Chick-Fil-A

We ordered from Chick Fil A online and my daughter ordered extra pickles on her sandwich. It had NO pickles. They also did not send any barbecue sauce! She can't eat her food without the sauce. Waste of money and this is not the first time they have ruined our meal. Will not be ordering from them again. Not worth it. They are just awful!

Chick-fil-A never disappoints when it comes to fast food. Their chicken sandwiches are consistently delicious, and the waffle fries are the perfect side. The customer service is exceptional, with friendly staff and speedy service. Plus, I appreciate Chick-fil-A's commitment to community involvement and philanthropy. It's always a pleasure dining at Chick-fil-A

Not sure what the hype is all about. I had chicken strips & fries, both of which were cold & disgusting in flavor.

Drive thru or not, we've been here a long time, every time it's fast and furious like the movie, fast and furious. Nice meals made by even nicer people, I don't know why sometimes people think that they could be rude? But, No, I love it here.

Went to the Kirby Whitten location on 05/13/23 placed a Mobil app order at 8:04 pm at 8:30 had to go inside because i never received my order that was very disappointing it took until about 9:00pm to recieve my order

My wife and I went to store no. ******* on feb 18. We were first greeted well my the staff as we came in and the pleasantries were great. The cashier was James who was extremely accommodating. I had the best vanilla milkshake I ever had at a store of yours and there always very good anytime you buy one. The store was very clean. Even when we left one of your employees said have a blessed day. What a way to finish your day. Proof of purchase is order no. *******

The sizzle was not as shown, it was torn off ans tasted very bad. Would not recommend it. Very unhappy

I am disgusted with chick fil a customer service. I guess they are less concerned with making sure the customer is satisfied. Because I placed an order through Uber eats and chick fil a did not provide a quality check to ensure the delivery person was given the correct order they are not responsible for their error. Despite speaking to chick fil a customer service regarding my experience and verbalizing what was clearly a mistake on their part, they refused to take any responsibility or even apologize for the inconvenience. POOR customer service.

They treat their animals and I read people are getting sick. Whole Foods chipotle papa John's and Taco Bell got A's. McDonalds got an F minus

Chick-fil-A is the worst restaurant ever their food sucks their customer service sucks their employees suck luckily there's a canes that opened up the street will never eat there again I'm talking about the one on 35th and Quebec and Denver Colorado which ruins it for all of them I never go to another ungrateful restaurant again especially Chick-fil-A last time I checked my money is good everywhere

The last two times I went there I got a chicken Sandwich and fries. The chicken tasted weird and I had diarrhea.

I'm sorry but I have to be honest for a company that considers them a Christian based company they are poisoning they are consumers you only have to look at the ingredients that are in Chick-fil-A sandwiches and chicken fingers if you put it up on their website they will take it down for they do not want the consumer to know what's in their product if you were to ask them for the ingredients and everything that's in their chicken sandwiches and in their chicken tenders you would be shocked and your mouth would drop. I used to love Chick-fil-A until I found out how they are poisoning they're consumers about the only thing that's healthy possibly is the salad but even that is in a chemical if you want a safer and better experience skip Chick-fil-A besides being over expensive it's unhealthy and today's society we have to watch what we eat and be informed with the trash that restaurants put in their food

Went to Chick-fil-A in Downingtown, Pa. Yesterday for the 4th time in 2 weeks. The RACIST P.O.S. Had to RUN HER RACIST MOUTH because I told another Customer that an employee named Regina said she only makes $8 an HOUR. Does the TRUTH HURT MS. RACIST? I asked for plenty of chick-fla-a an got zero the chicken nuggets are no flavor and don't taste like they do normally these is not normally how chickfla is but today it was I really bad I don't wanna go back now I can't even it it's so bad the only thing that's good is the drink

My family like chick fil_a, we consider clean and yummy for a fast food restaurant, but the last 10 times we ordered, there was a missing item, this is so frustrating and we don't like it, either we order from the mobile app or in the restaurant, and that happened in more than one location, it's weird how they do this mistake like continuously, my daughter is crying now since 4 o'clock because they didn't put her sandwich in the order, and we can't go back to pick it up, we are so busy. It's so annoying

Chicken wrap sandwich the worst sandwich ever, you can't get the sandwich in any gas station for $6 they sell at $10 a miserable sandwich, the exact gas station chicken wrap you should take it out of the menu

Amazing. I love that they offer continued access and editing of a paid, Email Signatures. I especially love that they don't follow a common billing practice of most competitors by charging a monthly or annually for continued editing or even use of your signature. Designhill allows makes it easy to access AND edit past signatures and no extra free as I own that signature. Perhaps my favorite part as a business owner is immediately after completing the signature they show detail instructions how to add your signature to all major email providors including Microsoft Exchange

I will not be eating from chick fil a no more, it was a fly in my mac&cheese im so disgusting. Don't go to the route 40 location

Didn't have ledduce on sandwhichs I was so upset because I caught both of them.I was getti bc it for my kids it's was so bad.

I like chik fill a and i will always love it, even though it has some... questionable practices, i like the food.

Me and my girlfriend got side eyed alot for holding hands and kissing here. Very rude, we left before even ordering. Once we got home we looked into it and found various articles about them donating to anti LGBTQIA+ organizations and things similar to that. I wouldnt be caught dead spending my money here due to it. Hope this helped! (Tbh the food probably sucked)

I filed a complaint against chick Fila on Texas Road in Old Bridge, NJ since last month against the owner through chick fila corporate. Every time I call the corporate for an update they tell me they're still investigating. But I think it's a lie. They're just waiting for me to get tired of calling and give up. This is just how the system works. The rich protect each other's.
