I ordered GHD's from this website on the 20th October and still no sign! After weeks of hounding them with emails I finally got a response just saying simply "We have been informed that you have recieved your straightners, this is now out of our hands". I wasn't offered any refund or resend of the item, so i am now in the process of taking this further through Trading Standard. Keep WELL clear of this site!

Do not use this website its fake! GHD's never turn up then they offer 50% money back saying that customs have them and there is nothing they can do! Yeah right also they do not send a tracking number as advised on there website. Be very carfull.
Does anyone know if trading standards can deal with this?

Be very wary of this site. You may well not receive your goods and then be offered 50% of your money back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE - THEY DO NOT SEND THE ORDERS AND COMMUNICATIONS ARE VERY POOR. I AM STILL TRYING TO CONTACT THEM FOR MY MONEY BACK! AND I ORDERED OVER 2 WEEKS AGO! BEWARE!
