They should get less than 1 star! I got flowers for my mothers funeral That arrived dead! Talk about trauma! This place really broke my heart. I would have taken 1-800 flowers in a heartbeat. This place seriously I find disturbing. There is etiquette to flowers…ppl receive them for happy times (wedding, baby shower, graduation) and also mournful times (death). You can not rely on them to deliver a nice set of flowers in these important times in our lives. Don't do it. It made a horrible day only worse for me. They don't care!

I ordered with a week in advance and my flowers NEVER arrived. It was never picked up by FedEx, never got any updates. Horrible service. I ordered for mothers day, Mexican holiday its on the 10th of May. I even told my mother they will be arriving and they NEVER came! It was the most embarrassing day. I will Never rely on this company again! First and last time customer.:Update: I was contacted by Bouqs Co. And was offered a full refund and a selection of a replacement floral arrangement. The communication was very open and prompt. I have no issues with customer service, they have been helpful in addressing my issues and concerns. I have yet to receive my replacement flowers but they have already been shipped.

I ordered an $80 succulent arrangement based on the picture of the $60 arrangement in their ad. When my daughter sent me a picture of what she received, I was appalled. There was one succulent and 10 beautiful looking flowers. I would've done much better going to the grocery store. Although they did credit my account, it did not solve the problem for the event to have mediocre flowers. In fact, my daughter went to Trader Joe's to get replacements.

Flowers were warm when they came out of the box. Tulips were blown, greens (1 pc) unrecognizable it was brown 1 rose in very sad shape. I called and complained they sent me a replacement bouquet I picked gotta tell you it was pathetic. 6 sunflowers 2 stems of sweet annie 1 sunflower neck is broke. Pictures on website are VERY deceiving, both bouquets would have to be doubled to even resemble the picture. I didn't want to tell my son how awful they were but he spent a lot of $ and may be sending to others. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I received flowers at my home while away on vacation. When I opened the box they were full of mold. I've been contacting the customer service to find out who sent them and all I get is a run around! Worse customer service ever!
In order to get a live person to chat you have to pay $5.00! Of course there is now phone number!
Beware of this company!

The name on card was wrong the event was wrong this wasn't meant for mother's day it was a birthday gift, it was dropped off half mile away from the place it need to be, Fedex left it by the entrance gate with was wide open I had to send someone to find it so it would be a suprise but it was not fail and the 10 coupon where I get to give them another chance to ruin a suprise will not happen please keep your 10 dollars off your next disappointment.

They suck you in with a subscription then don't provide a phone number on their website making it impossible to end the service so if you don't have your login information you are screwed the next month when they give you no notice and charge your card AGAIN

Extremely disappointed. Do you want your flowers delivered in a FedEx box, dumped on your recipients porch, unprotected regardless of the weather, not in the day of scheduled delivery, in crushed, unbloomed form, for exorbitantly high prices? The by all means, use Bouqs. And when you're dissatisfied with your flowers, don't expect refunds or customer service other than "here are 3 reasons why the junk you received is better than anyone else, unless you can send us a notarized photo showing irrefutably that we can't give you pat instructions to absolve ourselves of any guilt, you're stuck with these flowers." Customer service is of no use, the prices are exorbitant, especially for delivery, and the quality of product is shoddy at best. I should never have used this company, and I never will again. You shouldn't either. AVOID!

Tip for consumers:
Your flowers will come packed in a box that your recipient must arrange for themselves. If they are not to your liking, customer service will not help you other than to tell you watch a video on how to care for flowers and then demand further evidence if you want more help, i.e. more photos attempting to show them how shoddy their product is that they will then deny show a shoddy product. You will spend up to 35% of the cost of the flowers for them to come via FedEx on the wrong date.

Ordered peonies to try Bouqs out. They were supposed to arrive on Friday. For whatever reason, FedEx got them to a town 45 mins away and then everything stopped. Didn't get them until Monday. They were sad. Now I will put the delayed delivery on FedEx. But Bouqs didn't put the flowers in any temporary water source and totally relied on the shipping company to get them there. No dry ice, no cooling agent, nothing. I went on ahead and trimmed the stems and put them in water. All of them died. Didn't survive. How can you ship fresh flowers and not provide some source of water for them at all?!

This past Saturday (almost one week later), I went to my local Lidl, bought 3 sets of peonies bouquets and paid less than half of what Bouqs charged me. They are beautiful. I posted pictures on my social media with hashtags, but Bouqs did not respond.

Save yourself trouble and buy locally. You do not get what is in the picture especially when Bouqs provides nothing beyond wrapping the flowers in paper and laying them in a box for delivery so they are already beginning to die before you even get them and worse of the shipping company has a delay.

Tip for consumers:
They only wrap your flowers and ship. No temporary water supply or nothing.

A picture of what I paid for and what was received on Valentine's Day, which also happens to be my wife's birthday, is attached. The flowers arrives in a box addressed to me, so my wife awkwardly notified me "my" flowers had arrived. Obviously there is a lot of green here and broken stems. When I went through the chat, I was told to just wait a few days - they will bloom and last longer! If they still didnt look more like the picture just share a picture and go through the chat all over again over the weekend! That chat may not have been an actual person and I never received what I would call as a solution to the issue.

Ultimately, I'm not going to waste my time. The day has come and gone with these trash flowers. I'll buy local next time and eat the $10 I saved. I would not recommend at all. Its just a terrible experience. I dont understand how this sort of "we'll deliver and in a few days it may look the way you hoped" process works for people, but it was a huge flop for this purpose. Buy local.

Don't ever order from this company. I had ordered flowers for a friend in mourning and paid expedited shipping for next day. 3 days later the flowers never arrived and I was only given excuses ( person wasn't home even though they were). Hard to reach customer service also. Save your money and order elsewhere.

This was the worst experience I've ever had purchasing flowers. I ordered THREE different bouquets for Valentine's Day, and NOT ONE arrived before 4 p.m., and two arrived after 5 p.m.

I expressed concern about the late deliveries, suggesting that Bouqs make a determined effort to alert customers that their "special day" delivery actually might be a "special night" delivery, but I received neither compassion nor help from customer service — just a "Sorry, we'll pass along your concerns" message (times three). The flowers were adequate — nothing special — but very expensive, and all I got to show for my money was three late bouquets and a classless response from customer service.

I will NEVER order from this abysmal company again.

Customer service is helpless.

The website claims to be an all American company that gets fresh flowers to you fast. The box my mom received on Mother's Day said it was from Ecuador. I definitely did not get my moneys worth out of what they sent to her. The flowers were very disappointing, and they would not help me online afterwards. This company is a complete rip off and a fake. This will not be the last time. I review this company because they should not be in business. Don't make the same mistake I did. Save your money. Order from a more reputable company. This app forced me to give them one star in order to submit this review. Otherwise they do not even deserve one star.

Tip for consumers:
When you place your order, you will not get what you’ve asked for and then they will not give you a refund. Steer clear of this dishonest company. They are not who they say they are. The website is fake.

I got a Bouqs bouquet for my mother's birthday and the flowers showed up in horrible condition. They were wilted over and the only "nice" thing about them was the vase. I don't order often from this company. It was a first time purchase because I wanted my mom to have something nice, like flowers on her birthday because I wasn't going to be in town. When I eventually came home (the day my mother received them) to see the flowers I was incredibly disappointed. For the price that the flowers were I expected them to be in way better condition. Not to mention that the flowers also came late. I ordered them to come July 12th. Unfortunately there was a delay and the flowers came late, which defeats the whole purpose of me getting birthday flowers. I definitely will NOT be purchasing from this company again.

The WORST customer service. I was a loyal The Bouqs customer & subscriber for years, but their AWFUL customer service drove me away. There were a few instances where the flowers that I ordered & the flowers that came didn't match (ex: I ordered roses in a rainbow of colors & the ones that arrived were only red & white), but still I remained loyal despite the occasional disappointment. THEN I ordered a bouquet for a special occasion & it was the worst customer service experience of my life.

The flowers didn't arrive on-time for the occasion, or within the following week. When I contacted customer service they offered me a 50% refund only - stating that if the flowers arrived & lasted less than 2 week then they could fully refund me. So after contacting customer service 3 separate times I finally got a full refund. How can you charge a customer for something the NEVER received!?

Then 6 weeks after the original shipment, I got an emailing saying my "Bouq had shipped" - I thought maybe they were trying to make-up for the inconvenience of the original bouquet going missing, but NO - it was the original bouquet that had shipped 6 weeks prior & they labeled it as a new shipment in the email I got. THEN imagine my horror when the bouquet finally arrived at its destination molded, decaying, rotten, and smelling disgusting.

The bottom line: I had to waste my time on multiple attempts just for the company to give me a full refund & they never made any attempt to compensate me for the inconvenience they caused. Stay away. There are better companies out there that are just as environmentally friendly.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use them for special occasions - they'll blame FedEx & will try to not give you a full refund for things that don't arrive (at all) because according to them if something is lost in shipping it may still arrive, just not on-time because it might still arrive.

I am a long time Bouqs customer going back to the beginning of 2016 and have placed 30+ orders with them. Several of my most recent orders have had issues such as FLOWERS DAMAGED, FLOWERS OF POOR QUALITY, MISSING FLOWERS... As an organization BOUQS DOES NEED A LOT OF HELP. There is apparently NO QUALITY ASSURANCE when it comes to orders going out to customers. Bouqs needs to get their QA and level of customer service in check to show they are a company that actually cares enough about their customers to make sure their orders are correct and of good quality. As of now, they have shown me they don't care about the customer. I hate to write this bad review, but BOUQS truly deserves it. Good bye and I hope your service improves for future customers.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my grandmother's 95th birthday. It seemed to me that there was plenty of lead time but when I placed the order the best Bouqs could do was a delivery date a day after my grandmother's birthday. I liked the specific bouquet so I decided to go with it instead of choosing another company. Around the time of the delivery I got a shipping confirmation and a Fed Ex tracking number. But then the flowers seemed to get stuck in Miami and there was no information about what was going on or when the flowers might arrive. The birthday came and went. And instead of getting a call from a happy grandmother, I was on the phone with a barely intelligible person in an offshore call center who had even less information that I did about what was going on. But what really takes the cake was after sitting on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, they offered me a "promotional" credit. As in "We'll keep your money for the service we never delivered so that you can only come back and buy from us again." Ridiculous and insulting. After ten minutes on hold I gave up and just jumped over and did a charge back with my credit card issuer who values my business a lot more than Bouqs does. Listen, I know supply chain issues can occur. Mistakes happen. But if you are in the business of selling a product designed for special occasions, when you need to hit a target date for delivery, then you should work hard to have a polished system. Having deliveries stuck in a mysterious limbo with little to no information and then causing customers the additional hassle of having to chase down their order and a credit is bad business. And don't even get me started on "promotional" credits. Bottom line: I found this company unreliable in getting flowers to my family member on a special occasion. Maybe it was an anomaly or perhaps it is a symptom of a larger issue with this company failing to deliver on their promises. If you're up for a gamble (and a hassle) then Bouqs.com is just a few clicks away.
