My technician, Dion, from Bittn gave the property a complete analysis and solved my issues with mice and dead animal smells. Dion went beyond the normal assessment and provided a clear report including next steps to completely solve issue long term. Dion was friendly and 500% competent-eased my worries as well.
Paid in full for a years service…did the assessment and never showed up after 2 months. Called them and was told no longer operating in Vic. Asked for a refund to which they claimed I have now cancelled the contract. Gave me only a portion of what they agreed to refund. Stay clear!
