Ordered two blades two days ago- damn near at my door already! Full stars on that! Credit card info was skimmed/picked/somehow leaked however which has created an issue of trust in the site security processes. Bladehq is the only purchase since Nov 2023 with this particular card, and now there are numerous fraudulent charges and attempts. Very frustrating.

I have been doing business with Blade HQ for a few months. During that time I have purchased 10 knives. In this instance I was returning a knife and exchanging it for another. I was also using credits though my Blade Club membership (which I highly recommend). Needless to say it was a fairly complicated transaction. Yes I had a problem with one of the knives i bought, And I spoke to Hannah about the problem she was very polite and under stude my concerns 😟 she sent me a return label to send the knife back and I am waiting for my account to be credited. I just emailed my concern and customer service apologized and shipped it out. FYI it was the same exact knife. I respect that things happen. Not mad at all, they emailed me and handled it. I've procured many a knife from this company and haven't been disappointed yet. I had an issue with one Balisong that had a chipped tip and an OTF stuck in a state of purgatory. I got an email and a phone call that same day offering a shipping label and refund/store credit. Blade HQ/Grindworks does it right. The products they select to make available are all sweet pocket(or belt) candy& super handy. I've wanted an actual OTF since childhood, thankfully these guys made that a reality. Cheers

Blade HQ is a great concept that is completely failing when it comes to actually purchasing something from the website. I get a blank screen when I try to access my account or purchase a knife. I have contacted them about this multiple times, and their suggestions are drastically lacking i.e. Use a private browser, clear the cache etc of which none of these suggestions work. I am left to use Blade HQ for promotions but am required to make my purchases elsewhere.

1. Their descriptions give you all the info you need unlike other sites that tell you what they think will sell.
2. Customer Service is great. The very few times I've needed them, they were courteous, knowledgeable and prompt.

BladeHQ is one of those companies that makes you WANT to purchase from them. I've spent a lot of money with them over the years and they have never once disappointed me. Their prices are fair, they keep their shelves stocked, they get purchases out the door quick, and their customer service is top notch. I've never had a bad experience with BladeHQ and I will continue to gladly support them as a customer! Special shout-out to Kim F of their customer support team. I recently had a question that she helped me with. And for the sake of time, I will just say that she went way above and beyond helping me and really went the extra mile to help me find the answer I was looking for.

I ordered a knife and the transaction went smooth as you'd expect but I received the wrong item by mistake (though with the correct engraving I requested). When I reached out to customer service to provide photos of what I received and explain the situation they gave me a full refund of my order and told me to just keep the item since it was engraved. This is how customer service should be done. I'm about to re-order through them now and will certainly be a repeat customer in the future.
