“Excellent products and arrived quickly”

I ordered last month direct from the site and have been very happy with my purchase. The products arrived in just a few days (this during the Covid-19 pandemic). I bought a tincture for myself and some chews for my dog. Both came properly sealed, packaged well and the quality was what I expected. These are the same products that were available at a local CBD store that closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I would recommend to a friend.

I ordered on Monday morning and they said " since you ordered early enough it will be shipped today!" It wasn't shipped until Wednesday. I have been a longtime customer so I emailed them several times asking why? NO RESPONSE! I can NOT recommend a company that is either lying to me and/or has bad customer service. The product is probably ok, but, who knows when the customer service is THIS bad? They don't allow GOOGLE EARTH reviews which also makes me wonder... Update- On top of them shipping at LEAST one day late, they sent me the WRONG items and THEN instead of offering to replace them, they said I should just personally take the "canine cbd" because "it is the same thing with a different label". In the past, this company was very good and trustworthy. OBVIOUSLY, NOT ANYMORE! They just lost my business AND my referrals...

This is the first cbd oil that has no effect on any of us, even when we use double dosage. Something wrong with it. I can't say for 100%, but I think it could be a scan, seeing how many complains are on independent site. They do not accept any negative review on their own site.

Their product reviews on their own site are severely misleading. They will not publish honest reviews unless you rate their own products at a minimum of 4 out f 5 stars. I've had problems with shipping. I've received spoiled product which they would not replace until they received the product back. Their latest product has zero quality assurance or quality control.

I have ordered my products and dint receive any sort of update on them for the next 16 days. I have emailed them multiple times but dint receive any reply. I have called them after 16 days, they told me that the products are out of stock and my order has been cancelled. They claim themselves as nation's leader in cbd products but in reality they are number 1 losers. I recommend everyone who's reading this to stay away from CBDMD.

I have not one positive word for this company. They deceive in all they do. They actually blame the customer for shipping inadequacies! I ordered 6 weeks ago... 6 weeks! They blamed me because I used my PO Box. We don't have mailboxes in our community. So they ship it via a NON-POSTAL carrier. Idiots. Zero intelligence at cbdMD. Stay away. 6 weeks and still not here... hahaha... CLOWNS

Shop elsewhere with a more trustworthy company.... This company could have offered a replacement, but, they instead....told me to take what I got! AND, this is after I have used them for OVER a year.

I was one of the unlucky people who believed the companies claims that the product is THC free and would not be detectable on a urine drug screen. After taking the gummies for about a month, I failed a drug test. Dont take a chance if this is an issue for you. Its not worth the risk!

I have contacted this company multiple times about them not posting my review on their gummies. They are totally ineffective and I believe this company knows this and only posts five star reviews (probably fake). Customer service said they would look into it but no longer answer my contacts. Will not buy from them again

Very unhappy - Because I changed countries, they locked my account and now I can't receive a very urgent delivery.
And web design of the website isn't intuitive at all so l recommend (ganja-estates.com) because of their quality products and outstanding delivery service and great customer service thanks

Got a good deal on first order. 15bucks the following month I see a charge on my card for another order. I did not authorize to be charged monthly! Also it's a week later and never received product. But my card was charged again. Buyer beware. Blue razz tasted like crap. Most others at least had better flavor.

I have been buying from this company for years. Last time I ordered they charged me for something that I didnt order. They refunded the money but because of their mistake they are refusing to sell to me anymore. They are telling me that once they had to refund that money for something that was their mistake they cannot sell to me anymore.

Dont expect to continue using if they send you something you didnt order and request a refund

I purchased CBDs Freeze for my arthritic lower back. It is the only product that relieves my pain so I can function. I also bought the CBD PM sleep product. Sleep like a baby now. Quick delivery and follow up to make sure I was satisfied. I'm assuming they have corrected and past delivery issues.

I bought the cbd oil with supposedly 7500. What a joke! No effect at all. The oil is clear. Stick with Cbdistillery. Their oil is green and it works almost a little too well.

Just wanted to leave a review mostly for customer service. Only 4 stars because the processing and shipping takes a really long time. Regardless I'm very appreciative because they always answer your call and help you out right away with any questions and find solutions for whatever you need. I was in a situation where my order was delayed and I needed it quickly, I called and the guy who usually answers is so kind and helpful. I can't remember his name but I want to thank him for finding me an alternative size product and getting it out to me as promised. I just received it 2 days early and I'm so relieved I won't have to be in pain now. I will continue to order from these guys and I'm sure shipping will catch up after the holidays. It's a busy time for all and everyone does the best they can right now. Thank you

Make sure you order early allowing plenty of time for processing and shipping. Sometimes they are fast and sometimes they are super busy and take a bit to catch up. Still worth it

WHERE TO START…first, it took THREE reshipment requests and a month to receive my product. Then the product SUCKED. It did not work at all and I'm almost 100% sure it doesn't actually contain melatonin. But what gets me is that I've tried posting my review on the product 3 times and every single time it's been deleted. They are deleting bad reviews of their products. Which is why I bought from them in the first place because they had great reviews. Now I know why. I even emailed telling them I saw it get deleted and they blamed it on a marketing issue and told me they'd let me know when it's resolved. A month later and nothing. So I posted again, I verified it by email and then the next day the review is gone. For the third time, I've tried leaving a review and they've deleted it for the third time. When I emailed telling them I'm onto them, suddenly they stop responding. This is unethical considering it's a product people are ingesting. This is a dangerous and fraudulent product, beware!

Oh and I've reported to the FTC and BBB and I've also been screen recording everything for proof.

I ordered CBD tincture. For those of you that are not aware of this, this is an oil from the hemp plant. Yes, marijuana, grass, weed. The stuff to get you high is removed and it is legal in all 50 states. I got the product, not sure if it is working for me as normally my pain goes up and down. After using it for 2 weeks, I can only say that it has not eliminated my pain. No problem. Shot them an email (on Saturday) Heard back in a few hours. They have agreed to work with me and I will be switching over to capsules at a higher dose. The quickness that they responded to me has me delighted and them standing solidly behind their promises has me writing this!

I am a middle aged mom unfamiliar with cbd/thc, 2 glasses of red wine is my occasional vice. However, after reading so many good reviews and articles, I bought the Delta 9 gummies in hopes that it would help me relax after a high stress day. I took 1 a month ago and it had zero effect. So a couple of days ago, I took 2. The effect was immediate - I thought I was having a psychedelic trip, my vision was severely altered, I went in and out of hallucinating, the floor was a wave and I couldn't move. I was scared to death and yelling at my husband to call 911. The paramedics arrived, took my blood pressure and pulse which was elevated but not in a danger zone. They said I could choose to not go to the hospital and that the effect would wear off over time and my husband was there to monitor me. I continued to experience difficulties for the next 3 hours, but the effect did decrease, until I was finally able to sleep it off. I was scared and now I am angry. CbdMD should not be able to sell a product where 1 dose has no effect and 2 sends you to the hospital! I tried to write this review on the website, but they did not publish it. How many negative reviews is this company hiding? They are dangerous!

I'm seeing a recurring trend from other reviews that FedEx keeps losing these items from cbdMD. CbdMD will not refund or send out another item. I'm disputing the charge now with the credit card company. Stay away from these jokers.

Placed a 1st time order and paid for expedited shipping. Fedex lost it, obviously not the fault of CBDMD, however everthing after that tells you what a pathetic company they are. They refuse to reship or refund until someday when fedex 'might" find the package because... wait for it... 'i might get a double ahipment and not return it'... Thats right... rather than fix the problem they just assume their customer is a dishonest person and let them sit in limbo until someday in the future when fedex finds its lost treasures.
Go elsewhere... many other CBD companies who actually want their customers business...

This was the first time I had ordered from this company. I am always skittish about trying anything new, so the first thing I did was check the COA. It was not available. I kept getting a notice saying they were updating their COA. This went on for several days. I mean, how long does it take! That concerned me so I decided to return the gummies. Their customer service was excellent and I was able to return the product without a problem.

I also did not notice any difference in my stress level. Maybe I should have taken more. Not sure. Might try another company.

Lost my order, paid for rush shipping, took 21 days to resend, then sent it to a Walgreens 25 minute drive to pick up. They didn't even let me know it wasn't coming to my house. THEY ACTED LIKE I WAS AT FAULT. PITIFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

First time, first order. Product got home safe and on time. No box, just the bottle inside and bubble wrapped envelope. I emailed support to get the COA. Then sent me an email with a COA attached with no batch number. Another email addressing the issue and they sent me a link to place my batch number and get the COA. Once I did, got a wrong product from the one I ordered. After multiple emails back and forth and many days waiting, it seems they placed a wrong batch number on muy product. Now to compensate me, they want me to send back the product they sent me in order to get the proper one. Really? Who has time for that? What about all the time wasted? Where am I going to get packaging for this and what about wasting my time to go to UPS?
What compensation is that?
If you can not match your product with your batch number, what else are you doing in your entire production line?
I will try different manufacturer.
This review is based on my experience with one order only.
Update 11/14/2019
The tried to compensate sending me to bottles to replace the one with wrong batch number. They also requested me to send them back the old one. The new shipment was even worse, the bottle came broken and oil spilled everywhere.

I have been taking cbd oils of similar strength from other brands to minimize skin inflammation and I decided to try CBDMD but results was zero. My skin flared up again. Absolutely useless. As soon as I switched back to another brand the inflammation diminished the next day, it's that big of a difference.
