Most people that write negative reviews have a grudge, me too. Agreed a fee for my phone in November, sent it un-registered (ok look that's my risk, never lost anything in the post before). It never was never registered with the company. Let's use my words carefully I never received a cheque and never received adequate communication on the missing phone. Am I convinced that the company has not misplaced my phone, well if they can't reply to emails, I think there is a chance that they would have lost a phone. So one star, for poor communication when i say poor i have written 5 emails recieved two standardized forms back. Suspiciously they also refused to send me my imei number.
Excellent service given from start to finish. Very quick response to sending out details, return envelope for mobiles and clear instructions. Regular emails received giving updates and money transferred into my bank account on date stated. Very pleased, would use again and recommend to anyone.

Chose to use this company because free postage for me and I did not have to agree to pay for the phone to be returned if ( in their opinion) it did not match my description. I felt uneasy about other companies who said they would not return my phone unless I paid up for the postage. The money was paid direct to my account within a weak of time receiving the phone.
