I ordered several times from this company and every time I received quality products in a reasonable timeframe. One time my order was dropped at a wrong address by USPS and the post office even verified that it was their error. Because of this I paid for 2 preemie nightgowns and didn't get them. When I called Caden Lane they resent the same order without charging a second time. This is above and beyond great customer service!
I ordered a dusty blue gown for my newborn's photos, but the color they sent me is purely grey. They claim the color is meant to be grey despite the photo on their site being blue. They would not correct this issue without me paying return shipping. Do not order from them. Terrible customer service that was so frustrating to deal with.

Horrible (well zero) customer service. Ordered 6 products in early September. Order said it shipped 9/25; however it never left the warehouse. Impossible to reach someone. A "rep" emailed me to offer a shipping refund on 10/6 and tell me the product was on its way. It is not and I likely will never receive. Do NOT order from this company.

I purchased a crib sheet from them that fell apart in the first washing. I requested a refund immediately as I paid $68 plus shipping for it. Sheet was useless, weeks has passed and finally received a return label which used I ship back the item. We are on week 3 and I emailed them multiple times asking about my refund, no one has responded I only get a generic response that they are on it. Clearly nobody is on it as I have no sheets and no money. Super disappointed.

The item came just fine, but the quality is very low. I ordered a zippered Christmas cookie onesie, expecting the quality to be that of similar items I've ordered from other shops for the same price point. The material is not nearly as soft as the competitors, the print isn't as vibrant, but the biggest downfall was that the double zipper broke the first time my baby wore it. One zipper pull came off, but I was able to use the other pull still. The second time she wore it the zipper completely failed and I had to throw the $36 outfit away. I will never purchase from here again.

Who knows what the quality is -and who cares when it takes a month to get it. Hiding behind a Texas address when this is shopping through DHL from what appears to be China. Don't order if you need it quickly as a gift

I ordered what I thought would be a precious gift for a baby shower. The product was awful and not worth the $58.00 I spent. There are no returns or credit. Do not waste your time looking! I wish there was a zero rating.

Just order at least 2 weeks in advance of delivery time expected.

I emailed within 20 min of placing my order to request changing the shipping address (hadn't realized the recipient had moved). I emailed twice, and even texted their help number (there isn't one to call). 24 hours later I get a notice that a shipping label has been created. 5 days later and I still haven't heard back from them. Only reason for 3 days is bc I do like the product.
