Barbecue sandwich with slaw and onion rings plus a caramel fudge shake. Wife had a BLT and a soft drink. Everything A+. Hot, tasty, and very reasonable. Barbecue better than most barbecue places. Service was polite and helpful.

I had an interview with cookout for a management position. Before the interview I let them know I didn't want to waste their time because if I couldn't make enough money to pay my bills I would be staying where I currently work. She didn't respect my time. Missed nearly a half day of work. There were four people at the interview presentation, three of the four got up and walked out. We didn't waste your time you wasted our time. I tried to avoid this situation by bringing it up with the phone call from the personnel department. Seventeen an hour is an insult! Rude!

Everytime I have ordered from our location it's wrong or cold or missing items. Also the staff is the world's worst! They are rude and clearly don't care about their job. Used to be a good deal late at night but not anymore.

We where greeted by a young man named Corbin he had a smile and was really pacient while we ordered for ourself and grandkids. Thank you Corbin we will be back thanks to you! May the cookout keep up the good work and God Bless to all.

My husband and I really enjoyed saucy, juicy and tasty burger! They are not oily.The meat was fresh. I will definitely go again. Super easy to get there by public transportation and car. Excellent service, They were very professional in every way. Best of the best. Many thanks...

This was my first time ever coming here.The lady helping us was lovely. They care much about there customer. That personal touch separates this company from it's competitors. Now if we talked about food burger is so delicious, juicy and very fresh... I just love it...

I ordered a shake only to find out that it was a piece of cloth grinned up in my shake and the manager brushed it off, and another time when my order came up to $6.87 and I gave them $10.00 only for them to tell me that they couldn't give me my change which was $3.13 because they didn't have change although they had two line of cars wrapped around the building. Absolutely poor customer service.

I ordered the double burger plate with fries and chili as my sides. The fries were very good. The chili however was a overcooked salty and dried up mess. The burger was very bland and tasteless. I will not be going back here again.

One of the best burger in town. This place never disappoints. Their ingredients and receipe is unique too so if you're looking for a different yet fabbulous beef burger, check out he variety on offer. Double paity with boiled egg is a personal favorite.

This what they call a huge double cheese burger... this is so digusting... I wouldn't let my dog eat that

Bit into burger and bit hair pin and also burger wasn't done and fries was cold went to the one on Albemarle road

I ordered chicken nuggets with my sides and milkshake. They completely messed up. I got hush puppies instead of chicken nuggets. The side was wrong.

I had to repeat my order two times at the drive-through when I clearly spoke and told him that I wanted to shake a tray with a regular burger everything but no onions fries and cheese bites. She repeated the order back to me incorrectly and I had to repeat it a second time then I got home and I had onions on my hamburger I carried it back and I was told by management that she would tell me how it was going to be I would either get a refund or another burger cooked I threw my plate down on the counter and told her I would never be back again. When I called I spoke to a gentleman on the phone and he promised that he would have a burger when I got there cooked and he would give me a refund but the manager told me she would tell me how it was going to be. If you want this kind of service feel free to go there I'll never go back again. If they don't realize customers are there most important asset then they won't stay in business long. By the way this is a Carrollton cookout of Highway 27 S. I ate there probably two times a week at least and sometimes more so if they don't care about my business or me as a customer I'm sure not gonna waste my money when they're much better places to eat.

Ledger details provided through my banking provider, produce proof of the following:
• On the night of 1/20/2023, Cookout's supervisor (female) and cashier (male, with long dreadlocks), attempted to defraud me:

O My food was prepared to order as requested, but I was charged a greater amount
When I asked for a copy of the receipt to confirm the amount charged to my account, the cashier misinformed me by stating the machine was broken and a receipt could not be produced
I immediately called my bank, who confirmed that I was charged 2 dollars more than the item actually cost. At that time, I asked for the manager on duty
The supervisor came to the window, and supported the cashier's claim that the machine was broken; however, by that time, the male cashier who handled payment produced another receipt from the counter register, which was proven to have been fake, printed in the amount of 6.75 for "cash"
When I informed the supervisor that the receipt provided did not match the transaction, she responded, "Sir, I didn't do it. The person who took your money did it. Don't blame me!" However… I never blamed her at all. I simply asked her to fix the problem.
The supervisor then left the front window after also having scolded me for holding up the line while I waited on the billing issue to be corrected. The male cashier returned with his head dropped heavily after she [the supervisor] made a brief comment towards him
The cashier then informed me that the amount of the charge to my account had been reversed and produced a valid printed receipt of the reversal
My bank also confirmed that the transaction had been reversed
I enjoy Cookout and I am a supporter of the chain. You offer good tasting fast-food choices at reasonable prices. I don't enjoy being mistreated and in this case, having been initially defrauded and treated rudely by both members of your staff and management team.
I am writing you to let you know about this because it was obviously an attempt to defraud. It is likely that you are losing thousands of dollars because of the way that transactions are being managed, not to mention the adverse impact it is having on your local reputation with customers in the Statesboro, GA area(s) who support your business frequently.

Please address this matter in good faith and keeping with your corporate policies and moral/ethical values. My time was not considered and Cookout's employees attempted to steal money from me while treating me inappropriately.

My son has a peanut allergy. He went in to the Cookout in $#*!son, TN and ordered a chocolate chip mint milk shake. After drinking some of the milkshake he had an allergic reaction because, he discovered, there was peanut butter in the milk shake! He had to go to the Emergency Room and be treated as his peanut allergy is life threatening, which turned out to be a $500 trip. When he brought it to Cookout's attention, they compensated him with two milkshake coupons and dismissed it as if it were nothing to them. They obviously do not value their customers!

Average food here, expensive and no dips on the side... Waste of money
All pizzas need dips that's added value to the customers. But there mac n cheese hash brown were epic.
