1) They address me as Gone to Pot in emails! This is not my name or email address. I don't know where they got it. I told them and they made no changes! Very rude. 2) Their jars don't say there is a temperature requirement yet they melt when adding warm ointments. No resolution was given. No refund, nothing. 3) Their site does not work right when re-ordering. They sent me the wrong size lids, which I cannot use, and blamed me. Again, no refund, nothing. 4) Their site does not list size dimensions on storage boxes. I wasted more money on those when I would never have purchased them if the size had been listed. Run, do not walk, away (far away) from this company and find a professional business instead.

My review of this company has terrible customer service. They sent the wrong items and will not send the right items unless I reorder mind you I paid for my shipping the first time they will not ship my corrected item unless I pay shipping all over again I will never recommend anyone to buy from them. Lost a good customer. And it takes over a week to receive your packages they don't even deserve the 1 star I was forced to give them

I ordered Hand Sanitizer. The website (at the time) said it would take 10 days to 2 weeks before it would leave their warehouse (due to the Cover Virus). I was OK with that. I emailed them after about 24 days to wonder when it would ship. They couldn't give a definite date. I emailed again. Got just a form letter. After 35 days since I ordered, I demanded a refund. Within one hour they instead emailed me a tracking number and said that my order had shipped. WOW... so I'll receive it, but it took 3 emails and finally a demand before it shipped 35 days after it was ordered. It'll probably take another several days to receive it. I don't know about the product yet, but the customer service is lousy and it took a threat before they shipped (even though I wanted a refund).

I know times are tough but... I ordered 1 gallon gel (nothing smaller available) I finally received a shipping label on the 18th stating it had been shipped. Upon tracking and at April the 7th, this order is still sitting at the warehouse all that has happened is that a label has been created. They have periodically answered my e mails stating it will go in the next few business days, I have also had an e mail saying it has been shopped however it is absolutely still at the warehouse. I knew it would be delayed due to high demand and waited out the time specified by them but now it is really ridiculous. I paid $66.65 USD for the gel and am wondering if I will ever get it. I feel duped by the totally bogus Your Order has shipped notice and by the wait time. They should not take our orders if they know they cannot be fulfilled.

I purchased several items as usual for my business. This time without any communication or updates at all, 3 weeks later I emailed them asking where my products were. They said they were behind due COVID-19, which is understandable. However, every other business that I purchase from, clearly state their current processing times and if there will be any delays AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. NOT 3 WEEKS LATER. This really put me in a bind with filling my orders. They could not care less. To make things worse, when I finally received half of my products, the packing slip stated that some of my items were Back ordered, instead of letting me know 3 weeks prior. Unbelievable! I will never purchase from them again.
