Let Me first say that Cox Cable has been one problem after another. There is always an outage going on in where you t effects the Internet & Cable etc. The "Reset" feature on n the App and Website not having the "Reset Equipment" option working for any of the Cable Boxes for a month now and I just get "RESET UNSUCCESSFUL" I have been calling 8 weeks in a row and getting one excuse after another. It's an obvious software issue no one with Cox is fixing. PLEASE FIX THE "RESET EQUIPMENT" OPTION FOR THE WEBSITE AND APP FOR THE CABLE BOXES)
My rate for cable tv, phone, and Internet from Cox Cable jumped from $229.76 on 12/17 to $239.23 on 2/18, using their "Bundle" plan due to a " yearly rate increase". I am livid!
When I called to question it the rep said it "HAPPENS EVERY YEAR".
I have been with them for over 15 years and made that point to her as I have been bombarded with offers from Verizon and Direct TV. Her reply- "thank you". Well, "thankyou" doesn't pay my bills!
