Better Than Pants

Been almost a month now. Keep trying to contact them. Never answer. They are quick to take your money and then never deliver. Repeatedly left messages. Repeatedly tried calling. Sat on chat requests. Never even once have I gotten someone to answer. Don't understand why 2 t-shirts is an impossible thing. Would never have ordered if I could get design somewhere else. Doubt now they could even produce them. Its criminal theft is what it is. Can't complain about quality, shipping, packaging, or even customer service, since they don't seem to be able to do anything other than steal from you. I vote 5 stars for theft.

This is the worst company I have ever had anything to do with. I placed my order in mid June, a shirt intended for a birthday gift. My payment was taken immediately, but the item never arrived. I placed a complaint with my credit card company at which time I was contacted by this bogus NOT Better than Pants company saying it had been on back order and would be on its way. We are now in Sept. And I have yet to receive the shirt. This seems to be a scam company set up to rip off the consumer. It should be shut down! Do Not Order anything from them.

Ordered 9 shirts, paid rushed processing and $33.99 for two day shipping, but just received the shirts 12 days later! No communication after several emails. Will be returning them unopened, and contacting the BBB if they do not refund the entire purchase including shipping. Stay away.

Purchased 5 shirts from them, No reply for 27 days emails or Phone. They use a Google phone number which is a Red Flag as well. I should of done some research before ordering but if i can help anyone else please don't purchase from them. I am filing a dispute now I never received any of my products. Do Not Buy From Them! The 5 star ratings are most likely fake on here! Everyone else has been taken!

Yeah my shirts finally arrived 5 weeks after ordering them, but their contact info is useless because they will not return your calls or reply to your emails. I sat around for 3 weeks thinking I had been scammed and almost purchased duplicate shirts from another site. They apparently don't value their customers. I would take my business elsewhere if I were you.

I order $75 worth of merchandise. It never was shipped, I messaged the company 3 times with no response. What the actual hell. So did I just lose my money? Please don't buy from here.

Order placed and accepted on 12/7. Their page says 3-5 business days to prepare then 3-5 days to arrive at destination. This is day 12 and still nothing. No tracking info etc. Meant as Xmas present. My bad!

No response to phone calls or emails regarding the status (and cancellation) of an order for two t-shirts. Finally after contacting PayPal to intervene, the supplier decides to ship the items three weeks after the order was made. I'm working on a full refund.

Ordered shirts on Aug. 5th. Got an email confirming the received my order & MY MONEY... skip to Sept. 3rd... still nothing... no items. I checked the tracking and it still says they are processing my order. They have been doing this since Aug. 5th... No one responds to the 3 emails I sent or the live chat option they have but no one answers. I think I just got robbed! Stay far away from these type of companies...

I ordered 2 t shirts as gifts. After reading reviews I attempted to contact them... there is no customer support, no contact what so ever. It's been a month and I've called their false customer support number, have left over 10 emails and nothing... no shirts, no response... stole my money! Calling my credit card company next... avoid... someone needs to be jailed!

Spent almost $70 with the company and never received my order, email confirmation, or a reponse back. I emailed and called about a dozen times since I ordered on June 17th. Still no response... I've paid through PayPal so I'm hoping they'll at least send my money back to get some other Father's day presents.

I ordered on 12/8/2020. Their site says they ship around 3 days after ordering and my credit card was charged the day I put in my order. Try weeks. I didn't get my order in till after Christmas on 12/28/2020. Prior to receiving my shipment, I repeatedly tried to contact them. Never got a response from them.

I placed an order on August 4th for an upcoming camping trip. I've left numerous e-mails and voice mails, no response. It's totally ridiculous. I'm contacting the better business bureau and trying to get money back from my credit card company.

This company is a scam. They got my money and I never received any T-shirts silly me I even paid for faster delivery

I've called this company maybe 50 times nobody ever answers the phone. No one returns your voice man it's a Google voice number. They don't answer emails it's too bad I really wanted my products and what I ordered much much more from them if they would have just sent my stuff.

After prolonged attempts to reach this company. I reached out to the Better Business Bureau online. I was connected to the correct office for this company's location. Within a week I had a full refund. Gather as much info as you can about your purchase transaction and BetterThanPants.com info (available on their website) and file a complaint. They will reach out to the company and you should get satisfaction finally. Good luck!

And by 'Switch', i mean they switched to nothing. Nothing is what I got for my money. They are Probably using the money you sent them to defend against trademark infringement lawsuits from the Cohen Brothers and The Big Lebowski rights holders... because you aren't getting a shirt that's for sure. If no stars was an option that's what they deserve. Also jail. These guys are straight up petty crooks on an internet scale.

There is no customer service/ support. Ordered three t-shirts, the shirts are poor quality, and all shirts were printed grossly off center. They never responded. No excuse.
Just go elsewwhere. I have advised I do not want to pay thru PAYPAL. No response either way. Waste of money, and not cheap. Two other friends had similar dealings. F-.

Paid for shirts 45 days ago. Never received a tracking number or email saying they shipped. Sent 5 emails with no response. Paypal has tried to contact them with no luck. Stay away. Stay far away.

I ordered a t-shirt from these people on April 3,2021. I sent them an e-mail and tried calling them and left a message on April 23rd and April 27th and have heard nothing. I have since filed a complaint with PayPal. Best stay away from them.

POOR! Order $67.00 worth of TShirts on Aug 4th. Still nothing. I have emailed & called them with NO success. I am filing a claim with my bank and reporting them to the authorities. Also, on their web page it shows a NY address but on my bank statement is says California.

I ordered shirts on August 5th. They charged my card right away. Most e-commerce sites charge once the product is shipped. Well, its now 5 weeks later and the product has not shipped. I sent an email, I filled out their contact form on their website, and I have called them twice (got voicemail) and they have never taken the time to respond. Stay away!

I am quite sure they don't actually sell product and that this site is just a scam to take people's money. Find a different vendor regardless of their discounted prices... You will never see your ordered merchandise.
