Exactly as described, quality product! Will definitely recommend to others! As for voice? This is decent for voice as well. It works best for simple conversations but my husband thinks it misses some of the context for complex conversations. However, it gives me enough context and truly helps with communication so I'm happy with it.

I have worked as an interpreter with Letspeak for a couple of years now. They are an excellent agency work with. I have been working as a Freelance Scientific Editor for HARRISCO since 2004. In the initial few years, everything was smooth with timely pays, work schedule and the work load. However, in the past few years, I experienced problems related to heavy delay in the payment. I understood that they were going through a very tough time with financial problems. After a struggle of a couple of years, they slowly started releasing my pending pays in short installments. Since a year or so, their payment mode has been changed and now they are providing ADVANCE PAY for the new assignments.

I've always been happy with the translations done by Translate. For a fairly low price this service provides me with high quality human translation of texts into different languages. It is fast and accurate, which is very convenient for my work, since I work with a large number of documents related to medicine. It's quite a difficult subject but I have always been satisfied with translations there.

I used this service recently.
I was pleasantly surprised that the service takes up narrowly focused topics in some areas that interest me. I checked the quality and everything turned out to be worthy. I will continue to use it or not, I don't know, the services seemed to me not cheap. But as a fallback, if other services do not translate my texts, I will completely contact this service.

To much said about Nardina and Peter, partners in crime and stupidity. Yes they are criminals and translators been warned throughout the web and on platforms like proz are stupid, because they will do that without being paid at the end (incl. Me). But as we say in German: "lies have short legs" somtime in the near future they will be caught by the authorities for their wrong doing.

Never had any problems, works fine for me. 5 stars.

I found Translationproz, just by searching the internet and writing to those services. And the first thing that immediately stood out was their quick response, willingness to answer several questions, and professional presentation if themselves.
My request was to translate my own Victim's Statement from English to Spanish. But I needed it in 24 hours instead of their usual 48 hour turnaround and I provided it to them on a Saturday so I needed it on a Sunday or first thing in the morning Monday! It was a 800 word document that expressed strong feelings and needed to maintain the subtle meaning and a persuasive intent. It was a critically important document.
Having very little Spanish language skills myself, and knowing that Google translation online is only approximate, when I provided they're translations to my lawyer and other officials I had no idea what quality the translations was. Translationproz had presented themselves so professionally and so efficiently, I had confidence that at least it was going to be okay.

But I was not prepared for the reaction I received from those people who read my original English document and the Spanish translation.
These highly qualified legal professionals ho received it described the translation as "top quality", "the best they had ever seen", and "an amazing use of language skills to 100% maintain the original English writing into a Spanish document that appeared to be an original Spanish Speakers writing.

I was lucky to begin with Translationproz first.
But I can't imagine going somewhere else, and getting a higher quality.

Their pricing, is fair and easy, their customer service is fantastic, and from everyone I've talked to whose first language is Spanish, the quality of their work is of the highest quality!
