I sent 1086.00 for a deal back in mid November 2018, the seller stopped responding December 1 2018 I have contacted bitinscrow multiple times and sent multiple messages to the to inform them that seller as not responded to my messages and to please refund my bitcoins and as of December 2nd 2018 have not gotten one response from bitinscrow and I've sent them over 5 messages

Hello Alan,

We apologize for your bad experience.

While it is true that it took us a while to respond to you (This was due to the fact that we have hundreds of emails from people daily making enquiries and seeking assistance with transactions), We got in touch with you and explained why we could not just release the funds back to you.

It is out duty to protect both parties from scams and we won't be doing much protecting if we listen to one side of the story and act based on that one version we heard. We have to hear from both sides and resolve the dispute amicably.

No escrow anywhere in the world will just give your funds back without hearing from the other party.

The other party gave us valid reasons why we should not release the funds back to you and we advised you to get back in touch with him and reach an agreement as we cannot release funds without the consent of both parties.

We are sorry you feel this way about our platform and really hope that you try to understand just how sensitive issues like this are.

We look forward to better experiences.

“Not bad, but can be better.”

Website is very easy to use and customer service is courteous, prompt and very patient. I however had a bad experience with their dispute resolution and i feel that they can do better. It took almost a month for them to resolve the issue between the Seller and . This needs to be improved on. But above all, great service.

“Fantastic Service!”

I have been selling cars for years, recently decided to take my business online and i got scammed once by a buyer and another time by a fake escrow website.

I used bitinscrow.com last week and i must say that their mode of operation is very impressive.

All you have to do is sign up and make or receive payments depending on if you are the buyer or seller. My favorite feature is the part where you can actually see that you have a pending payment.

It is also impossible for the buyer to cancel the payment without the consent of the seller and lastly, they do not require ids. They have made my business stress free. I recommend them to anyone who is in need of a legit online escrow service.

Thumbs up to Bitinscrow. They are legit and very credible. I have read alot of articles about fake escrows but i was fortunate that my first attempt was with a credible escrow service. Very secure and easy to use.

Answer:

Credibility, basically. Most online escrows scam people and cannot be trusted. I was scammed by 2. But i have never had any issue with bitinscrow
