WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS SO THAT THEY WILL COME BACK AND SPEND MORE MONEY... COPPER FIT TREATED ME LIKE $#*! AND CALLED ME A LIAR... Bought 2 of the ankle sleeves got home and opened them and one was a small. Can't get anyone to replace They want me to take it back to the store, an hour away and make them replace it. They didnt package it. Will never purchsce anything else from them.
I ordered the copper fit back brace per the commercial ad on television. They immediately doubled the order and sent me two confirmations. After some time on the phone, I managed to cancel one of the orders and awaited the back brace. After nearly two months, I finally received the brace.
I do not find anything remarkable as per the TV ads. I could have spent $8 to $12 at Walmart or CVS etc., and got a better product. I thought the copper in the brace was for medicinal purposes but learned it was to control odor.
So, in short, if you need a back brace, shop somewhere other than Copper Fit.
I brought one back brace; excited to receive it for support for my back. It felt like a terrible belt on my waist. Didn't relieve no- thing
