Buster Fetcher

I've already saved money by switching to Buster Fetcher! The customer service has also been far superior than what I experienced with their competitor. On an onboarding call, customer support noticed that I had been paying a 2$ surcharge on certain shipments, and provided me with the data to look into it more. Thanks to this information, I'll be saving around 800$ a year. Very satisfied with my experience so far!

Très bon service. Ultra satisfait. Alexandre a pris le temps de bien m'expliquer les services, mais aussi les enjeux liés aux différents transporteur. Il a fait une analyse de mes contrats et m'a conseiller pour me permettre de mieux négocier mes contrats avec mes transporteurs. Cela m'a permis d'aller chercher de très bons taux en ajoutant les garanties de livraison que je n'avais pas avant, et ce, avec de mauvais taux.

J'avais des problèmes de connexion, et Alexandre m'a répondu très rapidement et a assuré un excellent suivi du dossier.

With shipping being as expensive as it is, finding Buster Fetcher was a windfall for me. It was as easy as they said it would be - seamless actually. Buster Fetcher me permet de récupérer sur les expéditions qui arrive en $#*! sans que je fasse quoi que ce soit. Ce processus est difficile à suivre lorsque notre volume de commande est très élevé, ils font donc tout le travail pour moi. Le personnel est également très sympathique.

Nous sommes entrés dans le service buster fetcher en mars 2021.
Un service clé en main, qui nous permets d'avoir le remboursement de nos colis livré en $#*!.
Une belle gestion dont nous n'avons pas a nous préoccuper puisque le tout ce fait automatiquement. C'est juste Gagnant pour nous.
La plateforme est facile à utiliser, à vérifier et à mettre en place au départ.
Les rapports d'analyse, nous on permis de savoir quel était notre profil d'expédition et de négocier sur les partie qui en valait la peine avec nos transporteurs à plusieurs moment de l'année ( de réelle économies gagnées).
