I can not be happier to find this place, it is by far the best bowling place ever. It's on Edsall rd in Alexandria. We usually go to Tysons Galleria, but this place in Alexandria has a very welcoming vibe. I had my daughter's birthday party here for the first time and Jay Janneto was our host, he was very helpful and very professional, he checked up on us throughout the party and made sure everything is perfect. And by far it was. I can not say enough good things about our host Jay, we really appreciate his service.
Got a Groupon ($34.00) but they said couldn't use it for 24 hours... womp-womp! I asked for the total for 4 people to play 1 game... instead, the guy asked our names and told me I could get the total at the end... He didn't clarify that they charge $9.69 per person (one game) + $6.99 per person (shoe rental) + 2 separate taxes. I paid $$72.23 for one little 30 minute game of bowling... no food... no drinks... I dislike sneaky non transparent fees... YIKES

Totally unacceptable customer service today. I waited at the prize area with my kids for almost 30 minutes while the staff was was "sending someone over" to open the gate. There was only one person assigned to run laser tag and run the prize redemption area. Staff acted like it was my problem and I would just have to wait. Since we spent over $100 on points, it seems that Bowlero is more than willing to take our dollars but feels no need yo provide any type of customer service. How are you running an arcade without staffing your prize area? This is totally unacceptable and we will never be back.
I went to this establishment. My food was given to someone else after waiting almost 2hours. And when I went outside to my car it was damaged the whole bumper and hood. They have cameras that only record the front of the door. So it's at your own risk parking there. They have security but they don't monitor anything and turn heads when customers stand outside smoking marijuana& drinking liquor leaving empty bottles everywhere. Oh, don't put your card on file unless you understand the cost of everything you will be charged for each game you play. Overall, Overpriced! It cost me $750 for this trip. Never again!

Will never be back. Spent almost $400! Includes food. Thought that would be great we get a $100 credit! Food looked NOTHING like in menu, actually quite pathetic! Pizza was like cardboard. I could have gotten better nachos in a dive bar! I don't mind spending money to have a nice time out, however, this establishment is stealing money from its customers
Took my family to the Bowlero in Rohnert Park, formerly Double Decker Lanes, last night. The prices for bowling were outrageous. We bowled 3 games for each of the 3 of us. The total we had to pay, including shoe rental was $112. They don't do an hourly rate anymore since the new company took over. For the amount of time we bowled it averages out to about $74 an hour. THIS IS FRICKING RIDICULOUS! We will never go there again.
We're talking about bowling mind you. Bowled 3 games with my 7 year old. Shoe rental for 2 people and 3 games 54.00 dollars! Laughable to say the least. Again this is bowling. Not even talking about food prices. 12 oz Pepsi on paper cup. 4.30 $. First and last visit!

Bowling pins?
That's how the machine raises toppled pins…with ropes.
They don't fall naturally when they are hit with a strong throw. That takes the fun outta bowling.
I may be I'm just old school but bowlero alleys seem like a very large Fisher-Price toy.
I miss the old AMF bowling alley…the had Longer lanes/natural falling pins and more accommodating.
I recommend people don't waste their money there.
Upon ordering food, my mom asked to have the chicken sandwich. Her request was met with the waiter's reply: "you don't want that. It's not a good sandwich." She looked for something else on the menu and asked if it was good and he said yes. He then asked "have you ever been to village in," to which my mom said "uh no." Then he said "what kind of old person hasn't been to village inn?!" My mom said "oh I'm old?" And he responded with a shrug. (It is important to include that my mom looks young for being in her early 50's.) After that awkward start, we were missing multiple items from our order (granted it was a party of nine people) and my autism-spectrum cousin was denied a straw by the waiter. The evening was only somewhat recovered by the good company of my family. However, one has to have excellent hearing and a good pair of lungs to converse over the volume of the horrid music. Believe it or not, but not everyone likes it when you can feel the bass through the floor. I will not be returning.
Bowl in a league. The lanes keep breaking. I had to move 3 times and finished an hour after all the other teams left. I then tried to practice bowling like AMF. They changed the policies to no practice after 5 Friday and sat. Mind you there was nobody there and it was 7 pm. Then I inquired how much it would be to pay. They replied "$9.00". I said no. It went from $5 with AMF to $9. I see why people are calling it a monopoly.
This is one of the worst booking experiences I've ever had with any company. I booked an event, had an attendee come down with Covid. When I called the bowling alley to let them know, trying to be careful since others may have been exposed, they asked me to cancel and assured me I would get a refund on the deposit. When I called the reservations team they refused to give me a refund and laid out the terms and conditions justifying why they are keeping my money. Technically the terms and conditions say no refunds but their own manager at the bowling alley had said they would make an exception given the situation with Covid. These people are greedy, mean, cold, and uncaring. They've stolen my $150, not much I can do, but warn you to be careful before making any reservations, best to go somewhere else or just show up, they will keep your money if anything goes wrong even something completely out of your control like Covid.
Tip for consumers:
Skip and try another place these people are terrible.
This was by far the worst experience I ever had. We booked 2 lanes. 12 people bowling total. We had a family day planned and you wanted 7 people that was not bowling to leave the area that was behind the lanes. Its a Father's Day event. Every lane there had more than 12 people but you bothered us. We walked in with drink, we poured them out or finished them once toldus we can not have them in you establishment. I asked if my family could not watch us bowl then give us a refund and Scott said no. I have a family member who is really afraid of getting covid. He purchased a drink from the bar and pours into his personal cup which was ok by the bartender. The manager Scott says not to serve him again. They dont have plastic cup or anything for Covid precautions. We spent over $1000.00 dollars at this establishment.
We will go to Strike 10 here on out.
Scott Corloski is by far the worst manager to deal with no understanding whats so ever. Scott I had to pretty much beg you for my 89 year old granddad to sit with us while we bowl. Have a heart be human.
If your planning to have a family event more than 6 people per lane do not book bowlero anything over 6 people per lane can not even watch babies, grandparents (which my grand is 89) siblings, or friends. If they are not bowling they cant stand behind the lanes and watch, drink or eat.
Tip for consumers:
No refund per Manger Scott Corloski
I booked online and it was $400, I get there and ended paying $552.00. Got the unlimited drinks no one drank anything. The food was horrible instead of and a platter of food we each got a paper plate with two items and two slices of pizza. Then to top it off the lane kept shutting off so we couldn't even bowl. It's was the worst bowling and the most expensive night ever. $600 and we got nothing, not even a good time. Spent $150.00 on champagne that we never received it's was the worst experience ever. Never again!
They have a no outside food or drink policy, which I understand. So I bring a yeti full of ice and buy a bottled water at the snack bar. Now I am told this violates their policy. So long Bowlero. No more league bowling.
I celebrated my son's 13 birthday yesterday, and I couldn't ask for a better service! I wish I could remember the waitress and her helper's names, but I do remember Shayne Collins the manager of the day. And all I have to say is Thank you for the great experience at the Bowlero!
Deb :)
1.5 hours for mozzarella sticks, chicken finger and fries. It's not that hard. We booked one day in advance and still took 45 minutes to get our lane

Nothing
Fired food took 1.5 hours
This place would not serve my friends nor I at the bar and when we came to the front desk they acted towards us with disgust and disrespect. They also charged my card for more than I paid for and lied when I checked out. Terrible bowling experience!

For a bowling alley if you want a cocktail forget it. My boyfriend and I went for a drink and one Bud light and a regular margarita cost $20.00. The guy next to me ordered 2 shots and it cost him $35.00 plus tax and a 18% service charge is obnoxious. If you go bowling it can cost you a pretty penny. I won't be going there again!
Just recently, Bowlero posted a sign in every one of their places that said that all purchases will get an extra 18% added to the bill to pay their employees. I have since stopped eating or drinking at the Bowlero where I am every Tuesday and Thursday night to bowl in leagues. I choose now to stop before I get to the lanes to get a bite to eat. I used to enjoy some of the food that they serve, but I don't think that I should have to pay the employee wages. 18% to have an employee pour me a Coke is out of line. Too bad. I think that once the word gets out, they will hopefully adjust this dumb policy.
When we got there, the line was terrible. And the guy on front desk was telling us that the wait would be 30 minutes even though there were lanes wide open to use. We waited an hour for the message and it never came. When we went back he said it was still 30 minutes. He was rude as well and was cussing a lot.
Went bowling with my son based on Sunday Special:

I feel that Corporation should respect their Special offers or make changes on their Web-site.
Extremely disappointed. Will not return to this location!
Bowlero Chesapeake took care of all of our event needs. Anne Tamer was our event host and ensured that our bowlers had everything they needed and fixed any lane/name changes needed. Anne made everything easy for our checkout process.
While the people are nice as can be in Texas City and pretty nice in Webster, conditions for league bowlers are lousy. The lights are basically disco low in Webster even during league play and in Texas City any time other than league play giving you the immmoresdiom of a night club. Maybe that's the idea but I personally am not willing to bowl in tjise conditions. Place is clean normally except for balls return 17-18 in Texas City which leaves rubber all over the balls. Prices are so so at best. Biggest complaint is uncomfortable lighting where you cannot see your marks. Save the black lights for late night bowlers and partiers who would rather drink than bowl
My boyfriend went for date night and the lady who checked us in was rude and was talking so quietly we couldn't hear her. It took me 15 minutes standing at the bar to get 2 bottled beers and when we left the tab for 2 people ended up being over $60 dollars! Both my boyfriend and I wanted to see the receipt and were baffled at how bad the service was and how expensive it was. We read the horrible reviews from previous customers and gave them the benefit of the doubt but we definitely shouldn't have and you shouldn't either!
I have been bowling at Bowlero in Gilbert on a winter league. This place has the worst conditions at any bowling alley. The lanes continue to break and the mechanics are useless. I'll never return.
Bowlero has reinvented bowling with inventive dining, sports, entertainment, and recreational games. Grab your best friends and join the party!
