I ordered the Sailor Venus costume off their website for Halloween this year. I was extremely disappointed. Not only did the dress not look like it did in the picture, but it was cheaply made. The bows that come on the costume were not even sewed on, they came separate. I asked for the size that matched my measurements and it was at least 4 times bigger than what I asked for. Also, the gloves were so big that they reached my shoulders. When I tried to contact the website about it (several times), they ignored me. Which is funny because when I contacted them before I purchased the falsely advertised costume about shipping they answered the same day. Since they wouldn't answer back, I went through PayPal to contact them and requested a refund which they quickly rejected. Their reply was basically that they make the costume a size bigger than you ask because they want to make sure it fits. Which doesn't make much sense at all. I replied back asking for an exchange at least for a smaller size since I can't get my money back and they never replied. I will never use this site again.

At first i thought that this website was exactly what i was looking for, for the costume i was looking for which was the green arrow costume from smallville such a B. A. costume. I spent about three weeks looking for as close to the real thing as i could find I. E. made with leather rather then plethora and not having to spend an arm and a leg for it. So i find this site which says that its hand made with real leather, and they have the costume I'm looking for, the way i want it to look. So i order it from them two weeks before this Halloween which when you order it, it tells you that it will take 5-7 business day for the shipping which im like thats fine stander time for shipping. Well seven days later no costume. Now i payed $225 dollars for it (so only an arm) but personally i would rather have the costume so i give it an extra day just to be sure it wasn't just cause the mails was slow or something. So im now two days away from when i need it so i email the company saying whats the deal why hasn't it arrived yet and then wait a day for a response and nothing, so i email them again asking them to please contact me to let me know whats going on and why it isn't here yet, again i wait a day and nothing so i file a complaint with paypal and with in hours they refunded my money now its great they gave me my money back but i am now a day away from Halloween and have no costume because they didn't have the common business cents and courtesy to email me back and tell me they aren't going to have it done in time and that i should look some were else. On top of that i also now have no money for another costume because the refund won't go through tell after at least 3 business days so i am S. O. L. Now for Halloween because of this site i do not recommended EVER shopping at this site don't give yourself the headache find another better site
