I ordered almost 2 months ago a pair of shoes. I never received them, there is no number to reach customer service. I have emailed this business on several occasions requesting a refund.no one not no one responded or reached out to me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I normally patiently wait for my items and I know due to Covid19 I expected some delays, however this company has not made any replies or attempt to refund me

I ordered shoes june got a knock off of what i ordered 3 months later. They are just horrible. I turned them in to the FTC and made reports aganist them. I hope they get shut down. Its aganist the law to sell knock offs. They say the pictures look different cause the lighting. I told them no its a generic of the pictures you all are stealing our money.

Placed an orders in beginning of May 2020. Payment was immediately cleared thru my Bank account. My order status was in "paid" status on their website for about 3 weeks before changing to "shipping" status. I've emailed the company 3 times with no response. Wish I had read all the negative reviews before spending $200. Looks like every reviewer never received their order or were sent cheap knockoff items. Unfortunately this site is a scam!

It's mid July and still haven't received it. The kicker is they sent a shipping alert with a carrier and semi tracking number alert after I fought to get my money back with PayPal and was refunded due to never getting the merchandise. The tracking number is phony and so is the shipping information. Do not order from Buffarea you will never see your merchandise. I really was hoping I'd get that blouse. But apparently not.

I placed an order on March 31,2020 and received it yesterday July 14,2020. I had sent several emails inquiring about my purchase, after all they deducted the money from my account immediately. I got an email response from someone who didn't know English very well and told me they were in China and back logged because of the virus but appreciated my patience. Please see the attached pictures of what I purchased and what I received! Not only is it crap, the fabric has a flaw in it. Someone in China is laughing all the way to the bank! Lesson learned, will always look up company reviews going forward when ordering online.

I ordered a pair of shoes on May 14. Wish I had read the reviews first. Luckily they were less than $30. I emailed 3 or 4 times and got one responses giving tracking numbers. They were fake. The last two responses were in Chinese. I contacted my credit card company this morning, July 14. The refunded my money and started an investigation.

Order on June 5,2020, no shipment received. Although they charged $106.51, they took 15% off total on Page recently (thank goodness I took screenshots of original). I have also reported to my card. Do NOT order from them

They either don't ship to you at all or they send some laughable knock off. For example, they advertise leather jackets for $30 but send some cheap plastic imitation. When you ask for a refund they insist on partial refunds only. If you cancel an order before an item ships out they say they have to charge a 15% cancellation fee. I'm in limbo with them and opened a paypal case (I can't believe paypal supports them)

Its NOT leather, thin as crepe and does not even NEAR look like what was on the picture. Took 4 months to receive. Truly a SCAM site. Will NEVER order from here again.

I purchased 5 items back on 12/16/19. I received 3 items but was told the other 2 items were back ordered. I have email their support team several times and only received 1 reply that said because of covid there were delays. Since that first response I kept emailing them at once a month with no reply. I asked them for a refund on the other 2 items again with no response,. Stay away from this company. Bad thing is now I won't order anything from oversees from other companies to avoid this.

I just found a long colorful fleece jacket from an expensive store called Sundance in this site feo way cheaper! The original jacket is around $200 while this site sells it for $30?!... as soon as I saw it I knew it was scam and it wasn't a surprise to see all these bad reviews. They are using the pictures from a very well known store, let's see when the Sundance notices this

This place Buffarea ripped me off over $256 dollars send 1 item after 5 months was nothing like one I order the ugliest dress ever. I wouldn't put it on my goat this company if it is a company is the biggest scam ever! I am so angry. Don't order from them!

Order 4 items months ago and only got one item. The item received was not what I ordered. Website does not provide return address or phone number to call. Filed a complaint with US government ECommerce and Hong Kong government. Also opened a case with PayPay. This company is a SCAM and has FRAUDULENT practices.

Horrible company. Total scammers! Ordered in May for a dress I needed in August. It is now December, and still no dress!. Tried to contact them to no avail! If thinking about buying... DON'T!

I wish I could give them zero! Thieves! My order never arrived! I placed my order 8 months ago, still until today NOTHING! Don't waste your money ordering from this company. They will never send it.

Scam! 4 months to ship!

Ordered something in april, totally forgot about it until I received a mail "shipped" on JULY! Plus they don't answer to mails! Total scam!

During this pandemic. Out of Country websites like Buffarea & others are ripping off customers. I ordered a full length purple leather coat on April 1st 2020. I waited 3 weeks to receive a shipping confirmation & tracking number, but never did. I tried emailing the seller a few times but no reply. I always checkout using PayPal. So I filed a claim to get my money back. The seller didn't reply to PayPal question as why I never received my package. PayPal awarded me my money back on May 20th 2020.
Do not buy anything from this company. If u do u better checkout using PayPal. That way they will step in if u get something u didn't order, poor quality, or nothing at all.
The BBB should not allow these websites to operate. They should be fined for bait and switch or scamming customers. These companies are ripping ppl off everyday and getting away with it.

I ordered a belt... twice... well, never again! RIP off! Do not shop Buffarea.com EVER! They keep your money and never deliver!

I ordered a hand bag several months ago. I've emailed them and they emailed me back. Never received my money back or the package. Today I'm emailing again hope that they send my package or what I ordered.
I never have to go to on line for
Complaints but it seems to be the only way to get attention on this matter.

I ordered shoes from Buffarea in April, 2020. I never received them. I went through Paypal and put in a dispute. When I asked Buffarea why I could not track the package they said they were going on vacation! Paypal has sided with this scam company and never let me know they did or why they did. I went into the Paypal community and this company goes under other names too. All the complainants state that Paypal went with the seller... shame on Paypal. I thought it was best to go through them but now see that is not the case. They do not stand behind their subscribers.

I bought a leather jacket online in early February 2020 I received a paper mache materiel jacket with glued stones to it I'm so upset but lesson learned DONOT BUY FROM THIS SITE U WILL REGRET IT IN THE LONG RUN too have too wait so long for this trash is mind boggling I will never recommend them to anyone if u want to get scammed this is the site I will say this again DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Buffrea in January 2020. I still had not received them as of March so I contacted the company and opened a case through PayPal. After I opened the case I received shipping information that was also sent to PayPal. I received one pair of cheap looking shoes in May. PayPal closed the case saying that it showed I had received my order via tracking information. The shoes I received didn't even look like what I order and are made of very cheap materials. I am out $120. Don't order anything from this company. They are a scam. I had no idea the items were coming from China either. Don't waste your money.

I ordered jeans and a shirt from this company in February 2020. I received the shirt i ordered in late April 2920 but never got the jeans the total order was $63.00 paid in full i thought i was getting a good deal because the prices were low, it is now late July and I still have not gotten the jeans I ordered i have e mailed them several times with no luck but finally got a reply saying my parcel had arrived to check with nehibors. On their website when I log into my account it shows pd in full partially shipped and jeans awaiting shipment i also took screen shot of this and e mailed them there has been no answer i guess I will never get the jeans and will never see my money i will never never use them again
