Update: Since writing this review our profile was fixed and information updated. So make sure you reach out to them to clear everything up. Our company has a "profile" on this terrible website. It collects random information from different sources without following up on them or checking the information. In our case the " complaint " was taken from our BBB page. We resolved the complaint long time ago, but they wouldn't update it on their website. Websites like this should be banned since they are hurtful to businesses/consumers. If you run a complaints website, make sure to check your information. Not just still it from other websites.
They show a FAKE negative overview of our company which is harming the reputation. Moreover, all requests for the removal of malicious postings are completely ignored.
After five attempts to provide detailed review information of a complaint (without bashing the subject company) I keep getting the same reply from ComplaintBoard that my review is incomplete, without clarity of missing information. I followed their guidelines. I'm done with this group. Save your energy. Not worth spending a minute it with this site/group.
I know people who have posted fake reviews to get back at people they don't like that work for companies. They then make multiple profiles and make comments. There is no verification and the website refuses to remove false information even when the police endeavour to get malicious and false accusations removed. The website then says you can get the person who wrote to say it's resolved but they will never remove the comment. The only option is to take this company to court. Who can be bothered with the expense and hassle. I'm sure the majority of people realise that this is not a credible complaints website.

Hi Joe!
We regret to hear about your experience.
If you suspect a review to be fake, you can consider taking the following steps:
• Any reviews that do not comply with the ComplaintsBoard’s Complaint Guidelines should be reported. Usually, this kind of content consists of personal attacks and verbal assaults, personal data of employees, sharing other people’s experiences, conflicts of interest, and reviews meant for other websites.
• Aim at resolving complaints from real customers. The more complaints you have resolved, the lesser is the impact of the fake complaints on your business.
• Publicly express in a comment or a private message why you find a review to be inaccurate. This will diminish the effect these reviews might have by showing your customers the whole picture of the situation. Moreover, responding to complaints and interacting with your customers brings a higher value to the companies.
• If you believe our moderators have missed a suspicious review, you can report it with supporting evidence and the complaint will be further investigated. Often these removal requests are not successful, so we advise you to try alternative options.
Moreover, if you disagree with complainants, you can always publicly express in a comment or a private message why you find their reviews to be inaccurate. This will diminish the effect these reviews might have by showing your customers the whole picture of the situation. Moreover, responding to complaints and interacting with your customers brings a higher value to your business.
This information is mentioned in our Business FAQ that's freely available on the website.
However, reviews are never removed from the website, which is also mentioned in our FAQ. And we never make any exceptions.
If you still have any inquiries, please drop us an email at support@complaintsboard.com

This site is a scam and should be shut down. I am a new business owner and they stole my 5 star review from trust pilot and falsely claim poor customer service and quality when there is not one complaint besides the 5 star review which they logged as a complaint. I will be looking into legal action against them. After talking with Complaints board they removed my company from their site and the review which is great, yet was still very concerned about the summary of my company that they put up of multiple complaints on service and quality when there are no negative reviews and even if there was a legitimate bad review, one review would not constitute the slandering of such extent. I have voiced my concerns and hope they are more careful with what they say about a company in the future.
Hi Roy,
Thank you for your review!
We greatly appreciate your direct communication with us via email.
Your concern was promptly addressed, and we successfully resolved the issue you brought to our attention. Given that your complaint is no longer relevant, and your request has been favorably resolved, the information no longer accurately reflects the situation.
If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
We are always available to provide our support and guidance.
Kind regards,

They are not following what is in the contract for their employees, like for the working VISA. They should be the one to shoulder it for the OFW from the Philippines but they are deducting it on the first months salary of their employees. They make their employees work for 12-16 hours per day but they dont pay their overtime even though in the contract it says that overtime after 8 hours should be paid by the company. They dont give the time card to the employees so that theres no evidence that they worked overtime without pay. They dont give the last pay of some of their employees and cancels the contract without any definite reason or explanation. Very bad company
Dear katie m.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. However, it appears that your message is not related to any specific complaint or issue on ComplaintsBoard.com. Our platform is designed to facilitate the exchange of feedback and complaints between consumers and businesses.
Based on your complaint, it appears that the company you are referring to may not be adhering to the terms of their employment contract. Deducting the cost of the working visa from an employee's salary and not paying overtime as stated in the contract are clear violations of employment laws and regulations.
We strongly encourage you to report these violations to the appropriate authorities, such as the Department of Labor and Employment in the Philippines. Additionally, if you have evidence of these violations, we recommend that you gather and present this evidence to the relevant authorities or seek legal advice.
As a complaints website, we cannot take direct action against the company in question. However, we will investigate the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with our guidelines. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our platform and services.
Best regards,
ComplaintBoard Support Team
I would advise everyone to read reviews on ComplaintsBoard before deciding anything. It's trustworthy. With honest opinions. What's interesting is that people share their negative experience only to show companies' worst sides. That's why I consider them to be reliable.
I really thank them so much for existing.
Tip for consumers:
They do not accept positive feedbacks, but I am not sure it'sa dsadvantage. It's more like their special feature...
Just compare the reviews for "regus.com" in SJ, BBB and Complaintsboard. Complaintsboard says regus is 100% legit. They use the bot replies to mark complaints as "Resolved", giving them a certified seal, while in reality they were never resolved. They also auto-resolve the complaints after some time, so if the fraud site is persistent in giving fake resolutions, it will eventually mark them as resolved.
Here's an excerpt from BBB, and another from complaintsboard for the same site;
BBB: "Customer Complaint: Due to the volume of complaints filed against this business, BBB only publishes the details for 25% of the total complaints filed."
ComplaintsBoard: "ComplaintsBoard has analyzed Regus and determined that it has perfect credibility and is completely trustworthy, with a legitimacy rating of 100%."
Hi Ajay! Thank you for your review!
ComplaintsBoard.com doesn't use any bots for providing replies. The mentioned company's account is officially claimed, and it means that all responses are given by their representatives.
And here's how our resolution process works: each company has 30 days to provide an official reply to their customers (publicly or directly).
If the complainant doesn't respond within these 30 days, we consider that either the issue has been resolved or the consumer is no longer interested in the complaint. And it works for every company, with no exception. Complaints without any responses are never marked as resolved, unless they are outdated (older than 3 years).
We hope the process became clear to you now:)
For any other inquiries, please contact us at support@complaintsboard.com
Have a great day!

Our website is listed on Complaintsboad.com with fake reviews. Some arepulled from this bugus site and some are completely fake or unverfied.
Hi Matthew,
Thank you for sharing your concerns.
At ComplaintsBoard.com, we believe in transparency and enabling users to share their experiences freely. We do not remove reviews solely based on the business’s claim they are false. And it has nothing to do with scam.
If you come across the reviews you suspect to be fake or in violation of our Complaint Guidelines, we recommend the following steps:
1️⃣ Report Inappropriate Content: Please report any reviews that violate ComplaintsBoard's Complaint Guidelines. These typically include personal attacks, sharing personal data of employees, or reviews intended for other platforms.
2️⃣ Resolve Real Complaints: Focus on addressing complaints from genuine customers. The more resolved complaints you have, the less impact fake ones will have on your business's reputation.
3️⃣ Engage with Reviews: Engaging with reviewers by either leaving a public comment or sending a private message can help clarify misunderstandings. It also demonstrates your commitment to customer satisfaction, which is highly valued by consumers.
4️⃣ Report Suspicious Reviews: If you believe our moderators have overlooked a suspicious review, you can report it with supporting evidence, and we will investigate further. Please note that removal requests may not always be successful, so we encourage you to explore alternative solutions.
For a more effective resolution, we invite you to reach out to us through email support@complaintsboard.com, where we can address your concerns more comprehensively.
Kind regards,
Marianna from ComplaintsBoard.com Team
Every time I tried to reply to a comment says.
"SITE IT NOT WORKING"
The response I received was infantile and disturbing and now I cannot answer the accusations and the person blamed my mother for their own shortcomings.
Dear Noah R,
We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced while attempting to reply to a comment on our platform. Please ensure that you are following our guidelines and terms of service. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our support team directly.
Regarding the accusation against your mother, we do not tolerate personal attacks or abusive behavior on our platform. If you believe a comment violates our guidelines or terms of service, please report it to our support team immediately.

My wife has a dog breeding business with hundreds of satisfied clients. They love her and their puppy. But sometimes she decides that a prospective client is not someone she could work with, or is not in a position to properly care for puppy and refuses to let them adopt one of hers. These few people post abusive rants at Complaints Board. It is disheartening to see human beings venting their anger and hate in public. Complaints Board is a dumb idea! Ignore the vitriolic outbursts for which it provides a forum.
The staff of this website was very helpful when i had problems with filling a complaint against a local company, that refused to give me a refund, after the wifi router the sold me broke down in 3 days after the purchase. I think most of the people that are complaining about them are either scam themselves, or just don't know how to behave.
Just by letting any tom, $#*! and harry post comments about a company or a product without listening the other side, is a very nasty and vague way to malign companies and products. Complaints Board is in no way has any license or empowered to act as a judge to pass judgement on one sided comments by allowing such posts to be displayed without knowing about the issues and without hearing both the parties.
People have a habit of posting negative reviews more than positive reviews. ComplaintsBoard acts as a fuel to project the negative reviews posted by planted and fake people to purposely malign the good companies.
This system is itself defective causing more harm that being useful. Such companies should be banned as they do not serve any useful purpose.
Hello,
We regret to hear about your experience.
ComplaintsBoard.com is a consumer review site (just like the one you used to write this review), not a regulatory authority.
We do not act as a negotiator and do not get involved in the disputes between reviewers and companies.
We don't take anyone's side and let reviewers share their experiences.
As it has been already mentioned in our response to you, you have a free business account on ComplaintsBoard.com that can be used for communication with customers, and a 100% rating that shows how customer service-oriented your business is.
If you disagree with complainants, you can always publicly express in a comment or a private message why you find their reviews to be inaccurate. This will diminish the effect these reviews might have by showing your customers the whole picture of the situation. Moreover, responding to complaints and interacting with your customers brings a higher value to your business.
This information is mentioned in our Business FAQ that's freely available on the website.

This site should be illegal. Absolute lies posted about so many businesses. You can't even respond or it will rank higher in the search engines. Hopefully someday they go out of business. Read real reviews on Google, Facebook and the BBB where customers are actually verified!
May 12th 2023 update:
We did some research and quickly found out that ComplaintsBoard is not headquartered in Riga, Latvia, as is claimed on its website.
It's actually registered and run by someone that lives in Moscow, Russia.
This is likely the reason why the website owner(s) are unafraid of any legal action.
Given the current war in Ukraine, we have advised all of our customers to stop posting reviews of our company in response to what are clearly online attacks by a few of our business competitors on the ComplaintsBoard website.
ComplaintsBoard earns some of its revenue from ad impressions.
Btw, the response from ComplaintsBoard to our review is utter nonsense.
Victory to Ukraine and let's hope these Russian scammers that run complaintsboard.com are enlisted into the Russian army - as cannon fodder.
----------------------
Complaints Board is a scam website, run by a guy from Estonia.
A couple of our business competitors have written "reviews" of our TEFL program on Complaints Board, and have then followed up with anonymous comments.
None of the reviews were written by any of our customers.
When someone adds a comment and has verified their email address with Complaints Board, they have a "Verified customer" label displayed by their comment.
Anyone can verify their email with Complaints board and then become a "Verified customer" without ever purchasing the product or service that they are commenting on or reviewing.
We are assuming that there would be a hell of a lot more complaints written online about Complaints Board, but most business owners are just too afraid to voice concern in case of reprisals from the guy from Complaints Board.
We feel that it is our public duty to warn people about the website.
I imagine that some of the reviews and comments about some companies and individuals are merited.
From our experience though, we would never base our purchasing decisions on the info published on Complaints Board because we know that it is a hotbed for competitor attacks.
This is a real issue because you might be convinced into purchasing a poor product or service because the company has convinced you that its competitors are scams or not legit.
The solution to the issue would be if Complaints Board really did check each and every review to see whether it is from a real customer or not.
That would involve too much hard work and it is just easier for Complaints Board to see its traffic increase by publishing anything and everything.
Btw, we have seen a lot of reviews from people that have said they will proceed with a legal response.
The website owner makes it very clear that anyone can feel free to go ahead and do this, and that he is not intimidated by legal threats.
This is a mistake.
You can take the owner to court.
He is an EU citizen and is bound by EU privacy and data laws.
Tip for consumers:
Don't be intimidated by the owner or by the people that use the site to write trash about you.
If you decide to take legal action, do it without announcing it online.
It definitely helps when you bring peoples' awareness to the site if you are a company and if you choose to expose the site for what it is.
We placed a warning about it on our website and all of our customers understand that none of the reviews are real and that they have been written by our business competitors.
Dear Paul M,
We apologize for any negative experiences you have had on our platform. As a complaints website, we take all feedback seriously and strive to ensure that our platform is a trustworthy and reliable source of information for consumers.
We encourage you to report any reviews or comments that you believe to be fraudulent or in violation of our guidelines. Our team will investigate the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with our policies.
Regarding your concerns about our verification process, we take steps to verify the email addresses of our users to ensure that they are genuine. However, we cannot verify the identities of each and every user who posts on our platform.
We understand that there may be instances where reviews or comments are posted by competitors or other parties with a vested interest. While we cannot completely prevent such activity, we do take measures to detect and remove fake or malicious content when it is reported to us.
We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our platform and services. If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
ComplaintsBoard.com Support Team
You can put up your complaint but you may have them respond back in language bordering abuse. This is if whoever doesn't agree with or approve of your situation. You can't remove your own complaint so before you decide to use them just beware.
Thanks to a complaint i've posted on complaintsboard.com, i've managed to get a refund, from the company, that was refusing to refund me the money i've paid for their fake services for more than a month! Will definitely advice people to post complaints there, if you got fooled by any fake companies.
Complaints Board is a complete online scam. It is a forum for sociopaths, internet trolls and bullies to have a free space to degrade any business or person they choose.
Not only does the site attempt to extract money once the review is published, so does the poster. Usually the poster hits all of the other sites too then demands money.
Complaints Board allows people to assault people's sexuality, character, looks, anything these bullies can think of. Then the company sends it out to other associated sites so that the person or business has this trash show up at the top in every search engine.
This is total blackmail and character assassination. I cannot believe a class action suit has not yet been filed.
Complaints board's complaints are always useful as well as the website itself, especially if you want to see the reputation of a company and what other people say. It's also clear what company cares and what doesn't; just judging by how often they answer, how many unresolved or resolved complaints they have and what they offer to resolve an issue. It's like a litmus test and is definitely reliable. I trust them.
Complaintsboard.com is for sure one of the new bred of online scams, Some faceless creature posted about me and a company. When i contacted Complaintsscam they gave me the run around asking for a URL, then requested I contact the online ghost and get him to remove it... Then they emailed an option saying they could help to take down the post BUT there would be "Cost involved" theres the hook... I can believe ICANN's and the attorney general lets this crap go on. 100% scam, zero credibility. Shut it down!
The website should be more transparent, wan't lie and make people get more trust...
They seem to allow of a lot of obvious fake reviews/complaints about people and companies. This does not seem to be a reputable site.
I don't know how the US gov didn't shut this site down already, it is filled with fraudulent posts that they use to blackmail people and business all over the world to get them to pay a fee to remove these posts...
According to statistics, more than 90% of customers use review websites before making decisions to purchase something. These are my personal recommendations. Never ignore what customers say.
My first website to check if there're any complaints about a certain company is complaintsboard. I recommend you to always do the same, especially if you're gonna spend a lot. Check what other people complain about and check if a company tries to resolve their issues. If yes then there's nothing to worry about, if no, then no one guarantees you won't be one of those complainants.
I guess it's their solid position, but actually lack of positive reviews makes this website trustworthy to me as they reflect the real situation and how a company treats their clients.
People rarely write reviews when they are happy. There's nothing to talk about if everything is perfect.
But if a company screws up, we usually do everything to let everyone know about it. And it's the company that should improve this situation and resolve your problem by any means. Not you.
So I really think that websites like complaintsboard are useful and should exist to avoid misunderstanding, fraud and deception. Those complaints can become a really important part of your shopping experience.
This website allows contributors to harass individuals even though it breaks their terms of use and members conduct!
I've reported this and still nothing has been done about it. I am now seeking a law firm to act on my behalf.
It's even more suspect that they have domain protection for ICANN Whois records. They protect their address!
Complaints, reviews and helpful information regarding allegedly unethical companies and bad business practices. Blacklist of bad companies and goods.
