Burkett

Just placed an order. The confirmation page says to "click here to print invoice". But, when I clicked on, I was dirrected to create an account in order to see the page. I created an account, but it shows no invoices. I just need to print a receipt to turn in to work. Make it easier.

So far, so good. I have requested I receive a tamper with my blender, which I hope will be honored. Thank you.

The online checkout got stuck in a loop when using a different shipping address than my billing address. I had to exit and re-type my order using the same address for both before the order would take.

I could not pay directly with my father's creditcard, because of avs mismatch. I had to try several times to buy this blender, at the end I paid by paypal.

The product description was very minimal on your website. Had to go to the actual server website and go thru their online manuals to get the info I was looking for

The experience was nice. I found you from Google. I just wish this company was part of the eBates program. We normally shop through eBates program (www.ebates.com). Still a great experience.

Happy with the service and delivery of goods was quicker than the email telling me that my product was shipped. Was disappointed about shipping cost, I thought they were too expensive.

Did not get what was ordered and I have to pay restocking fee!! Telling me I didn't order what I thought I ordered. Not right!! Picture and wording tells me different!

Erica at Burkett has been a rare gem. Coming from a restaurant background she provided excellent recommendations and did extensive research on additional products for my difficult and particular requirements. The items she recommended were excellent, the delivery was prompt, and any issues we had were quickly resolved by the excellent customer service at Burkett. Burkett has become my source for restaurant/kitchen needs. I rarely if ever receive service and help at this level.

Bought an oven that was advertised as single phase, turned out it was 3 phase. They offered a 10% rebate, but never showed up so after 15 days of emailing and calling finally called the accounting department and had it taken care of.
When I asked about the wires the technician put n for testing with a twist tie reading do no use for hooking up and asked if they led to the terminal block, his response was "look it up in the manual" I am thankful I have all of these conversations saved in emails, as one would have a tough time believing them otherwise. Its sad, because I need to outfit a whole kitchen and was looking for a company that seemed more customer service oriented. Back to the google I guess...

When selecting PayPal, after I am redirected back to the basequipment website and click to continue it says "Please provide your payment method" or something along those lines. You should get this error checked out. Also, your prices are a bit higher than other places I found.
