I ordered a custom tailored dress for my uncles wedding as I've had no luck with my size on other websites however millybridal not only double checked my measurements beforehand and my dress arrived quickly and looked exactly like the picture and fit perfectly. I also got multiple updates on shipping and delivery which I really appreciated. So so happy!
I recently ordered a bridal dress. The shipping was on time. However the product is so poorly done, very untidy. The quality of the material is very cheap. The stitching and cutting is so bad, i never expected it to be this bad. Please do not get fooled with the prices, I would strongly recommend not to order any dresses from this dealer. Once they get their money. They do not care about anything. They bluntly replied that they would not refund and did not bother to respond after that.
I ordered my wedding dress on Feb. And received just a few days ago, the details are great! You can not imagine how they did that with less than 350 dollars! All wedding dresses I had tried in local bridal stores are far more expensive than this one, and their materials are same for me. However these terrible comments really shocked me. Although i can't necessarily say that their reviews are wrong or untruthful, but some of them might not even buy anything from the site!

These bad reviews really shocked me, because my wedding dress is great! I uploaded photos that I took so you guys can have a look at the real dress. The service is quite slow but I can always get my reply in 1-2 days, maybe they don't have enough people for online service? The budget for my wedding is limited and I'm very satisfied with the price and quality of this wedding dress. Hope they can improve their service and do not let those payment issues happen again.
I will forever love this dress! No one could believe what I paid for it! I got a size 4 and it fit like a glove, i could move in it freely. The length was long as i am petite but i fixed that myself the day of the wedding (super easy fix)! It was the perfect dress for backyard evening wedding! Purchased a dress from this site, received two automated emails to say be patient is being made ages ago nothing since. I tried emailing them as no phone number email bounced back. Website is no longer and found they have a counterfeit claim for making replica gowns! DO NOT BUY!

This company is a complete scam! My dress came and was hideous. Nothing like the pictures on the website. They swindled me completely and I wish I wouldn't have purchased here. Just got to David's bridal. They wouldn't refund me at all and are complete scam artists! The ship time was crazy long and they never even sent me confirmation of my purchase. The dress smelled horrible and one sleeve was shorter than the other. Completely repulsive!

Had a nice date at the by couturier, I bought my wedding dresses from online store and had a wonderful experience shopping for dresses with Sharry. She was very professional and gave me lots of advice to how to choose dresses. The website itself has a very extensive selection of beautiful wedding dresses. Great dress for the price! I bought this for my Winter White Party. The fit was perfect and it even gave me curves around the hips where I don't have it. The material was thick, nice zipper on the back. The bat wings make it very stylish. The elastic around the collar to keep it off the shoulders was fantastic, not too tight or loose. I highly recommend this dress. I usually don't write reviews but since I make most of my purchases based on other people's reviews, I feel the need to reciprocate.

So, I did a little digging. All the beautiful dresses sold for an extremely cheap price on this site are replicas of designer dresses. They pretend to be from England. They are not. ALERT! The pictures they use are of the original designer dresses! Not their replicas. They rip off the images of the original dresses from the designer's site. Example:

If you want a replica of a designer dress you can try them out. Some people want a low price tag. Just don't expect it to be exactly like the picture since the picture is stolen from the designer's site. I'm sure they'll try their best to replicate it though.
This was my first time trying on wedding dresses from online and the experience is very well. The service was high quality and custom service made me really think about what I liked and disliked about each dress, asking very thoughtful questions. I can learn lots of knowledge of dresses. What a great of an experience i had.

I ordered a dress thinking that the website looked legit. Little did I know that all the photos of the dresses from ByCourtier are stolen from a Russian fashion store. When I finally got my dress, it looked like something you would buy from a costume store, and it did not AT ALL match the photo online. Everything about this store is fake. Even its address. It claims to be London-based, but if you search up the address from the website, it's actually just a dry cleaners. Save your money guys!
