Love the colors and patterns of the shirt selection. I was initially hesitant to order due to price but took a chance. The shirt I ordered exceeded my expectation both in color and quality. The size was perfect and did not shrink after several washings and tumble dry sessions. I will definitely order again.
Purchased Aegis Zip (Item 155249) as gift. Worn once. Pocket seam has one stitch and easily tore. Paid $149, plus shipping, for a product made in China of very poor workmanship. Company charges shipping for refund. Overpriced, cheaply done product with inferior customer service and add-on expenses.
Too many retailers out there. Avoid at all cost. Issue with Christmas gift and all they did was torcher with emails did we wear it, wash it, use stain remover. Send additional pictures. Every time we complied they kept up with more questions hoping I would go away. Incredible. I will never purchase from this company and you should think long and hard before doing so.

I've never been dissatisfied with any purchase. The soaps are great and make fun stocking stuffers at the holidays. My most recent purchase was a lovely lightweight summer tunic. It has been my favorite go-to for hot weather. The colors are gorgeous, quality fabric and well tailored-hips mid hip which is perfect for my shape. Customer service is above average. I'll continue to shop here.

I had an issue with a missing delivery. I called and was helped by customer service and my missing items were resent. I am very pleased. I love the quality and will look forward to purchasing more from C2C in the future!

I was helped when I called and spoke to a compassionate person. The emailing customer service went nowhere.

I've never heard of this company before a declined 5am charge for 90 bucks in my checking account. So I wanna know how yall even got my card info!?!?!?!?!? Luckily they got the expiration date wrong
Beautiful clothing. Well made. Lovely fabrics and tailoring. BUT! The worst customer service. I ordered several items that did not ship together. The first shipment never moved from the warehouse. I tried to report this to them several times with the tracking number. The agent did not every comprehend the situation. Repeatedly reminding me about some 5-10 business days which is a given but again NOT the issue.
Here I am 2 weeks later with still no package and USPS closed my case. The package is lost or stolen according to them. It never transited after its initial location. Now these things happen from time to time. My concern was more about the lack of skills to resolve a valid issue and to please the customer. This is an upscale catalog. Sadly I had to file a dispute with my CC company. Hopefully when the funds are withdrawn trained personnel will be available. None the less I'm sure I won't shop with them ever again. I do like everything I've purchased this far.
Quality and styles are great! I am always confident in giving gifts from Carbob2Cobalt to my family and close friends and buying for myself. I've been a regular customer for years and never been disappointed. Service was excellent the one time I used it and have no complaints other than delivery times are not the speed of Amazon's. Love this place!

I've purchased Christmas presents for the men in my life for the last two years from this Company… Great Boots, soap and leather bags but very disappointed with the quality of their clothing and even more disappointed with their Customer Service. FYI two washing cycles before zippers break, threads become frayed and the Fading begins. I buy and care for top designer lines as a norm so when I am told that because the garment has been washed twice, there is no warranty it tells me that they do not expect a garment to last more than two cycles from the door. I do not recommend you buy your loved one anything from this company due to that fact. I know I certainly do not intend on purchasing anything more. Thank you.
Also whoever designed them I know they're designed in either America or whatever made in China or India but whoever designed these clothes for men and women must be a computer because the cuts the way there they fit is not right for the money you're spending
We ordered Christmas gifts well in advance, paid for priority shipping. When the gifts didn't arrive talked with customer service, unbeknownst to us they cancelled part of the order, "credited our account" (not received) and delayed shipment on the balance until after the holidays. What a disappointment for my family flying in from all over the country there gifts were cancelled/delayed. Carbon2 is offering no solution or resolution.
After placing an order with this company, I did not receive a confirmation or any shipping information. When the item never arrived, I checked my credit card and discovered that I was charged in full for the item. When I contacted the company, at first they could not even locate my order. Once found, it was communicated to me that it had shipped to an address from over 10 years ago. They stated that I had entered that information, which I absolutely did not do. I always triple check my information before confirming on line orders to ensure it is accurate. The company refused to reverse the charges or reship the item to the correct address. Lost my business for sure...
I see a lot of negative reviews about this site which in turn calls me to write a review. Here's the deal. I've ordered from this company probably 5-6 times over the past couple of years. In my personal experience that 4.7 rating they have on their site is accurate. The reason it's not five for me is because of the sizing being a (little) off sometimes. I have received everything I have ever ordered from this company exactly as pictured in the magazine. I have not returned anything so I do not know how that side of the company operates. For the most part everything is true to size and is of good quality. I'm trying to do better about writing reviews for good service not just reviews for negative experiences which is what most companies receive. That's has to bring morale down inside of a good company.

Living in Florida, I appreciate the lightness of most of the shirts I have received. The fabric may tend to be on the light side and, for me, that's just fine with the summer months. The colors are great and people do notice the new ones I put on. I usually wear these collared shirts out to dinner and get great compliments. I can rotate thru them and like the fact that I can wash them, cold water, and then iron them myself without going for expensive dry cleaning bills. Looking at a pair of shirts right now that are close to a "fine" mens clothing store shirt at $249 but C@C they are $79 each! Not a brain teaser, right?
Tip for consumers:
Great service and quality goods at fair market prices and better than major brands in style .

Clothes aren't great and way over-priced. Also, they put a hold on your card while also charging your card for the same order as they ship items. I have never seen any other company do this. Stay away!
Tip for consumers:
Also, horrible customer service.

Amazing company. Love the style. Fabrics are beautifully curated. Customer service representatives are courteous and very helpful. They listen. Even their online CS Chat is a person not a bot like most online retailers. I had a problem with an order. I chose the wrong size. I called them to see how quickly I could change it. It was supposed to be a gift. They sent me out a new one even before my return was sent back, so I'd have it in time.
The best.
The catalog is so beautifully curated, and I was tempted to place an order for myself and for some on my Christmas shopping list - but after reading reviews here, which I found quite illuminating and very helpful, I decided against it. They are very pricey and I don't mind paying for good, quality merchandise - but I am sorry for those who had bad experiences - again thank you - we all have enough headaches these days and I feel as though I've dodged a bullet!
I ordered 5 men's t-shirts and the quality was poor. One shirt wasn't stitched completely on the shoulder seam and now I have to wait for a return label and mail the shirt back for either a replacement or refund. The fabric is very thin and doesn't lay well - seems rather large in the shoulders and short in length. Will not order from this company again. (Care instructions state to wash in cold water, tumble dry normal, then the next line states "no heat").

Returned item I purchased paid for shipping and yet fees were deducted from refund I have been lied to about receiving money on several occasions The merchandise is way overpriced and Customer Service is horrendous and unacceptable check around and you will find items just as good and less expensive

Received vest as gift a few weeks ago. Order S*******. Difficult to zip. Not like L.L. Bean metal Zippers.
I was just about to push buy, when I reread the description on a "Wavelength Cashmere sweater" for men. Not only is it 95% cotton, it's only got 5% cashmere, but it's title is "Cashmere".NOT "Cotton/Cashmere BLEND…NOT Cotton AND cashmere!
I thought publishing a description that is a lie is wrong? Isn't there a law against this kind of deceitful advertising?
WHAT, because they eventually put in 5% cashmere at the bottom it's ok?
NO!
They also did that with a "cashmere" beanie I was going to buy…90% merino wool and 10% cashmere!
That's NOT a cashmere beanie, or sweater.they are cotton and merino wool! If I'd wanted to buy merino or cotton, I would look up merino and cotton!
Shame on you!

Poor quality for prices charged. Pictures in catalogue are beautiful, unfortunately the items are very disappointing. Items are pricey, I agree with many of the prior reviews.
Their catalog looks high-end, but the ordered items look like something purchased at Walmart (maybe even W carries nicer stuff). What's more, I have yet to see my money back after returning the item (they don't come with tags, so who knows if they have been used) a month ago. Not only does it take about 1/2 hr to reach them, but customer service representatives also evade questions and do nothing about your complaints. I will be reporting them to BBB.
Tip for consumers:
Do not USE!
Just being fair since I see negative reviews, I actually sent an email 10 hrs after I purchased a black hoodie and asked them if they could cancel my order after reading these reviews, since the item had not shipped. Did not get a reply but it was shipped 5hrs after that. I ordered on monday evening 5:30pm and it was on my doorstep Thur morning. I live in CA, so same state as them, but it was fast. It looks like the picture, thinner as some have said, but I guess thats hard to convey in a picture. I am happy with purchase. More expensive than what I would usually pay for something, but I just wanted it =P
I ordered the Chill Factor Zip, which looked warm and comfortable in the catalog. It arrived flimsy, very lightweight, with faded colors and a very sharp-edged zipper. Also short clip-type bands on the sides, just above the waistline, which looked liked they would be a constant hazard for snagging. I think I could find something like it at Burlington Coat Factory for $19 or less; Carbon to Cobalt had it for $79, so after I returned it I was out about $7.99 for the return. Can't believe this company thinks it is giving fair value.
