I needed to tell you folks at Builders Direct I will never ever buy flooring from a big box store after receiving and installing the flooring I purchased from you! I ordered 24 boxes, one was damaged and was taken care of by your team immediately, the box arrived at my house today. I installed 18 boxes so far and have been amazed at the quality of the flooring, the packaging and care between each piece in the box, the dimensional accuracy of each piece, color etc. I have installed flooring from box stores only to be frustrated after all the hard work, with your flooring I am completely amazed and happy I went with Builders Direct. I figured it's nice to hear from a satisfied customer instead of all of the customers that complain, lol. Thanks for a great product!
