Your website's constant verification of address is frustrating. I'd enter my apartment number and it would change the whole address.

My husband, Bob and I love Carrot-Top Industries, Inc.!!! We live on a hill where it's usually very windy and your flags are the only ones that hold up withstanding the strong winds. We buy the 3' x 5' Patriarch Polyester American Flag. I bought the Solar Powered Flagpole Light - Light Commercial as a Christmas gift for Bob...I'm anxious for him to open it, attach to our flagpole and see how the light will illuminate the flag during the evening hours! Thank you!

Your website could use some help to improve speed and ease of use, including payment options. It offers PayPal option before shipping information obtained so the incorrect fee amount was sent to pay pal before I was redirected to carrot top. Then had to figure out what the problem was. During this, the 'place order' button was highlighted (active) and I would press it but would not complete. At least I hope it didn't send repeated payments. There was no flag or info describing the problem or how to correct anything. Nothing. I was redirected back to pay pal then had to cancel the transaction and start all over from the cart only made sure I did not press pay pal option too early.

Make it user friendly for those who are not technology up to date. I had to help my Father-in-law to navigate through your website and checkout procedures .

Couldn't bundle the solar light from your website with this order. This was frustrating because of shipping cost.

Your "Place order" button is confusing. When you click the right had one, it doesn't work. Only the left side works to place an order.

I know my new rep reached out to me not too long ago, it's just very easy to place my order and pay. If I need items that are special items I will call the rep.

We order all our American flags from Carrot Top and they are a great value! We are located on a very busy intersection and we proudly display our flag from the third floor (windy) rooftop knowing many people see it and we are happy that they last through high winds, the rain, and snow of Southern Ohio!
