LOWER YOUR PRICES... quite possibly the highest price fast food establishment in the world. 22 bucks for 3. Tiny pieces of halibut. Substituted sweet pot fries for the reg ones.(reg fries are HORRIBLE). SWEET pot fries not much better. They came lukewarm and like ALWAYS they never fill up the fries package. Cust service was ok but bottom line they are greedy and a RIP OFF. CHRIS

Overall, I love Burgerville, mainly because of their healthy meats (no antibotics or hormones) but, this last week I decided to order their Halibut Burger. Was so looking forward to tasting it, esp. Since the cashier said she loved it and it was one of her favorites.
Soooo... where is the Halibut? The fish pattie was so very thin that it looked like the thickness of cardboard. The taste? I couldn't taste it at all... nothing. I was so disappointed. And, I had to pay so much for it!
I have also noticed lately that their hamburger patties are also very thin. Crazy. Especially since their prices are so high!
I probably won't be eating there anymore.
After a month spend in NY, It was a nice to have a ham burger -The bum and meat are much smaller than in europe and also they charged for ketchep! But overall the taste is good. Deliver on time.
