Although the $#*! Willows I ordered as a gift for my son were beautiful, they arrived on Feb 21 instead of March 25 as had been promised. This early delivery was burdensome. I called to see what went wrong. Bright bloom changed the delivery date without consulting me. Much more care needs to be taken.
Trees arrived on schedule. Granny was wilty and hasn't recovered, all the leaves have now turned brown, but I'm hoping it's only transplant shock. Gala was perky and, except for a bit of frost damage, is still doing well.

I wanted more trees
My shipment of two rose bushes and one sage bush/plant arrived wilted and after 5 days shows no signs of blooming. After I transplanted them into my soil. Both rose bushes were transplanted into outside pots (approx 24 in. Diameter) and the rose blossoms have died along with half of the leaves.
I believe that I purchased the one-year guarentee with my $140 purchase. How do I obtain replacements for my dead plants that cost me roughly $140.00?.

My friend purchased the same items (rose bushes and sage bushes) from you and she was pleased with her results.
It seems to be a hit and miss experience - I received two great plants, 3 acceptable and 4 with disease, chewed leaves, brown edges, etc. I did not get to photograph them before my yard guy threw them out, so I couldn't reply to the ticket with the pictures requested.
So that was the end of customer service, my ticket was closed.

The Willow looked great and seems to be hanging on so far. The ground is soggy and it was much needed. The other smaller plant didn't look as great. It had been ripped somehow in shipping, so some of the blooms fell off. I'm hoping it will perk back up again though. Overall given they were shipped, I thought the plants did pretty well.

Willows are good for soggy land and I have some wet areas.
I ordered a grafted weeping cherry tree (7 foot) that was delivered with a number of broken branches. I received a very timely response from Brighter Blooms customer service, and we're watching the tree to see if it recovers.
So far, very happy - we'll see how it goes if my tree dies and I need a replacement.

Arrived in late April. Buds present and new buds appeared within 1st week of planting. Then they all "died out" within 2 weeks. Figured it was replant stress. It's now early July and only 3 buds have appeared since and all have "died out". Watering, root inhibitor, and fertilizer was used with watering and fertilizer on a schedule. Tree was planted in a sunny, well drained area. Will be asking for a refund.

These trees looked terrible when they arrived. Any packing around the roots had completely fallen away. Leaves looked dry and withered. I will consider myself fortunate if they survive. I would never order anything from Brighter Blooms again.

Bought a a very expensive 200$ fruit cocktail tree that is dying in lees than 3 weeks. The apple tree I bought from Lowe's for only 30 is full of leaves and healthy they were put in a day apart and Lowe's and Homedepot allows you to bring trees back within a year unlike brighter bloom who give no warranty on trees they are shipping terrible

Plants I received where smaller than expected for the snowball plant. Also all four plants had their dirtsdumped with roots showing. The snowball had brown crispy leaves and I haven't been able to revive it yet. Its been 3 weeks. I think next time I will just go to a local nursery because I know and can see exactly what I am getting.
I had to leave several emails and then make a call before I was promised a replacement plant for the snowball I got.
They had a snowball plant when I couldn't find any locally.
I love the idea of rodeo sage and the health properties it has as an herb. Plus it has purple flowers.

Ordered my mom a lemon and lime tree over two months ago. The lime tree was delivered so late and wasn't the size I ordered. The lemon tree is STILL missing in action. Hasn't shipped? No updates what so ever. Next to impossible to get an actual customer service person on the phone. My mom has cancer and lemons are the only thing that makes her food taste good. No sister and I wanted her to have her own lemons and limes to look forward to. Because she is confined to her home, alone. We can't see her... because her immune system is compromised - never mind in a pandemic. You sent the Card with only half the order — which explained why she was getting a lime AND A LEMON tree — except only one showed up. This was supposed to be a special gift - and she read the card so excited. Only to be just as confused as I am about this company. Awful. So wildly upset with this entire experience. This company is not what it seems. Do not do business with them. I never will, ever again.

A bush arrived damaged. Representative advised to take a picture to view damage. She sent a new shrub our. It is on the way.

The costs were slightly higher, but wanted the tree delivered quickly to minimize stress to the tree. They had the size and variety I wanted, and love the look in my landscaping
I did a lot of research for Olive trees... and wanted a tree that did not get too large but had a lot of character. Also looking for a olive tree that bared fruit, wasn't too messy and could live in dryer/hotter conditions near the beach.

Tree arrived in July, yes hottest time of year, had straight trunk, semi healthy leaves a little on the light green side, Planted outside, soon most leaves dried out, but tip bud is trying to leaf out. Pot smaller than l was led to believe, but tree was well rooted. It was a 1/4 size pot. L hope it produces enough grow before winter to survive the cold. L keep it well watered to help it get set. L remember this tree all over TN when l lived there, so we'll see how it does here in CO.
Yes , rep told me it was ok to place out in direct sun ,and wind . But later it did take a beating from the elements , but bud at top leafing out so we will see. Hopeful .

My red dogwood tree arrived as expected about three weeks ago. It had been pruned prior to shipping. I let it sit in the shade for a few days before planting and kept it watered. After planting the tree isn't doing great. There aren't many leaves and they as starting to look moldy. I emailed Brighterblooms.com and my email bounced back.

I attempted to get ahold of brighter bonds with concerns about the tree as soon as it arrived. My email was rejected as going to an unmentioned email account. They offer no way to reach them other than a phone number. I called when I could - I work 2 jobs and prefer email or chat - but it phone line said I was next in queue, and I waited 35 minutes before I had to go back to work. I paid for the warranty, but clearly there isn't any way to reach them so that's just a joke. All but 1 limb was off the tree but in the box when it arrived. Buyer beware I guess.
No one answered the phone. The email bounced back. There is no chat option. I had NO WAY to reach brighter blooms customer service.
They had a tree that I was looking for in stock where the other retailer I use was our of stock and it isn't all that common.

I am very pleased with my purchase of hibiscus tree, vanilla strawberry hydrangeas. Very beautiful! I did have a vanilla strawberry hydrangea at previous home and it produced the most beautiful flowers that I had to get another for my new house. Hibiscus tree had several blooms already!
I had purchased azalea bushes in past years and was very pleased with plants. Very well packaged.
The people I spoke with were so helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly. The tree arrived in a little rough shape but not do to brighter blooms, was packed up tight and secure, the delivery company threw it around a lot by looks of box, weather was also very hot so some of the smaller branches were & are still turning black & dying but think it will rally
