We ordered a retractable side awning for our deck. We received it before the promised date in perfect condition. However when we reviewed it, it was obvious it was not going to work for our situation, Customer Support was very responsive and helpful. We were able to ship it back at no cost to us, and are receiving a refund. Customer SUpport was very polite all the way through the process. We will be return customers for sure. Thank you
I bought this dresser and when we open the package both corners were broken off One of them didn't even have a corner protector on it. I contacted the company as Amazon told me to and they just kept sending me the same request send pictures and I sent pictures of the packaging all four sides of the broken pieces. Only response I got was to send me pictures. After I sent the pictures three times I never heard from him again and it was then too late for the 30-day return policy. Not to mention the fact that I would have to pay the shipping to send it back. This is a nine drawer dresser with a mirror. It would have cost almost as much to send it back as it was to buy it in the first place. I don't get a special rate. I will never do business with them again.
I ordered a beautiful ceiling light fixture that was delivered with a damaged part. It could've happened in manufacturing or transit. Although slightly disappointed, that stuff happens and I'm sure was not the fault of Bison. I'm grateful for Noah in customer service who assisted me in getting a replacement part delivered to enjoy our beautiful light.

I purchased the Tuscany Reclaimed Pine End Table for my home. I needed a table wide enough to hold the weight of my varidesk. It arrived very well packaged, had all the tools and screws necessary, clear instructions, easily constructed and a truly great piece of furniture. This isn't cheap wood, it is thick, chunky and sturdy. I had an issue with delivery from fedex that I was unable to resolve. One quick call to their customer service dept who remedied the issue right away and I received the package in a day. Thank you! I will definitely come back for any future needs.
We recently purchased a kitchen table and four chairs. They were received quickly and we are delighted with the quality and value of the set. We did contact customer service and received a very fast response and excellent service. Would highly recommend and would purchase from them again in the future.

I purchased four pieces of Sauder Furniture to decorate my new office. The items all arrived in perfect condition, but one piece was missing. Bison Furniture immediately started researching the issue and located the missing item. It was shipped out immediately and Bison continually updated me on the status. I reached out to company because a piece broke. They were so quick and helpful! They got me a replacement part immediately!
Do not do business with these people! They will consistently lie to you about your order and then keep your money! They don't even have a customer service manager that will return phone calls or respond to emails. The "manager" responsible for customer service and disputes is not available and I was told that she (her name is Daria) will absolutely not return phone calls to customers. Absolutely terrible business practices and I was forced to file disputes with both PayPal and my credit card company to try and get a refund for my money that these absolute shameful thieves stole. A complaint with BBB will also be filed and anything else I can do to affect their business license. I am making every effort available to me to try to keep other customers from being defrauded by these reprehensible crooks!

Ordering and delivery moved smoothly.
During unpacking, however, discovered rather

All four boxes arrived in perfect condition!
Contacted Bison to alert them to potential
Failure of the manufacturer's Quality Control.
They responded promptly, offering to replace

Cost.
Again, Bison responded promptly,
And unexpectedly credited a small discount.

The dresser I purchased is 31 inches from the floor to the top (which IS said on their website). What they failed to disclose was the horizontal length. We measured it and it's only 18 inches wide. This is a dresser that can only be utilized to hold junk or for looks. I paid almost $200 and can't use the dresser for what I intended, and that's clothes! It's also made cheaply. It's definitely not wood. I gave it 2 stars because it came quick (3 days sooner than expected), LOOKS nice, and came assembled.

My husband bought me two stools in October for Christmas from Bison. A guest sat on one Christmas Day and it cracked underneath and was tipping forward. I reached out to Bison by email and was lucky enough to be connected to Daria. Within a couple of days she had researched it and offered to ship a new stool in a few days by FedEx. And did not want the other one back. She was courteous all along the way and made the whole process smooth. I highly recommend this company as to product selection, price and service! Susi
Our bookshelves arrived damaged in ripped boxes. The interior packing material was likewise ripped open. It took a week for them to respond to our report of the problem and now they won't pay to return the items. This isn't a case of not liking the quality (which was poor, by the way), it's a case of receiving damaged items and a company not taking responsibility for that. We also have to lug the boxes back to Fedex ourselves rather than Bison arranging for a pickup. Do not purchase anything from this company unless you see it in person first or be prepared for a length return process where you will end up with a hefty bill for nothing.

I wanted to buy a cabinet murphy bed that was on sale for a little over $2,000. I tried to check out on a Sunday but had some questions on the delivery process. I called customer service number but they were closed. I called first thing on Monday to ask about the delivery process and got my question answered. After hanging up, I tried to check out and the sale was still present on their website. I put the item in my cart but the cart was not reflecting that in my cart. I called back and the representative acknowledged that the price is not reflecting in the cart. She advised to email support and send the screenshots to have the price adjusted. I sent the pictures and screenshot of the sale over email thats not reflecting in the cart. Customer support emailed back and said that the sale is over and they can not adjust the price even though it was their website glitching and the sale was on when I was trying to check out. I would not recommend to work with a company that does not honor their prices and do anything to solve a mistake. Very disappointing

I would never buy from this place! I bought my daughter a baby changing table who is soon expecting. A piece broke during putting it together and tried to return. Due to not having the original packaging it came in they would not expect it. Had everything else except for that. So now I paid over $300 for something I can't return. Very poor customer service. My advice is make sure if you do buy don't get rid of anything!

My original desk came damaged and I reached out to Bison Office customer service who was so kind, quick and responsive. They sent me a completely new replacement day off. After hours of trying to set them up and repackage them, they wanted more photos of both chairs together. They act nice over the phone; however, want to make your life harder and making theirs easier. I would recommend buying from a reputable company and not this scheming ran one. I WANT AN EXCHANGE, not a refund!
The furniture I ordered had one chair that had manufacturing problems but Bison resolved it quickly and competently. That got a replacement part shipped out very fast and it resolved my issue. Very responsive customer service for product help.

This on top of a 15% restocking fee which they said would waive but now are charging again. They can't even honor their word. I had to pay $80 to return an item that cost 250. I can't emphasize enough the great customer service I've received with this company. I had an issue (my fault) and they followed up immediately asking if I placed the duplicate order by accident and if so, they would delete it. (I loved the item so much, I bought two of them in a short period of time) that's why they reached out to me to confirm my order. Joshua and Harry are the best customer service reps I have ever dealt with, great asset to the company! Very thorough and on top of their game.

They misrepresent products, send lesser knock off products rather than what is described and photographed. THEN, if you need to return because it's WRONG, they say YOU MUST PAY RETURN SHIPPING and a restock fee! THEY sent a lesser quality, Wrong item, and expected ME to pay $800 for return! My chairs cost me almost $700.
They WILL NOT budge once they get your money. Please people, go to BBB and read these complaints. They are all VERY SIMILAR to what happened to me! I'm stuck with these chairs that cost alot for me- I can't use them. They're CHEAPLY MADE - not iron like described- NOT at all an antique gold, and you can clearly see the curved bars on the chairs I received. The chairs advertised do not have bars.
