I booked my flight ticket from bangalore to Bagdogra and UPI payment was done, immediately i get a message that Bookotrip tried booked but it never got booked. Money was deducted. Tried calling their number multiple times but no response. They have this WhatsApp too which also no one responds to. The money i dnt know how to get it back now. It seems like a fraud company, i do not know why Wego app would allow some website like that to be a part of them.

I been using Bookotrip for my traveling & I had recommended this website to many of my customers.

This is to inform you that a company named BOOKOTRIP. I purchased a one-way ticket from them through the website, and I am not able to retrieve the airline PNR: E6YJ7P mentioned on the e-ticket shared by them.
As per confirmation from the airline and their staff that the PNR was made under a group booking, which was not disclosed during the booking process. If any member of that group indulges in any illegal activity or 50% booking of that group is cancelled, then this booking will be automatically cancelled. I don't want to take any risk of being part of a group and want to separate my booking from this so called group booking.
Their staff has also clarified that PNR is a part of a group booking, I have attached screenshot from page 1 on payment page for your reference.
This is against trading standards and hopefully an actionable offence.
You are requested to take strict action against them.

I cancelled my flight. After the whole flight cancelled. The bookotrip charged me 300.00$ plus run my credit another 50.00$. I called the Lufthansa they told me you should get whole refund but must be process by you agent(bookotrip). I called the agent and they say we contact the Lufthansa and they decline and again we will contact and call you. I am still waiting for agent to call, no call at all, just wasting time. I don't trust them and i don't offer to my friends I don't know how Wego trust them and offered. And it is good place for the get credit card number. Just i shared my experience with this agent with others, thanks
