Do not go anywhere near this rort. Send you absolute rubbish, poorly made out of flimsy material and refuse to take any responsibility. They revel in the way they steal from customers and the whole program makes me sick. Six items purchased - five went to charity and the other was so shoddy it went straight into the trash.

I wish now that I had done some more research before ordering from this scam of a "company". If I could have given it a minus for the stars, I would have given it minus five stars. Saw an adorable sundress dress on an ad, and followed it to the website, where I also saw a blouse I loved. Decided to order the dress in two different colours as well as the blouse. I heard nothing from the company other than an initial confirmation email until the blouse arrived several weeks later. Sizing was way off. I'm normally a medium or a large, but this blouse fit more like a small. I contacted the company to see about an exchange and was told that I would have to send the blouse to a location in China at my own expense. The email also that said if I didn't reply within 7 days, they would consider the transaction closed. They offered instead of 15% cash refund that could be used towards tailoring the blouse. Looked into postage and the return would have cost about $25. This company really does hold you hostage, as returns are astronomical, and you really can't trust the sizing at all. Still had heard nothing about the two dresses, so I inquired about them as well, and was told there was going to be a two--three week delay from the shipping company in sending them out. This was now a month after I had initially ordered them. Given my experience with a blouse, and that there would be a further delay, I asked them to cancel my order for the dresses. Basically been left with a useless blouse, as a cost of the return is only $10 less than what the blouse cost.

Don't waste your time ordering from this site. It's nothing but a scam intended to gouge you.

Their clothes look good. Of course, they use other online stores pictures. I bought 2 sweaters, they were around $13 on chiclila.com. I did image search after I read some reviews (after I purchased them...), then I found out that these pictures are from a different store, they sell the sweater for around $70. What chiclila.com gives you are totally different cheap looking items.
And it took a long time to receive them...

My original order came quite quickly, but was too small, so I had to return it for an exchange. I was sent an address label for somewhere in China, paid the postage, as requested, and am still waiting. As one of the other reviewers said, whenever i send an e-mail, the same answer comes back every time. I am currently asking for a full refund, but am not optimistic.

I wanted to give a rating of no stars, but the website does not allow that. That tells you everything really.

Ladies, this company needs to be put out on business. Somebody is making big bucks ripping off people and it needs to stop! Pass the word to your friends and neighbors! Do not buy these clothes! 100 scam. Put them under!

I ordered 5 items from Chicalisa.com on September 7th, 2019. As of today, November 19th, I have received 3 items which were cheap looking and not as shown on website.

Not sure when or if I will get other 2 items but contacting them with questions is also a waiting game. I will stay clear.

Do not buy from this site.
The clothing from this site is unwearable.
The fabric is terrible, the cut and the sewing was rough and ugly.
None of the items resembled the Chiclila Adverts.
Avoid disappointment and wasting your money.

I got my purchase and it arrived weeks later seperately. It's cheap material. It does not look like the photo advertise. One dress ripped in the back while at work. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

This is a scam company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I purchased about $350 worth of merchandise from this company through their online Facebook advertisement. After a month of waiting I finally received the items and they looked nothing like what was advertised. They were simply cheap mock-ups of the items shown on the models, were different fabric, poorly tailored and fitted and lacked the same detail and were simply unwearable.

Of course when I complained to them and told them I wanted to return all the items I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping myself to Guangzhou China. Since I had spent quite a bit of money on these items I figured after the $75 shipping fee I'd still get about $275 back. After I returned from been gone 2 months I figured I would have received the check by then but there was nothing in the mail. I emailed them, they asked me for more details and I have not heard back from them since.

I am in the process of filing a complaint with the state attorney's office.

I ordered a lightweight cotton jacket.(athletic wear type) It arrived 3 weeks later but instead of being made of cotton with a bit of spandex it is 100% polyester or some other type of synthetic fabric (like a cheap blouse). The item fit ok through the body but the sleeves were seemingly 2 or 3 sizes larger and the cuff around the wrist was 2-3 inches too large. The sleeves were puffed with a cuff at the wrist vs. a straight sleeve Excess fabric on the inside of the pocket was left sticking out, above the top of the pocket. Fabric was puckered up all around the edges of the zipper in front. I did an image search and they had used a photo from Soft Surroundings (stolen image and poorly copied design) I then looked at other items and found them stolen from other sites (Sundance, etc.) Their photos misrepresent what you will receive and the workmanship is poor. The item I received looked like something I would expect to see at a dollar store.

I have provided all of the information requested THREE times & I keep getting the same generic reply asking for all of the information that I have already supplied. This company is the worst as far as customer service goes.
