If I could give no stars, or a minus score, I definitely would. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Still haven't received order from 1st June. Always getting fobbed off with excuses upon excuses. They always reply with "we appreciate your patience". I ran out of patience with this company a long time ago. They should be CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY and no longer able to trade! They won't even offer refunds. £44 they owe me. They are just a bunch of THIEVES!

Fell for these rotten bastards, hate been ripped off, just don't understand how they were allowed to advertise on massive platforms like Facebook and Instagram, £20 out of pocket, same as everyone else, generic bull$#*! emails sent back, fuming
I have ordered the beary hub AB roller in April understandably COVID happened, however today we are approaching end of October 2020 they keep promising to ship but no results. I have been laid to via email with false promises to this date. I have also asked for my refund and they said because they shipped the product already hence will not refund again another lie. Please do not do business with this company unless you are donating to their luxury spending account.

I ordered a flashlight in august still not recieved it, they dont even bother to reply anymore.no refund. Just a scam. How they get on facebook. Unfortunately cant put less than one star
Ordered some stuff, after no delivery emailed them, they return an email that is nice enough, but seems robotic. They state they are looking into my issue but never get back to me otherwise. Must be a scam, wish I had looked up the company on internet before buying... everyone says to avoid.
Do NOT order anything from this company. I ordered a birthday present for my dad back at the beginning of May 2020. I spent months and months constantly emailing them and they blamed the courier or Covid. They sent me on a wild goose chase and kept responding with the same template email offering zero refunds or a solution. Finally, I was able to get my bank involved and they were able to get a refund on my behalf. They are the worst company and have the most atrocious customer care service ever!
I have messaged them on several occasions and get the same dribble each time that they will look into it. Nothing but thieving scum bags. Never buy from from them.
Ordered in April, now October, and have a volume of emails from this farce of a company, each one contradicting the previous one. Stay away from them, Facebook should publish a warning as that is where most people have come across them! DISGUSTING!

Ordered the leather upholstery cream on 5th May 2020 but before it had been shipped out to me I requested a refund, which they stated could not happen as the item had been shipped. So I waited and waited for the package to arrive - eventually it did on 13th August. The package and tub was damaged. So I emailed them pictures requesting that they do something about it. I kept getting the same email stating that someone would look into it and get back to me. Date today is 4th November - six months later and it's still not resolved. The company aren't even replying to my emails anymore. My advise - stay clear of this company - do not buy anything from them. They proved unreliable, told lies (being delivered and it wasn't when I requested my money back) and now they ignore my emails. Not great customer service Bearyhub! Oh and they blamed Covid 19 for the hold up - this was conveniently used even though the parcel was shipped from China!
I ordered a flashlight torch on the 30th August and still to this day I am still being told were trying to get all our orders out bare with us and we will contact you with any news on your order, well I say this is a joke and have asked for a refund of my money, let's see how this goes then. Disgrace
Ordered an inflatable boxing punch from them, paid £29, off debit card, on 16th April 2020, not hear a thing, no email confirmation of shipping. Don't fall for the fb advert.
This company does not deliver the products you order and never issue a refund. Say it is in transit... Rubbish! Paypal wouldnt refund my money either...
I purchased some skin tag removal patches on 9 June 2020 and have still not received them at the time of writing (25 July). One expects shipping to have been disrupted by the Covid-19 crisis but we received many orders from China (via AliExpress) and the US during the same period without much delay. I still have not received the tracking number promised in the original purchase email, which feels like a scam.
In correspondence with them they wrote long, waffle-filled emails making excuses, blaming Covid-19 and the shipping company who failed to inform them of "customs clearance issues" and then stating that "this is the first that had happened to us". When I demanded a refund as is standard practice in the UK, they refused, saying that they only offer refunds for damaged items.
In short, avoid: you may never see your purchase and even if you do, save yourself the bother of having to deal with a company that has such appalling service.

Similar experience to other reviewers. Order placed in August, followed up in October, obligatory email blaming Covid for the delay. Now it is mid way through November and still nothing has arrived and from what i can tell the website has now been taken down. BYE BYE money... The only thing to do now is warn others.
Ordered resistance bands in April and despite many emails sent have still not received the product. I have got many deliveries from as far as China and Australia so can't understand the delay. Do not buy from this website as I believe it may be some sort of scam

Have contacted them various times only to get the same reply back that they are looking into the matter.
I've ordered it on April 18,2020, it's now August 15,2020. Merchandise is not received yet. They just kept promising it will come, but did not. I placed a stop payment. It's been almost 5 mos will see. POOR SERVICE. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

As the title says I never received item ordered 3 months ago. Emailed the company a month ago and got a generic reply saying how sorry they are and how they would be too if this happened to them. Emailed again looking for a full refund and 3 months later I'm still waiting.
