At first I was a bit concerned purchasing from such a ‘too good to be true' website, but I've already made five purchases through them now and I've had nothing but good experiences. Yes, the shipping takes awhile and yes, the webpage may look a bit sketchy, but overall the products check out and everything get shipped to me in order.

Don't buy from Cosmetic Love! I placed an order back in early April and they only ship part of the order. I emailed the customer service so many times for missing items but they never response. They don't even issue refund. Horrible business and mean to cheating.

As a long way as I is probably involved, it's been a fundamental and outstanding kindness. You are pretty tremendous in view that I visited your website online, however your customer assist isn't always solid.

I ordered a foundation and a few other sale items on April 8th. On April 12th I was wondering why I haven't received an email confirming the shipping so I went to the website to review my order. A notice popped up (that didn't pop up when I actually placed the order) saying due to COVID-19 and travel bans, some countries could not be delivered to. It said for updates to the US to check their Facebook page, so I did. It said that unless you pay for EMS shipping (an extra $20 no matter what you're ordering) the order will be cancelled. Well, here I am on April 14th, I emailed them two days ago with no reply. I have checked into other Korean based websites that don't have this ridiculous requirement to pay all the extra shipping, so I see this as a way to screw their customers during a time like this. I recently ordered two foundations from a Korean seller on Amazon and got them within two weeks without issue. This website is truly a scam and they go out of their way to cheat people during the COVID-19 outbreak because they think they can get away with it. Really disgusting. Wish I read more reviews about this company before giving them my card details. I now have to sit on hold with my bank for over 30 minutes on hold just to dispute the charge and get my money back. What a shame.

I got a parcel and I am very disappointed. Its an expensive item, which is [Whoo] Luxury Golden Cushion - #23. That is previously used! The top and bottom of the cover with the mirror that has a cushion in is all scratched up and the use by date is changed. It's dangerous to use that kind of product. It's unacceptable. I made 2 orders on this website and in the first order their put half of the most expensive samples that I've ordered and I wrote twice about it and their completely ignored me. Also in the first order the cushion Iope only worked once and then it stopped filling up and turned out to be completely empty and dried out. I though at first it was just an one off mistake and a faulty product, so I've ordered a refill but now when I got a used product with a fake use by date I can see that this company is a fraud.

I ordered 3jars of 150ml Verite Ultra Moist (#*******) and paid inclusive shipping charges total of USD102.32. Emailed ask tracking number for so many days and time but nobody reply. Why? What happen?
I want to add my proof of purchase, had converted to PDF file also can not upload. Really fainted!

It's been a week since i purchased some goods in the website but i haven't received any tracking number. Tried to reached out to them via email, website, instagram and even through paypal but they don't answer.

I am still waiting for their response. Worst case, ill escalate them in paypal and they don't even issue a refund. It's just so frustrating. THIS IS MONEY WASTED.

So cosmetic love responded and we expressed our unsatisfaction over communication. They understood the issue and upon our request refunded the money immediately. We are happy with overall handling of the matter and wish them well.

I ordered (order# *******) items worth $500 on September 3,2018 from cosmetic love and after that I did not receive any update from them till date. So I decided to mail them, surprisingly I did not receive any reply/acknowledge from them.
What if there is any item missing/damaged (if they at all deliver the items on time), how am I supposed to reach out.
I believe that customer service is most important service in online shopping business.
All in all I am really disappointed with overall experience so I am asking for refund for which also they have not responded yet.

I asked on August 9,2018 for cosmetic love and I did not receive any updates so far, September, 13. My request still with status not fulfilled. (# *******)
I sent five times and received no response!
Worst customer service ever! Lack of customer care!

You will most likely get either a large shipping cost, not have one of your products from your order list send to you, or have to wait a long time for your products to arrive at your doorstep.
The shipping cost is depending on its weight, which can quickly add up. One time I brought a few sheet mask from this site but when I went to confirm my purchase, the shipping cost was more expensive the total cost of sheet mask I brought. Also if a product has heavy packaging, like glass, the shipping cost would shoot up dramatically, from as low as $5.00 USD to over $20.00 USD.
On multiple occasions, I didn't get one or more products from my order list. Sometimes its sunscreen, sometimes its moisturizer, but all the time it is not completely refunded. It is always partially refunded, which makes it even more irritating. This notice can be as early as within the week you order it or as long as a month after waiting, which happen to me when I order during the Black Friday event.
Whether you buy the cheapest or most expensive type of transportation route, you will always have to wait forever, that you begin to question whether or not your order was even being shipped in the first place. I had to wait over a month, A MONTH, for the normal shipping. Plus I didn't even know the progress of my order shipment since this type of shipment didn't send any notice to the customer. Another instance, I had to wait or 2 to 3 weeks longer than expected when I used their other shipment types. Not only did I had to wait for weeks on end, I had to pay even more for the unreliable transportation.
To be safe, as a previous customer, I recommend using another website. While there are always sales, the shipping cost balances it out with other websites and the unreliable customer service makes the shopping experience unenjoyable. Take my advice (or rant depending on how you look at it) and go to a reliable website other than Cosmetic Love.

Received bad customer service from Luna. Whenever I email them t takes them a week or so to reply or they don't reply at all. Bought some items but package went missing, never refunded me. Blames on the address provided or post office. Says they are not responsible for it.

Placed an order on 6th of August 2017. Wrote them an email via their website's contact form enquiring about the status of my order on the 10th of August. Submitted another enquiry in regards to my order on the 14th of August as no response from the first contact form. Wrote another enquiry via their contact form again on the 14th of August, as STILL no response for my first 2 enquiries. Private messaged the company via Facebook Messenger on the 15th of August, no response. Wrote a review on their website, giving them 1 star rating and saying that they don't respond to queries from their customers, took a screenshot of the review. The review was deleted by the website's administrators 1 minute later. I paid for EMS shipping as I wanted to receive my products as soon as possible. It is now the 15th of August, and I have still not gotten any responses from Cosmetic-Love. At first, I thought that it was safe to order from, since there weren't that many negative or low star rating reviews on their website. But after seeing firsthand that they delete their negative reviews, I decided that I would post on a 3rd party review website, such as this one, so that future customers can decide for themselves.

It's been 2 weeks since I paid for my order and they still didn't ship out my package. They didn't give me any notice about products out of stock or any delay. I just realised the whole thing when I went on to check my order. I emailed them like 10 times and they just use automatic email to answer. Then email me that they going to ship out 1 item and I will be informed when the rests are shipped out (but didn't mention WHEN!) while in the last email I request a refund because I have been waiting for too long. LITERALLY CUSTOMER SERVICE = 0 & SHOW NO RESPECT TO CUSTOMERS

Hi i bought the powder from cosmetic love as shown on ebay is 30 g but they send me 20 g instead and not response for this cheating
Very bad korean seller and very cheating seller do not buy anything from bad seller like cosmetic love

I ordered 2 items on June 1,2015 and received the items on June 15,2015 from Korea to Canada. I LOOVVE this shop because
A) They give free samples to every order (except when you purchase the samples)
B) Free shipping! Or $2.50 USD for tracking number. Which is incredible cheap!
C) The prices are really cheap compared to most retail sites like Amazon. I only paid $37 CAD compared to amazon that charges $46 for the same item.
I will forever purchase from this site from now on!

Note: overseas usually take longer but I think I got lucky. Also the prices are in USD.

I've never written an online view before, but i want to give credit where it's undeniably due. It's hard to decide whether to order from this website or not because there are such mixed reviews (which is usually the case), but anyway i decided to give it a go. After placing my 1st order from cosmeticlove on January 18th, i recieved a shipping confirmation on January 24th (basically 5 business days later). I ordered 2 foundations, a mascara, a eyeliner, a tweezer and 16 face masks. My shipping was the regular not expedited shipping, and it cost me $15, which is honestly really really good. The shipping on this site is based on the weight of your order. My total was $41 (insanely cheap because ONE foundation from sephora is easily $40) and after shipping costs and all it came out to be $56 (still amazing). Also, everything is processed through paypal incase you're wondering. Once i recieved my shipping confo email the following week, they mentioned that everything had been shipped except for 3 masks out of the 16 i ordered. They sent a sincere, professional email to me and even apologised. They assured that a refund will be processed through paypal, and i should be expecting an email from them. I recieved the refund to my account yesterday. It took about a week, but that wasn't an issue because it was just a few dollars. I received my package today (January 31), so all in all it took 13 calendar days from when i placed my order. I was so so so happy about this because i really wasn't expecting my order until sometime in February. I live in the USA - Texas by the way. Also, nothing i ordered came damaged, used or anything crazy like that (all brand new stuff lol). Overall when ordering things online this kind of stuff happens where the site doesn't actually have what you ordered anymore, which sucks yes, but even domestically within the states it happens on like nordstrom or macy's online. I personally feel like nowadays people don't have the patience, and if you're someone who doesn't have patience then i wouldn't recommened ordering anything online unless you have the money to expedite it. People are also so sensitive and choose to be stubborn rather than to understand or wait for someone to give them a chance to explain what is going on with the order. Like it's a business, they are there to sell, and they probably have multiple warehouses where they are double triple checking to see if they have what you ordered. If this website was anything like it's bad reviews, it isn't now. Perhaps they've learned from the experiences? I really can't say besides from what i experienced. It is honestly worth the wait and definitely worth the savings. Hope this helps. I will reorder on a needs basis.
