Very easy to navigate and check out. I was very happy to find some favorite battery operated Candle Impressions candles here. I look forward to receiving them! Update: Yay... I received my order quickly and I'm enjoying my new candles, with a few set aside as gifts. I was really impressed with how they made sure each item was securely wrapped and protected from damage. I will certainly order again and I've shared their website with friends and family.
I ordered online two (5201-76) battery operated COUNTRY candles 6" $8.95/ea., flicker bulb, 64" cord, fluted base! What arrived was (two 2) Primative (5201-76B) 4.5", flat base, non-flicker bulb, with a 60" cord@ $9.85/each. Attempted to converse with "customer service rep", who was beyond rude and condescending, telling me, "they had a snow storm, she was the only one there, etc, etc." She was totally detached in listening to my problem, talking down to me, talking "over" me and just wouldn't LISTEN. When I finally got to state my issue, she told me "You ordered what you got!" What I got was NOTHING like what I ordered! I know EXACTLY what I ordered because I printed out picture. She initially hung up on me, I immediately called back! Again RUDE, rude, rude! She tells me "you're not listening to me!" Absolute disgraceful behavior. She snaps at me "BARKING: "I'm just going to send you a return label" I said "Thank you"-again she hung up in my ear! Customer service is non-existence at this facility. Could not include photos on this site-tried x 5, that's my limit! I then read reviews on Battery Operated Candles, apparently this company is notorious for their putting people off once the sale is made. My advice would be NOT to do business with this company-they do not want to stand by their products!

Don't order from this company- if anything is wrong with the order/product, they are not receptive to helping you!!!! Read the reviews!

None! The company played a "bait & switch" for a more expensive item that was NOT what I ordered!!!
We have had battery operated candles with the dual light bulbs, for years. I ordered 5 more candles and more dual light bulbs. When I opened the candles today, I was extremely disappointed. At first I thought they were plastic. I think they are just very thin piece of metal. Our old ones are heavy brass and we have loved them. These are quite inferior and we are just very disappointed they have let that happen to their product.
I like the variety of candles in the quantity that I need. It saves me time from having to visit different stores only to find that they do not have what I need or they are out of stock.
very confusing checkout. you should be allowed to put persons name on shipping address and not only name on billing address
I have ordered from you previously and was pleased with the electric candles I received. Hence, no hesitation in reordering from you.
The website says"continue to shipping" in the middle of the order. Most sites say"submit order" at the end. This required a call to your customer service to help fill it out.
It would have been nice to receive some type of special discount since I am buying so many of these candles.
Lots of options, clear information, very specific about what is included or not. The items are good quality and work well. I had an item accidentally left out of my order, after contacting the company via phone the matter was resolved quickly and I received the remainder of the order very fast.
Easy online purchase but waiting to see if this arrives in tact and before Christmas...fingers crossed!
My problems with your company:
(1)shipping charges too high (2) I spent a lot of time in the past 3 weeks filling out my cart and it was deleted both times. When I create a cart, I expect it to be saved! It was a waste of my time so I just purchased one item.
I was looking for candles that match what I have already. I found exactly what I was looking to get.
I was disappointed you were out of something things I wanted to order - didn't make the $99 free shipping threshold and wanted to order these things while they were on sale.
I wish there had been a place to designate the giftee's info specifically. I'm concerned that confusion will result from the way I had to do things.
Eaaasy experience. Good prices. The lanterns are perfect. They will look great in my fireplace mantle at Christmas.
I am very disappointed with the candles, because so far 2 do not work. and I haven't finished checked the others yet.
only wish you had different shipping options and told me an estimated delivery date. I would have like to expedite it.

I've always been happy with this site's selection, service and products. It often is the only one with unique sizes
really like the variety of products you offer. A video of how the moving flame works/looks would be helpful
An item I wanted to order multiple of was not in stock. May not meet the minimum when it is back instock to qualify for free shipping.

I tried to buy these yesterday, but the website would not let me enter my payment info. Very frustrating. So I triedd again today, and all went well.
No issues. I called the customer care line for additional information and found the representative to be very helpful.
Called to confirm that my order would be received by Christmas and the customer service was very helpful as well as pleasant and kind.
