I needed a dress for an event. This company posted size measurements. I took my measurements so that I ordered the right size. The company does not offer refunds. I received the dress and it did not fit around bust area. My measurement was smaller than there maximum number. When I contacted them, Cowgirl Kate said in this case she would talk to owner about a refund due to situation. Needless to say they have ignored all emails and will not return our calls. I would not order from this small business. It would have better to order from China.
