Just like medications that are more expensive to purchase in the United States, ie. Insulin, & cheaper in Canada for humans, the same thing happens with pets meds. I discovered Canada Pet Care about 2 years ago, now I always buy the Revolution plus for my cats & Simparico trio for my fiance's dog from here. Chewy or even through my vet is significantly more expensive. I've never had issues with the meds, same exact thing. They take about 3 weeks to come so plan ahead but it's well worth it.
I purchased a years' worth of revolution for my dog and they sent 6 months instead. I emailed them four times and they ignored every email for a month. I ended up having to file a dispute with my bank. I guess it seems like a good deal until you get half of your order. Then you're paying double. I would have been very understanding if they would have replied and explained it was an error on their part and that they'd send the other half, but they simply ignored me. Will never order from them again.
Got a call from customer service to confirm the order since I used my pet's name for the recipient. Gotta appreciate the extra effort to secure the transaction. Delivery time was also good. Prices are excellent compared to my vet. Will be ordering more product for sure!

I have ordered our dogs' monthly heart and bug meds from CPC for several years. They are the best price and great quality and selection. There are always deals to be had too.
I placed an order in July for 4 flea collars for my cats since the previous product I'd bought from elsewhere was having little effect, and these collars were close to $70 before tax and shipping from most recognizable places online. CanadaPetCare was selling them for about half the price of places like petsmart and petco, with more discounts on top of that, and I was desperate because the infestations were out of control. Shipping took about 11 calendar days after I placed my order on a Saturday, and all the collars looked legit when I inspected them (they had the batch codes imprinted, which seems to be a sign of legitimacy), and about a month later, the collars have knocked out at least 90% of the flea problem. I'm only buying another one now because one of my cats managed to lose his outside and I don't want to risk re-infestation with the temperatures still about 100 degrees a day. It is weird that they have Canada in their name, the product was an Australian version, and it shipped out of Singapore...but it was a great price and shipping time was acceptable, and I'll return to them when it's time to buy new collars next spring.

To be honest I was concerned about ordering from a company that I'd never heard of before. I charged my credit card nearly $200 on 5/11/2023 for Simparica Trio for 12 doses that would have cost me $360 from my local vet. I was pleasantly surprised that I received my dog's meds in just 11 days from the UK. They look authentic with the same packaging I normally get so I'm feeling like I made a smart decision by purchasing from this company.

I have no problem with ordering the products I need. I receuve my products very fast and everything is always correct. My only complaint would be that your repeat delivery isn't accessible to edit such as changing or skipping a month. I can't get into them to use reward points or anything else. ITs frustrating for sure.

I've placed 2 orders with them now, I received topical dewormer and 3 Seresto collars for my cats at less than half the cost of what I would have paid in the US. Products were genuine, shipping was as fast as it could be, coming from the UK. Items were delivered within 2 weeks of ordering. Will definitely purchase from them again. Excellent customer service as well. Be realistic with your expectations of shipping times and the items going through customs, the prices are well worth a little bit of a wait.

I first ordered back in May of 2023 to get my cats frontline plus, the price sold me. I have multiple cats and couldn't afford the 12pk price in my country ($75 for 6 doses!) It was delivered a little over a week later; I put it on my cats and I could tell a huge difference! I put my second order in last week and it will be here tomorrow (I live in texas) so I'm overall really happy about the price, effectiveness of medicine and the quick shipping! Will be shopping for now on for all medicine needs.

Ordered pet meds on November 24, but they never showed up. The tracking number given does not show in USPS. I contacted the company and asked for a refund. They agreed to refund my money because it was more than 21 business days, but the refund has not made it onto my credit card. This company is not based in Canada. They told me they were shipping from the UK. I don't have any problem with shipping from the UK, but I don't like that the website is misleading and falsely suggests that they are based in Canada. On a positive note, they have responded to each of my emails. I can live with it if I get my refund, but I'm a little frustrated that it is taking such a long time. I would've taken advantage of a black Friday deal with another company if I I knew my meds were either not shipped or gone missing. Hopefully I will not need to open a credit card dispute. It is now over a month since I ordered.

You are ordering from a company that is based in the UK. This means that your meds will take a very long time to get to you if they do at all. The company promised me a refund, but so far it hasn’t shown up on my credit card.

I love this company. They are reliable and are always giving great discounts. I love their reward system for repeat customers. I highly recommend! But need to allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery to U.S. which is understandable.
