Box Glasses

Boyfriend used my credit card 5 weeks ago to 'pay shipping for free sunglasses', he received an email from company saying the order is in process. He has since sent three emails to company and told me he suspected it's fraudulent today... so I've looked into it. Cancelled my credit card to be on the safe side. INCOVENIENT and aggrivating!

Placed an order for their "so called" FREE glasses - on May 12,2018 - it is now June 9,2018 - they still have not shipped - sent several emails through their customer service link - they NEVER reply - no responses. Spent $13.16 (+ $0.39 international fee) = $13.85 - and still have received nothing from them - tried writing 1 star review about their product on the website to warn others but that doesn't show up - 5 stars review on their website could be fake - SCAM SCAM SCAM - NEVER click on their website link.

Website does NOT indicate items are not sold in USA - they are based in Australia - they charge an international transaction fee to your account - without consent - that is not shown on your original invoice.

Spent $19.80 (+ $0.16 international fee) = $19.96 - and still have received nothing from them - when I search my order to track my package - says my order # cannot be found! SCAM SCAM SCAM - stay away from this company!

I paid for 3 pairs of sunglasses. They immediately sent a follow-up email saying, "Thank you for your purchase! We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent."

15 days later, they sent an email saying, "We would be grateful if you shared how things look and feel. Your review helps us and the community that supports us, and it only takes a few seconds." (All very professional sounding- likely to keep buyer/victims happy while racking up more scam sales.)

That day, I emailed them to get a tracking update. No response.

Three days later (June 7 2018), I emailed again stating that I'd contacted my bank about a fraudulent transaction. No response.

Today (June 10 2018) I went to their website and it does not exist anymore.

Never received glasses, stay away, they are a scam company. Looks like they are no longer active, must have ran off with a bunch of peoples hard earned money.

Paid $US5 for shipping of free product, over 6 weeks later, nothing received and the status of the order still says awaiting shipping. They sent an email asking for a review, I replied to say I was still waiting for the goods - still no reply over a week later.
