Never Never use this online booking company for lots of reasons they are a rip off I lost £3600.00 and missed overseas factory visits plus I also lost £2400 on my upfront hotel payment all down to Budget Air failing to provide my airline with my passport information I was ordered away at check-in gate took me 5 days to get this sorted even had to visit the embassy in Manchester as the airline told me I had a black mark against my name this was not correct

I will never make this mistake again in my life they say buy cheap buy twice well this is the case they have no online contact number that you can call they just have a chat button on their site to talk to a robot what good to you is this when you have an issue as you can only click on boxes with no area to key any words in they have a info email address and when you send an email you get a reply telling you that you will get a reply within the next 5 days what good is this to you stay away from these cheap online sites book direct with the airline or face loosing your money like I have it looks like lots of other customers have had the same issues

I am going to take legal advice to recover my lost money these online companies need to take some responsibility for their customers and not just take their money and leave them behind

A con company, a biggest scamer it has been reported to Watch dog Police.

This budgetair is worst even this people collect my money after flight cancellation but not refunding to me and not responding.

Carrier has cancelled my entire return flight due to lockdowns/border closures
Budget air are trying to charge me to cancel a flight the carrier has already cancelled!
I am entitled to a refund, not be charged even more money! Total crooks

This fraud budgetair.co.uk company has been the worst experience of our lives, if you want fly somewhere avoid its a fraud! Few months ago I booked our Christmas to go home to our families in krakow Poland from london, me wife and daughter, their price was £80 cheaper them lasminute the one I always buy, months passed by, I got an email 3 days saying our tickets our tickets was cancelled and call customer service which is almost impossible to get to them, when I finally spoke to someone! They said part of our journey was cancelled and if we wanted to fix that we would have to pay £266 per passenger! Thats when our Christmas ended! We dont have any family in the uk, and my 6 years old even made a calendar counting down the days to see grandma! I wish this dont happen to anyone else this Christmas. I hope companies like that would get their punishment somehow. Dont believe in good reviews they can easily be bought or made up! I dont how to say that to my Doughter, after a lot of call and email they returned part of our money not a full refund I dont know why wasnt our faulty, why they have to keep administration fee, tickets now near the dates are sky high! I cant afford anymore.
