The customer service is horrible at the Olney location... we have been ordering from them for years but for the first time today the order was wrong at the Olney store. I called to get it corrected and a man answered the phone over talking me and was super rude. When I stated I just want what I ordered he was ignorantly and when I asked his name he gave me a fictitious name and hung up. I called back and spoke to the "manager" Danny who apologized and stated he would talk to him later. Needless to say I will try to reach the owners but I will make sure my organization does not order any more catering from this place or my family will not order from them any more. Because the man "the sky is the limit" was so rude... I will make sure everyone knows not to order from them anymore, especially businesses.
