Battery Clerk

The battery for the Dell Laptop was not the same as the part number that i entered from the old battery. It is larger. For some reason, the computer cannot tell how much of the battery life is left nor can it tell if it is charging or not.

The battery does work.

Prices are good but web site search is terrible. Hard to find the lowest price by AH rating or battery type. Search needs to be more granular.

It took a while to ship (I did contact you and you quickly shipped) but the darn battery, while it appears to charge, is not working. If I pull the charging plug, the computer shuts down and will not restart unless I plug back in. I suspect it is some sort of Lenovo game, that they are forbidding aftermarket batteries . . . fed up and giving up at this point.

I am ordering because the replacement for my replacement stopped working. Not a purchase I would refer to make but battery clerk staff are very helpful

Battery arrived and appears to be working as intended. Took a little longer to arrive than I had hoped, but I assume that was due to the current lockdown.

Difficult and frustrating customer service. I bought defective batteries from them, and it's impossible to get a happy result. AVOID

Ordered some sealed batteries for the first time from Batteryclerk. Arrived on time but one was cracked. I let customer service know and they had a replacement coming in 2 days, no hassle. Great to have such great service e and competitive prices.

I placed my order on May 4 that went very smoothly and quickly, but I will be receiving the battery closer to the end of May or beginning of June. This is kind of surprising because I was originally told that it would take a week to arrive.

Good price easy to navigate web site. paid extra for overnight shipping. Batteries should have arrived Friday. Some arrived Monday the res arrived Tuesday. Waiting to hear back on the refund.

I continue to use Battery Clerk for the reasons stated above. Their prices are as good or better than everyone else, including the big box store websites (and about 1/2 the price of the auto parts stores). If you have a question the people working there are friendly, helpful, and quick to respond (by email) or, as I recall from previous times, available on the phone. Lastly, they ship right away, and their two day shipping is done at a fair price.

We ordered four APC Smart-UPS SUA2200 12V 18Ah UPS Replacement Batteries. We received three. When we contacted the vendor, they basically said it was not their problem. The issue can definitely be traced back to the shoddy product packaging. The batteries are very heavy, but are packaged in a thin box. Company's product is okay. Just don't expect any meaningful assistance if there is a problem.

Battery was not exact fit as it said, was half an inch bigger all the way around. But I made it work by cutting the box a little

My Item took way to long to arrive and at one point i was given a tracking number that said my item was delivered, but I hadn't received it yet. I finally got it, but it was not without issues....

Purchased a battery for my 09 HD Streetglide, best price I could find compared to others. Very fast shipping, received in 2-3 days after placing order. Definitely would recommend and will use again if needed.

The PSVita battery that I ordered worked great. It took a long time to get it though and we didn't get an ETA on when it was going to get here.

Battery arrived when promised, perfect fit replacement, fully charged and seems more powerful than original.

After getting a confirmation that my order had been received, I had no idea if the item was in stock or not and no estimate was provided of when it might ship. A week later, I was informed it was shipping. I've ordered this battery before from other vendors and was kept informed at every stage.

That's pretty subpar for an online store in my opinion. Would not use again.

I believe it took too long to receive the batteries. Customer service is fine. I received two batteries but one seems to be defective. I sent it back to be replaced.

Website was easy to navigate, I found exactly what I needed at a great price, and completed my ordering without complication. I asked for 2 day delivery and it came early on the second day. I received several emails updating me with order status throughout those two days. I will definitely use batteryclerk.com again.

I needed these batteries for my wife's handicap scooter because we are leaving on a trip in a few days. If I hadn't gotten the batteries when I did, she would have lost out on several things we planned to do.
