The quality of vegetables and fruits that bb sends is of a very poor quality. Looks very fresh on the app when you order but what reaches home is pathetic.
I have ordered today 11am and my ordered delivered time is 5 pm to 8 pm but still not received and without my permission reschedule my order. Overall wrong commitment by your team management and seniors. And Friends not any order or shopping to big basket. This is fraud company.
Don't buy any vegetables from big basket these people are doing fraud business. I ordered 3days ago nobody didn't call me and saying that after connecting to customer care, I have mentioned wrong address so order is given to someone.
First of all nobody called me and I'm waiting for my order finally these people saying that money will not be refunded.

Don't buy anything from big basket it my humble request.
They will deliver order as per their convenient time not as per your selected time slot, even if you call their customer care they wil be rude with you, they will say that delivery people have many orders we can not deliver yours on time if you want cancel. That's how their attitude is. Absolutely hopeless app ever. Never using it again and going share this with my friends, social media and everywhere i can to let them know how worst this app and people who are working for it.

I ordered Vanilla Protein Powder and I received atta with insect. I returned it and Big Basket is accusing me of changing the product to atta. They did not investigate the delivery guy or the management where the product is kept, they just assume I changed the product.
I feel defeated because no one was open to listen to reason. Bunch of irrational people.

My delivery was cancelled without information and no refund given they say they take 48 hours for the refund to get credit the same that BigBasket is using tata's name and spoiling the name every other app reference to the upi is refunded immediately but not this cheater company they are surviving on our money by keeping it for more than 48 hours shame on you big basket get their name removed from this company
Most useless app. They don't place the order on time. Even they don't even bother to give any update on that. It can be more than 1 hour 30 mins. Either you have to wait or cancel your order. Very bad experience...
My experience with a big basket was fantastic, I buy veggies regularly from a big basket and I have to say they have very fresh fruits and vegetables. And mostly saying that I don't have to be in a que or have to go buying vegetables from the shop, BigBasket has proved to be everything I wanted in an online supermarket for me. Helpline providers are always able to assist you with any kind of query.
After ordering regularly with big basket I was surprised to see that the reason for rejection was address not found as they delivered regularly to the same address and request all the costumer not this delivery service is not worthy the delivery guy coming to my parking area has gone saying he can't come to third floor
Worst service delivery guy says I was at the customers door step and called the customer on mobile, me call could connect so order was cancelled and the same story he repeated next day. Though I have informed customer care that I was in the house and nobody came to deliver the products, the delivery executive is lying now I am again waiting for re-delivery and from 1 pm to 4 pm I will keep the house door open to see whether the delivery guy comes to deliver the products or not. They have cancelled my ordered saying due to operational constraints my order is cancelled. Why is big basket going so down these day first if you compare the prices big basket have high price compared to blinkit and on top blinkit is giving delivery in 15 to minutes and big basket take full one day and on top of that they lye that deliver attempted ridiculous and worst service by Big Basket pls don't spoil Ratan Tatas name

Accepting the order prior 3 days Order No:EXN*******008 &******* and showing order accepted and on the same day the item is out of delivery. Again shows on the same hours that its cancelled - backend auto canceled someone or miss managed or just non committed show. Cannot be at all trusted and that I am surprised with the name associated as TATA. While writing this I feel I am disrespecting RATAN JI tata sir which I feel ashamed of. But the entire process and delivery management is a mess and full of non commitment…

The payment gateway failed for 3rd time and the order automatically converts into COD. The order got placed without a payment gateway. Why the heck do you provide vouchers and coupons when the payment fails all the time and converts into COD. What kind of dumb logic is that. Do you know the voucher doesn't apply later on for failed payments? Or is this a scam from BB?

We have ordered grocery and fresh fruits to reach my disabled relatives in Howrah. West Bengal. The order no's are MKOO-************** on 18/04. Latest order no MKOO-************** on 20/04.
Since the last 4 days they say delivery boy is on the way and then say order cancelled due to operational constraints at 10:30 pm IST.
Nobody answers the toll free number when called. A stupid chatbot irritates you further when you get to chat mode of support.
This is very frustrating. Though we had bad experiences earlier, we tried again due to the TATA name being associated with it.
Anyway if you want to order, order at own risk and wait indefinitely in anticipation of the order delivery.
I placed the order in big basket for the very first time and it has been a terrible mistake. My order was supposed to be delivered today at 2.30 to 4.30 pm but I requested the customer service to please prepone the order. They said that it's not possible but they confirm that the order will reach to me at the mentioned time. Then I get a call at 2:00 pm around which is almost the time of the delivery time I should receive my orders at and they tell me that the order can't be delivered today and it is rescheduled for tomorrow. I requested them that I have an event at my house so please extend the timing but I need it today but they said it's not possible today and will be done tomorrow. So as far as the reviews go. A big No to whoever is preferring to order from big basket to get their products delivered on time and put faith in them that they'll deliver your order to you within the mentioned time as promised, they don't.
This is the very first time I ordered from big basket. Instead of getting a preference or discount for a first customer, they inform you at the very end that it's gonna be delivered tomorrow. Let alone I'm doubting the products that will reach me tomorrow. I hope it's worth the wait. It makes me furious that I had an event and I trusted big basket. I thought I have confirmed with the customer service and they have promised to deliver it on time so it should be fine but then at the time of delivery this happens. My day has been messed up already.

Very disappointing service of big basket. They did not delivered the stuff in the time slot. When I called, they just informed that they will not be delivering the order and on being asked on rescheduling the order, big basket team denied and said that there are no slots available for the following day. Big basket doesnt value its customers and want them to suffer for their mistakes.
I ordered vegetables,paid around 390/-
They cancelled and rescheduled for more than a week and now I have a balance of 100/- in my account, I stay in a complex where security is 24/7 still the delivery agent cancelled saying no one at home

Very bed services three time place in order but didn't delivered. My ticket number #*******055. Friday is my slot time but forword to Monday but not delivered.
At the outset, I must thank BigBasket for delivering groceries few times during lockdown. However, they have no control over the quality of fruits & vegetables that are being delivered or transportation of the products. At times, the items a lying on the floor of the vehicle. Customer Service is a big zero.
The site is user-friendly to search for products but one has to take a trip to the moon to lodge a complaint. The site has been made in such a way that one has to spend hours searching for a path to complaint. There is an exchange system but who will exchange items worth 50 & 100 rupees when getting a Delivery Slot is so difficult.
I have faced issues with quality of products, cancellation of critical items, shortage of delivery, damaged items, refund, technical issues etc., etc. but Customer Service has been pathetic. Even these days, there will be nobody on the Chat Option. If one calls up Customer Service, there will be vague response & nil resolution. They will promise to call back but NEVER has anyone called back.
Spending an hour or so, one groups 15 to 20 items in the Basket. Though these items are seen as available, few of them (at times more than 50% of the items) will be knocked off the list stating they are not available? After payment, there will be no delivery slots. One has to keep checking every time to see if there is a slot available. By the time a slot is available, another 25% of the items are not available. Advance against order is paid after a slot is available. Next day, a mail will be received that some items are not available. Then we have to wait for a 3 hours window as the actual timing of the vehicle is not know. Even after all the reductions in the list of items, there are times when the delivered items are short of the final order. What kind of Stock Control is this?
Recently I have been facing technical issue wherein there are several Delivery Slots seen during the day but at Payment Stage during checkout, there is a message that no delivery slot is available.
I have sent several emails to Customer Service with screenshots of the error but each time some different person responds with different interpretation of the issue and zero resolution. Instead of escalating the issue within their technical team, BigBasket is ignoring the complaints because they are currently full with Orders. This is really frustrating. By the time the issue is sorted, most of the items will not be available, as the way it happened last time too.
Yesterday & today, I have sent emails to the CEO of BigBasket but yet to receive a response. If they are not bothered about Customer Service, very soon Customers will look for options. Kindly review your operations & review before it is too late.
The delivery people have a habit of updating it as "delivered" as soon as the order is placed...this is worst...I ordered chicken at 8:15 and the order is updated as delivered and the delivery is made after 1.5 hrs...worst stupidest and obnoxious service...
Customer experience is poor. Deliver person will call saying order can not be delivered and he will cancel the order. Then you will get sms saying you have cancelled your order.

My college friends refered big basket site. So I ordered some grocery items from it. They given some discount on the itmes. & delivered within few hours.
For last 3 months we have been ordering from Bigbasket, but the quality of products is simply awful. We received expired yogurts, rotten vegetables, and this time we received two packs of frozen berries from Delish company that expired one months back (in November, and we received the product on December, 11th). It's so shameful, very bad experience. They simple send old expired products just to get money. Horrible company, poor service.
