Also, There HID kits are very low quality..

Ordered a H4 kit back in 2013 for motorcycle, kit was missing a second ballast and bulb which I pointed out to him that even though bike only uses one bulb, the kit was priced same as car kit, and they sent us the second one no problem. A year later a bulb went out and a new one was sent to us no problem. NOW, one ballast died altogether and the other one has intermittent break in output wire. I've been trying to email back about warranty from both web site messenger and also by replying back through last email but no response back. NOW today I see website not available and their site account is suspended!

Received kit as recommended by on line chat. Had issues with one light after installed. The Service Department continued to send replacement parts until problem was corrected. I would recommend this Company very highly as they stand behind their Warranty 100%. A great shopping experience and a much improved lighting system on my Ford Edge.

The lights have improved my view of the road. Its like night and day. Very happy with purchase

I purchased a full HID KIT from this site a couple of years ago. Within a year a ballast and bulb had failed. Many back and forth e-mails and finally received a replacement. It took about a month. This time I'm running into the same issues. Drivers bulb failed and used the chat feature on the site first. Told me to e-mail *******@carxenonhidkits.com. Which I did. No response. Called today, did option 1 for sales - no one available and option 2 for customer service - no one available. Got a call back, told them the situation I got "ok, thank you" and then disconnected. He didn't take my info or anything. E-mailed again to find out the status.

Fraudulent charge on my account. Very rude customer serivice. Do not return calls or emails. Had to go through capital one and pursue fraudulent charges to get my money for a product I never purchased. Capital one called the company and the guy from carxenon hot very rude and was cursing and hung up on us. Says customer service is their main goal. Yeah right... Its one rude New Yorker. Would not recommend this company to anyone. STAY AWAY

After dealing with one of their other web sites, Hidkitslights is another ripoff, if you use paypal look at their contact info, the same, they have multiple web sites they use with different names, but same contact info on paypal, stay away from these ripoffs
Don't fall for their hype on their web site, If I could rate these rip offs I Would give them a -100 and send them to jail for fraud

Bought a kit a couple of years ago. On the site they claim lifetime warranty. One of the bulbs went and I emailed them for replacement. They replied that my claim was processed but did not send anything, even after repeated emails. They also claim parts are made in Germany but there is nothing stamped on the parts to substantiate that. German made parts always have markings on them.

The worst customer support. I bought a kit 3 weeks ago, and I can't install it because this guy don't know anything about HIDs kits. He sold me a kit that won't fit my car. I'm missing two parts to hold the light bulb in place. I've been calling him over 15 times. And he always says the same shi#$. I'll talk to my technician, I'll call you right back. Please don't waste your money with these people... buy the real stuff, a real HID Kit from a real well known company.

The owner was so rude. Called me all kinds of names. If anyone wants to hear the recorded conversation, let me know, it is all in MP4 format. They will not accept returns. I a, stuck with this Chinese junk listed as german

My lights are perfectly fine with no issues. They can in fast. I think the quality is great.

These guys are so rude, started calling me names and when I said "cancel my order" he said "okay but I'm keeping your money $#*!" now they aren't answering the phone! They are a scam!

I installed the lights on my Nissan last night. Did not take all that long. Tested them out and the work fine

They say you have a lifetime warranty I've have been waiting over 6 weeks for a replacement ballast. Emails just say it's on it's way. It doesn't take 6 weeks to ship it. They are full of $#*!. Don't buy don't trust these people. Hopefully one day they will get shut down for their $#*! customer service. $#*! these people

I paid for overnight shipping. "Thomas", who answers both the sales and customer service numbers, gave me an invalid tracking number and now is unreachable. The live chat customer service (I'm sure it's "thomas"), claimed they didn't have access to my account. Ha Ha! Then told me that fed ex would call me! I talked to fed ex... They DONT do business that way. The headlight I bought was priced at 15% of the factory light. Remember, if it seems too good to be true, it's a scam.

Ordered lights for my daughter's vehicle, paid for overnight shipping, CarXenon sent a tracking number stating that my order would arrive a week from the day I purchased. I called customer service and they assured me the light would arrive the following day. It's been four days and I'm still waiting for the lights I paid to have overnighted. I spoke with three different people in customer service - ALL COMPLETELY RUDE! They just don't care. Do yourself a favor and purchase light from anyone but these people.

I ordered a set for my Jeep. The relay harness developed a fault, I contacted them to send a replacement (as per the "Lifetime Warranty"), over a month later, nothing has been sent. I have emailed over and over again and been told "yes we are sending a replacement", "Let me check with Fed Ex where it is", "Allow 2-3 days for delivery", "It will arrive this week", etc etc!
All they do is lie, and the quality of their products is very poor, stay away!

Chicago was brutal this year---I live in the outskirts where i can run my Ski-Doo---Wanted to upgrade the lights for a very long time. The dealers want crazy money to put them in. Found this site and ordered them--They take little bit of time putting in. I have an OCD issue with perfection. I ran my Ski-DOO that night and Wow its was totally awesome running at night.

I give company 5 stars because of fast shipping and the lights can hold up to tons of abuse.

As everyone says David I think is the only person that works there is a $#@hole. I ordered lights and fog lights which neither work. I called back several times to get my money back and all he says I will send you the right parts. Told him over and over just give me my money back. Went through this for several months and never got anywhere. Totally ripped me off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM
