she fights to stay healthy. We have seen her without her hair and her feeling under the weather but she still picked up a heavy battery and put it in my truck. You didnt appreciate your worker and karma works for all. We will look for her and I hope she is ok because you took a dump on the only worker that made it so I didnt mind paying for overpriced items I will spread this news to all I meet.
Tip for consumers:
it is a shame the only decent person at this store was let go..And at Christmas

I had one order from here. The batteries came as ordered BUT this was a situation for me when I needed a purchase from an online store. My personal advice for anyone - if you need batteries - get those in your local store. May be more expensive, but atleast you see what you`re buying.
I purchased a Duracell gold battery in November which is two months ago and the battery went dead with out notice. Had to jump the car which left me to call my brother who lives one hour away. Drove the car home which is a 2013 Dodge Journey, mind you the wheel has to be removed to get to the battery in the wheel well which they will not install. When this battery was purchased I commented that is looked like it had already been installed in another vehicle prier to my purchase of it because of a battery locking bar mark on it. But I was assured that was not possible. The next day the car started so I drove it to the batteries plus in Tyler and they tested the battery which they confirmed that the battery was only charging to a 50 percent charge and had a bad cell in it. Told them I would like a refund and they said it was over 14 days so I said fine they gave me another battery and I headed for our car in the parking lot. Got to the car and my son which was carrying the new battery he had acid down his arm. Another bad battery they said. Gave us a third battery as they still refused us a refund. Did not want a third bad battery so I had to call customer service plus which they called the General Manager and he contacted me back. Had to explain the whole situation to customer service and the GM which he agreed to a refund but he said because I paid with cash it would be a mailed check that would take 1 to 3 weeks after a sketchy conversation about fraud and some other stuff that does not make sense with a cash transaction. Told the GM that I need the money to get a working battery for car which he refused and said he could do nothing else which got more rude as conversation went on. Also informed him of leaving negative and he did not care. So I had to go to advanced auto parts where I bought another battery while I wait for a 1 to 3 week refund. Also kept my core battery and need to pay hospital bill for my sons arm and wasted gas money as far as I'm concerned. Horrible store, Duracell batteries are horrible and the store and is ran horrible from my view. Never again.
I was disappointed after I paid $65 to have my iPhone battery replaced. The new battery that Batteries plus put in, doesn't seem to hold charge any better than the old battery. I still have to charge the battery twice a day. Odd, Isn't it?
These batteries do not last, they are no good and then batteries plus fights you on warranty, go somewhere else and save yourself a lot of hassle
I bought 2 6 volt rv batteries less then 4 months ago, it was a great experience and have recommended them many times.
Now that being said. I had the worst customer service experience in my life with any retailer today at your Prescott Valley. Arizona location. My wife and I stopped by to express my concerns about the two batteries I brought. This guy that wouldn't tell me his name told me I was an idiot and I must have screwed up the batteries, I sell many of these batteries and never have I had this issue. Very very argumentative and disrespectful to me and my wife. I'm not an idot or stupid, when I told him I have been working on cars, trucks and rv's for many years and he said I dought that I've been doing this longer than you are old. What a way to address a retired 68 year old.
So now I guess I'm stuck with two batteries that don't hold a charge. It may only be one but nonetheless my jack wont go up and down
Key Fob batteries CR2025 are poorest quality. Don't waste your money on Batteries Plus. I purchased a 2 pack $10.00 and batteries died after only 9 months.
The store clerk was rude. I will never purchase from this store again.
Took a car battery back to them, that still had a warranty. I had taken it out of the vehicle because I was working on it and stored the battery in my garage. When I reinstalled the battery it wouldn't crank. I put a battery charger on it, but it wouldn't charge. I took it back out of my vehicle and put it in the garage with the charger on it, and it wouldn't get above 6.5 volts. Took it to the Temple Texas store and attempted to explain it to the salesperson what was going on. He immediately told me, without listening to me about what had happened, that it was abuse and the warranty was voided. I asked him what made him think it was abuse, and was told because it was below 10 volts. What? That makes no sense. Like an idiot I bought a new battery, which I should have went somewhere else, and left, definitely not a happy customer. Believe me, that will be the last time I get a battery, or anything else from Battery Plus. Buyers beware, read the other reviews and STAY AWAY
Ruined my phone and key fob and wouldn't even meet me half way. All they care about is a dollar. Please go somewhere else for business!
Don't buy batteries from them, will do anything to get out of warranty on a new battery. Very displeased with the Managers attitude in Bullhead City, Arizona

Like other 1 star reviews indicate; don't expect this place to actually honor any warranty. I brought in a battery that was just a few days past 2 years old. The battery has a 3 year warranty; almost a year left. But they won't honor the warranty. Little child working at the counter took my battery & said he wouldn't want to try & charge it, because it was obviously frozen & the sides were bulging out.
He said he'd have wait for the manager to come back, then he'd call me. Apparently employees can't do anything without a manager holding their hand. The child called me back after a few hours of waiting. Said the manager decided they weren't going to honor the warranty, or do anything about about it. So I went & got the battery back.
I'll definitely be contacting the manufacturer directly, as well as corporate. This store is a joke & the manager is an incompetent stain. My family has went there for years, but obviously won't be back there ever again.

Another battery warranty story. About 9 months old, defective. A good battery should never go down to 2 volts. They had all kinds of reasons that I was responsible (like they regularly practiced saying them), and refused to honor the "full warranty " stated on the receipt. They offered me a token $20 discount off the $115 battery if I bought the replacement. "Of course" they said, it would have a full warranty.

Avoid Batteries Plus at all cost

DO NOT GET LIFETIME WATCH BATTERY REPLACEMENT HERE! I have bought the lifetime battery replacement for several watches and all of my Michael Kors watches. And, they have them in their system. The problem is that you never see what your battery # is or what battery # they enter in their system or get any proof that you paid for the lifetime replacement on that watch. So, when I brought my Michael Kors blue and pink watches in today that I had PAID $25 each for lifetime battery replacement, they rejected them. Why? Because they said they had a different battery# listed next to them in their system. I told them you replaced the batteries and you entered it in your system, how am I responsible for the battery # being incorrect. I never saw the battery. He just said too bad thats not what the system shows! I even told him that they had replaced the battery in the pink watch a few times and he replied that he could see that, but I must have replaced the insides or something. WHAT!
Purchased an X2 battery for my pickup 2 years ago. It was supposed to have a 5 year warranty. At 1 year, the battery failed. BatteryPlus replaced it under warranty. That also failed at 1 year. Batteries Plus says that they fulfilled the warranty but now instead of having a battery for 5 year, mine only lasted 2 year total for the original and a replacement. So I feel like I paid the higher price for a 5 year battery but got a 2 year battery. I feel like they own me for 3 year.
I tried to post this on their website but they only post the 5 and 4 star reviews. My suggestion is don't buy batteries at BatteriesPlus. They don't stand behind their products. Personally, I won't buy anything from them.

Brought in a completely dead 5 month old lithium motorcycle battery with 31 months left on the warrantee (Largo, FL location) and the guy told me that they won't do anything. His quote "There must be something going on... lithium batteries done just fail". What a load of Chinese crap. I like to support local shops, but I'm going with Amazon!
Tip for consumers:
Don't! Find a place that honors warrantees.

Had an awful experience with Batteries Plus. Purchased a motorcycle battery a month ago, left the bike untouched for a few weeks, and when I tried starting it, the battery was completely dead. Connected it to my battery tender, which had worked flawlessly for five previous batteries and 15 winters. Shockingly, the "fine print" in the warranty prevented a replacement, claiming that charging the battery voided it. This has never occurred before. I strongly advise avoiding this store and seeking batteries elsewhere. Regrettably, after buying four other motorcycle batteries from Batteries Plus, they've lost a loyal customer.
I am a motorcycle enthusiast with a number of bikes. I've been buying all my batteries from batteries plus for about seven years. Even though their price was higher than just about ever place else, they are convenient and usually have what I need in stock. Also, I inaccurately assumed they would honor their warranty. Their mission seems to be to wear you down with days of testing and calling corporate until you give up and go somewhere else and buy a battery. IMO, they don't care if you don't come back as long as they don't have to replace your battery. After two days of charging the battery would not charge. They wanted to do another test that would take another 18 hours. I gave up at that point.
One other item, after the battery failed and would not charge in my vehicle, I removed it serviced it with distilled water and tried to charge it again. It still would not go above 3.8 volts. Lars at the Lake Worth Texas store claimed that I had overfilled it and that I should have used "Motorcycle Battery Acid" instead of distilled water. There is no such thing as motorcycle battery acid. H2SO4 is sulfuric acid no matter what kind of battery you put it in and you should never add anything to a lead acid battery except distilled or de-ionized water. They do have a very nice clean facility and friendly people. It is unfortunate that people like me don't read reviews until they have a problem. Batteries Plus has a 1.8 out of five stars and is not accredited by the BBB.
I purchased a motorcycle battery two months ago and it just didn't hold a charge well. I took my motorcycle in for other repairs and my mechanic said the battery didn't test well, thus he replaced it. I took my defensive battery to batteries plus and asked for a store credit since I didn't need a replacement. I thought that was fair! Sales person said no only replacement! I've worked retail for 13 years and can't believe how I was treated and lack of customer care. I've been a customer for years but I'm done with them. Batteries Plus you need to take care of your customers!
Original purchase came with 5 yr warranty. Just before 4 years battery at 50%. Had to occasionally get jumped. Took it to store. Tested at 50%. Vehicle alternator fine. Gave me free replacement but only good for 1 yr warranty. Quite a hassle. Not much advantage over similar batteries that cost 1/2. Now they only give 4 year warranty. Judge for yourself.

Horrible, when you make an appointment and you drive an hour to get there to find out, they don't have somebody who fixes phones on the weekends. Funny, you shouldn't be able to make an appointment on a day. Nobody's there, much less you think somebody would call me and tell me when they get in that day to say hey ma'am, there's nobody here that can fix the phone don't waste your time, total bull$#*! not very helpful whatsoever waste of my time in the girl act like she could give a $#*!. Too bad zero is not a rating.

Worst place you can buy a battery from. They lie to their customers, and the warranty is good for nothing. I bought three batteries, one battery was free maintenance two they never said anything to me and when I brought it back they didn't do anything for me besides say they can't do anything, not even a credit when my battery still had warranty. Not going to recommend battery plus to anyone.
Twice, I have bought batteries and promised no hassle replacement while in warranty. Both of these batteries went bad and both times instead of replacement I was told they would put it on a charger for a week and I would have to come back. 20 mile trip! I promised the person today, that I would spend no more with their company. He acted as if he didn't care so I'm done!
Bad customer service!
