From the order through the delivery and the incredible quality--FIRST RATE. I am 100% satisfied with this briefcase/carrying bag. The construction and materials are superb.
Ordered my product 1/27. Inquired about shipping on 2/1 ~ told item had already shipped and would provide tracking 2/3. Never received tracking. 2/4 inquired again and told it would ship that day. 2/5, shipping label created with FedEx. As of 2/8, package has not been put into the system for shipping. I politely ask that it be sent asap from the beginning. They have used the 'hand made' excuse repeatedly and not been honest about any of it. I sincerely regret giving my business to this company. I can't comment on the product as I don't have it and wonder if it will ever be sent.

No communication - no item received - contacted seller - no response

Love the bag... wish they had accessories such as cable bag or pen bag to match. I would buy from them again. Seems to be good quality will now in a few months.
Very nice style and Design keep up the good work more of outdoor traveling bag, deal with camping traveling state to state or country almost almost like the one from the movie Indiana Jones running back he has
The books I purchased were worth every penny but it's also great to take advantage of the discounts while they're still available. The books arrived promptly, and safely to my address. I'm no expert when it comes to leather, but the leather seemed good and the designs over the covers were all are exactly as depicted in the photographs.
I'm also not an expert when it comes to metals but I don't think the latches are the best quality. I'm not too worried about rusting or discoloration because I know I'll be taking good care of these books.
The pages definitely look, feel and react handmade, so I highly recommend testing all your pens and pencils first because the pages are extremely absorbent and I'm not sure the rough texture is ideal for most pencils. (I learned the hard way that I couldn't use my favorite fountain pen to write in this book.)
I'm sure that once I've written on all the pages, I'll probably take them all out and replace it with more handmade pages from another vendor. (I hear paper made with the Japanese technique is more compatible with inks and watercolors.)
The bag I ordered is a really fantastic quality and when I had questions or concerns about my order customer service was incredibly helpful
