Boxinus

Iam one of the ppl who joined boxinus from the beginning of their startup with a lady called vicky. Done great deals but after too many years i started to realize that there is a big change in how they rule the busniess.

They disable payments through paypal so they hold your package and let you leave it for their beneficial thats a creative way of stealing goods.

They have problems with some ppl in specific countries and they really hide them self not to show that.

My advice keep away from dealing with them.

Many shipping's i made with Boxinus this is what you need when you looking for a trust and fast shipping to you ;)

We've tried some more similar companies but at the end I wanna say that it's full stop with Boxinus.

I have been using aramex since i started shopping online from the usa which was around 9 -10 years back. Their service started getting bad so was looking for someone new. I ended up trying boxinus. I am glad i did as they are just amazing. So prompt. My shipment was delivered the same day they also sent it via fedex to dubai. Never seen such amazing service. I am sure i will be using them again.

I have posted my items to my Boxinus address. My account won't let me make payment due an error on the security code on my card.

Now the site shows that I haven't setup an account and they have asked me USD 1 again.

This won't go through either. No one responds to my emails I am so upset and have potentially lost USD 200 shoes.

Appreciate the quick process. I was glad that they updated and sent my package quick. Really worth paying for.

I've been trying to get in touch with them for 5 days! No one answers the phone or emails the whole "live chat" thing is a lie there is no place to live chat and my item haven't been put into my box since Saturday (it's Tuesday) no explanation no emails back, I've tried Facebook, emails, calls NOTHING. I ship over 7 times a month and they want to treat customers like this? Absolutely gobsmacked and disappointed. I just want my stuff!

Customer support was really helpful... The team did a great job in helping me out resolve my problem! My problem was handled perfectly and efficiently!

I have been using Boxinus for 4 years, lately they have been shipping my items with fedex regular, although the shipping charges have increased but the delivery is taking longer, as well as when I send for help or request help I never get a response. It's quite sad because I order from the US on average once every month.

I could say, I will have a partner or corporation in USA that will help me for my busines, and its boxinus

I have been using Boxinus for a couple of years, to forward my shipments to Dubai, with regular shipments, at least twice a month. Through them, I have shipped all sorts of things, including bulky and heavy items. Thanks to their rates, I have saved so much money as they collate my orders, reduce unnecessary packaging, check that my received orders are well fulfilled by the vendors and they notify me if any items are missing from the packing list so I could notify the vendor. Boxinus are super prompt where my orders are received quickly and their shipping rates are much more affordable than the shipper I used in the past, so now I enjoy shopping more frequently from US stores.
