I had three parcels delivered to my Collis address in France. All arrived. None were added to my account. I couldn't see them so couldn't get them shipped to me. I contacted customer services who agreed the parcels had arrived but couldn't tell me why they weren't appearing on my account. Absolutely useless. What a complete waste of money and time. Terrible service-don't use it. I actually think it's a criminal scam. I'm not sure who to report them to.

In case you wonder why Sitejabber is scoring higher than Trustpilot, this is most likely since the ratings aren't manipulated on here.

Colisexpat is a straight SCAM, Helena does not answer your questions. I have multiple missing packages which they refuse to compensate

I saw some bad reviews so thought I would do Colisexpat a service and write that my experience was great. I used them twice to have items from France shipped to Japan. The second time I actually made a mistake inputting the French address and mailed the package to the wrong address but they managed to sort out the problem, retrieve my goods and have them mailed to my correct "French address" to process and send to me in Japan. The customer service in my experience was beyond helpful and also everything was processed in a timely fashion. I will certainly be using them again because I can finally purchase products that are impossible to get in Japan otherwise. Thank you. -Jamie

I had one round of shipments from Colisexpat that arrived without any issues (except that they are slower in processing packages than similar companies). With the second round, I needed to contact customer service to sort out an issue and communication with them was infuriating - one word answers, very slow replies, and I have no idea where my stuff is (even though I paid some 700 Euros to get it shipped very quickly). I would NOT recommend this service to ANYONE.

I ordered some items from a French sonline store, set up an account with these people, paid them. They said they had my parcel and would deliver it, but never did. Altough they claim they did. A very expensive mistake. Do not sign up with them they are not trustworthy. A total scam! I would have given no stars if possible

Stay away!, sent over 5000 EUR of products to them, they basically lost all of our shipments and have no responsibility, their support is horrible!

The process was smooth for me and pretty fast. However, I purchased a blazer and pants from Massimo Dutti in Germany which cost about $200.00 (USA) plus taxes. Colis Expat charged me about $308.87 (USA) to send it to me. So I would never be willing to pay that much to purchase items overseas again. I checked the Colis Expat website to calculate shipping before I purchased. It was less than half of the cost. I would have never considered using the service if they were more upfront about the costs.

First time I tried them and it went horrible wrong. MY Parcel to the Philippines endet up in CUSTOMS IN CHICAGO USA INSTEAD OF PHILIPPINES! THERE CS IS NON EXISTENT!

They stole my parcel that was sent to their warehouse in US. Be careful, do not use them as it is a fraud.

A COMPLETE SCAM! SEE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! I had 2 packages to be sent from the US to the Middle East. The charge was 65 Euro for 7 kg - completely overpriced! But once the package is in their hands there's nothing to do... Had it forwarded almost a month ago(!) and still didn't get it. Of course I got charged right away. Tracking details haven't been changed for more than 2 weeks (!). I tried contacting customer service but the response is very vague - covid and other stupid answers. It was supposed to take up to 13 business days and so far Collis Expat will not commit to when the package will be delivered - who knows if it will ever be delivered...

Now almost 2 months later i got an email that they have my package. The package consists of 8 CDs which measure 14x12x7cm. They claim my package is 46x33x7cm that is why i costs that much. After many emails they made it clear that the price wont change they wont check on my package to see if that is really the size, they wont return to sender if i don't pay refund but they don't return within the UK anyway. Costumer service replies are short with no info and very rude sometimes. Oh and to top all of that they said my package will be ''deleted'' after 2 months of storage.
I will never use their service again not only because of the amount they charged but also for the for really bad customer service.

IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE TO ARRIVE, CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY!

I ALSO CONTACTED THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE COMPANY AND I AM WAITING TO BE REACHED BACK WITH A SOLUTION FOR THE PROBLEMS THEY ARE CAUSING ME.

IN THE MEANTIME YOU CAN READ MY UNBIASED OPINION AND JUDGE BY YOURSELF IF YOU DESIRE TO USE COLIXEXPAT OR ANOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR PRECIOUS PRODUCTS.

IN FEBRUARY 2020 I PURCHASED A PRODUCT FROM THE UNITED STATES TO BE FORWARDED IN SPAIN. COLISEXPAT ACCEPTED THE ORDER AND FORWARDED IT TO ME IN SPAIN WITHOUT PROBLEMS.

SINCE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE FIRST TIME FORWARDING SERVICE, IN APRIL 2020 I ORDERED THE SAME EXACT PRODUCT AGAIN ($160 WORTH OF PRODUCTS) TO BE AGAIN FORWARDED TO SPAIN.

BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER I CHECKED ON THE COLISEXPAT WEBSITE IF THINGS WERE CHANGED AND AFTER TALKING WITH THE SUPPORT THEY TOLD ME THAT, ACCORDING TO THEIR WEBSITE AND A NEW RULE, THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO FORWARD THIS PRODUCT TO SPAIN.

THEN I ASKED THEM TO FORWARD IT TO ITALY, TO MY PARENTS, AND THEY TOLD ME ITALY WAS OK.

WHEN I ORDERED THE PRODUCT ($160 WORTH) I ASKED TO THE ONLINE SHOP TO SHIP IT TO COLISEXPAT SO THEY COULD FORWARD IT FOR ME TO ITALY.

WHEN COLISEXPAT RECEIVED THE ORDER, THEY REFUSED TO SHIP IT TO ITALY, TELLING ME THAT THEY CAN'T DO IT AND THAT NOW I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN IT TO THE SHOP (IT IS A NOT RETURNABLE ORDER).

COLISEXPAT IS A SCAM, THEY MADE A MISTAKE ASSURING ME THAT THEY CAN SHIP IT TO ITALY, THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR THE SHIPPING (EXTRA 55$) AND THEY DON'T WANT TO SHIP IT AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE (THEY ASSURED ME THAT THE SHIPPING TO ITALY WAS OK).

THEY ARE TAKING HOSTAGE OF MY PRODUCTS, WORTH OVER 160$, UNTIL I PAY THEM SO THEY HOPEFULLY SHIP MY ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE.

THIS IS ILLEGAL, COLISEXPAT IS ILLEGAL, THEY WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR PRODUCTS UNTIL YOU PAY THEM TO RELEASE THEM.

THEY MAKE A MISTAKE AND THEY WANT YOU TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES AND UNTIL YOU PAY YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PRODUCTS BACK. THIS IS HIGHLY ILLEGAL AND COLISEXPAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES.

I TRIED TO DEAL WITH THEY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR REPLY WAS: "I WILL CLOSE THIS CONVERSATION AND WE WILL RESUME THIS CONVERSATION WHEN IT IS CONSTRUCTIVE"

THIS IS HOW COLISEXPAT TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I URGE ALL OF YOU SCAMMED BY COLISEXPAT TO CALL YOUR BANK AND DISPUTE THE PAYMENTS SCAMMED BY COLISEXPAT, IF YOU DO THAT, YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND THEIR PAYMENT ACCOUNT WILL BE CLOSED AND SUSPENDED BY VISA AND MASTERCARD AND PAYPAL AND THEY WILL STOP THEIR FRAUDULENT OPERATIONS.

WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS, WE PAY, WE DESERVE RESPECT AND DESERVE THE SERVICES WE PAID FOR. WE CAN WIN AGAINST THIS SCAMMING COLISEXPAT.

COLISEXPAT SCAM HAS TO BE STOPPED ONCE AND FOR GOOD.
