I bought pants from them. I didn't use the pants for over 6 months. One day, I went to wear my pants. I put my keys into my pockets and heard my keys hit the floor. The pants had gigantic holes in the pockets. Went to store and "there is nothing we can do". Called corporate, "we defer to the store". They are selling pants with no pockets made in China. What's alarming is that they won't even give a gift card. Terrible product. Terrible service. Check before you buy. Hilarious

They have messed up my order more than once! I ordered 2 pair of ASICS online 2 days after order I'm notified that one pair is not available. On the 6th day I inquire about my one remaining pair. I'm emailed back and told the whole order is canceled and my money should be released in 5 to 7 business days! I will never shop at this pathetic business again. I suggest you don't either or you'll regret it.

Tip for consumers:
I spend thousands on shoes and apparel yearly. First incident with them but hilarious nonetheless. What’s most annoying is the lack of any discussion to make this right. Just hiding behind a policy that is obviously wrong. Sadly, didn’t use item for 6 months. I’ll donate it to the poor and stitch the pockets shut.

Champs actually charges $6.99 to return an online order. This is crazy.
How is this even acceptable?

Now that I know this, I'll never shop at Champs again.
Other sports brands offer free returns and that is where we'll spend our money from now on.

Champs is a pathetic excuse for a shoe store. They don't enter you point whenever you order shoes from them. They don't honor the points you had when it was Eastbay shoe company, and you bought numerous pair of shoes. Then when you call and speak to customer service, you get connected to someone from the Middle East who doesn't care anything about what your saying. They just keep saying they can't honor your points even though they see you ordered shoes in the past. Very rude customer service. Telemarketing gangsters on the phone, and cowards in the real world. Do not spend your hard earned American dollars with this company. They say anything to keep you from being able to use your points for a discount on a new purchase. When you finally receive your shoes the boxes will be crushed and damaged. You literally have to steam your shoes to straighten them back out. Just a crappy company all the way around. From customer service to shipping of your product. Beware

Purchased a nike hoodie that came with the security tag. Tried to do virtual chat which doesnt even work, called customer service the guy was talking so fast and had a heavy accent I couldnt even undertsand him. But i have to send back so they can check before sendind me a new one when it was their mistake. So i have to wait even longer hoping they dont mess up agaon

Returned a new sweatshirt for smaller size, they sent back to me a used sweatshirt claiming it was the one I sent! They keep the good ones and return us the garbage.

I visited store ******* in SC on Dec. 16,2023 to purchase items. And my bank card was doubled charged. I called customer service 3 times and visited the store 2 times and no one could help me, they are giving me the run around. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED.

I just created an account today and I can honestly tell you it is the worst ordering site I have ever been on. I had 17 items I was trying to buy and as I choose each size (which showed as available) and tried to add to cart, a pop up would show saying the size is out of stock. At first I figured maybe it just sold out but as I moved through my order, it did it with EVERY single item. I called customer support thinking it was a glitch and I was told that those items were out of stock in their system. I asked why the inventory still shows as available on the website and she said it can take 2-3 days for the system to update?! Out of 17 items that showed that sizes were available I was unable to order 1.

First of all I couldn't use the the Google PayPal for any of the for any of the games I downloaded plus it said I was banded because I have multiple accounts that's a lie it's one account so yeah this is the scam please don't even bother with it

Well when you call the you can't get anyone that speaks CLEAR UNDERSTANDABLE English. I didn't get my full order I ordered 2 of each thing for 1 of each. They tried to give me partial refund umm no I want my items I ordered or a FULL refund. She said she had to call the store to see what happened. Then gets back on line and says they don't have it. Well does the warehouse or another store you can ship from. She comes back and says you will have the items in 2 business days. Said I'll get a email with new order number. Never did! Their customer service sucks! Clearly the slip said 2 each I got 1 of each.

I purchased a jacket from here in the United stats last week and I can't exchange it in Canada, very poor customer service. I could understand returning it because of the exchange rate in the dollar but not even being able to exchange for a different size is very sad. Will never shop here again.

Recently bought a new pair Jordan 13 Court Purple, didn't even waste a second before I realized that they gave me fake Jordans. The price's looked reasonable so I was kind of surprised, then again I also should have looked at the reviews. I'm not completely sure if all of there shoe brands are fake, but most Jordan's are. If you're looking to buy some Jordan's, don't shop here.

On 5 separate occasions now I ended up paying extra to buy shoes from other retailers because of the constant Champs issues. From adding to cart to (eventually) attempting checkout, just a big ball of crap.

Great selection of shoes but Horrible shipping for online purchases. I ordered twice and both times I waited about 2 weeks for my order. Simply annoying! Won't shop online ever again

All these people on here leaving bad reviews or just bots get a life I've ordered from champs over a hundred times and never had a problem with my order yeah it takes about a week longer than anybody else that I always get my s*** get a life and quit trying to ruin people's business oh my God I don't get them the same day or the next day I'm going to cry and write a bad review get a f****** life

Don't listen to the bad reviews about champs they're describe babies and don't get their product in one to two shipping days so they're going to cry and leave bad reviews

I ordered some shoes that I had brought that was a new release and I never had got the shoes inside the box was a bag of tape that was different colors. When I contact champs that told me that they could do nothing about at. These mothers$#*!ers don't deserve a dollar nor a star in that case. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. I HOPE THAT YALL THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE PURCHASING YALL MIGHT NOT GET YOURS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to four shoe stores before I found Katt at your Pearl Ridge location on Oahu. What a relief to find someone who wasn't b-bopping to loud in store music. She approached myself and three teenagers and asked how she could help. Her empathy for my situation surpassed anything I have been through. Sure enough she found us EXACTLY what we were looking for. I will never never walk into any shoe store other than Champs! Brandon, the store manager, was terrific as well. Good job Champs!

I ordered a hoodie as a gift and it was too small. It was tried on in my presence for under one minute. I immediately took it back and put it in a bag. I started an exchange the following day. A week or so later I received an email stating the original hoodie was being returned to me before it was "USED"? I sent several more emails and made 2 phone calls, speaking to a supervisor, and was told there was nothing that could be done, that was the warehouses call. I've never in my had such an issue with a store. This hoodie was 100% in brand new condition with tags. It was taken out of their packaging and wrapped as as gift, tried on for less than a minute, packaged and returned. Even more confusing was when I received the hoodie back today from the "warehouse" and it had a woman's name and address for the return address, as opposed to Champs Sports. So this really makes me question who's determining whether or not items are still "new" and "unworn". Beware if you're buying online and may potentially have to return something.

Don't buy anything you can't try on!!

Champs Sports is a horrible place to shop online at, the people took my order and money, claimed that the order would be shipped a day later, it's been 5 days and my order still is open without any shipping information. There's no way possible to get in touch with customer service at this point because no one while answer the phone or emails, so basically there just taking advantage of people and there hard earned money in the middle of a pandemic at this point
