I am usually Australian size 18. I ordered a size 24 to be very careful Swimsuit still doesn't fit. Company not responding. Will lodge a complaint with PayPal.
Waste of money, don't use this site.

I am so disappointed and annoyed that I did not check before ordering from Cozyswim. I initially contact them with a question re the garment I wanted and they did reply. I placed the order on March 7,2021 and received a confirmation email with Order# but I still have not received the garment. I have emailed twice enquiring when the garment will be shipped... but no reply.

Too bad there isn't a ZERO rating! I wish I'd read these reviews prior to purchasing swimsuits from this JOKE OF A MERCHANT! All the things reported happened to me... back and forth emails asking for reasons for bad fit/sizing, pictures, are our sizing charts incorrect?... you name it! So far, four back and forth emails! I've had it! It's worth it to me to throw the crap in the garbage and be done with it! I will NEVER order from these frauds again... and will do my best to make sure no one else does!

I ordered 2 swimsuits and a cover-up before going on vacation and regret not checking the reviews on this company first. Sizing of both suits were too small and oddly shaped, very cheap quality. The cover-up came with a tear in it. I contacted them via email the day after I received my items and got the same run around as everyone else by the sounds of it. They requested that I send pics, which is ridiculous to start with. I was NOT about to "model" the items so took pics of them spread out on a table. From there it has been a total run around with emails back and forth and them asking if $13 was ok for a partial refund! What a joke! I'm done playing their games and I will not be replying again. Biggest fraud company ever! DO NOT ORDER from this company!

Number 1, beware their sizing chart. The US sizes are NOT standard and suits run VERY small for what they're classified as.
Number 2: They advertise "free returns in 30 days", but that's a joke. They want pictures of the item and will go round and round with you... then offer you $3. I regret ever purchasing from this site.

All was ok until I asked to return the swimsuit because it was too small. I was never given permission to return or the address even after countless emails. I would not recommend Cozyswim to my worst enemy! No wonder they have such a terrible rating. I'm sorry I did not check them out before ordering from them.

The return policy is within 15 days of receipt, shipping at expense of customer and you must get approval from the seller for a return label. However, when you follow those instructions to submit a return they ask you to send them pictures of you measuring yourself. I am not sending pictures of my bust, waist, or any body part in order to get a refund. I responded stating I was not comfortable and should not be asked to send pictures of my body to return an item. I'm not even returning the item due to size. I have yet to hear back from them.

Bought 4 swimsuits. One fit. The others did not look good on my body type. Tried to return. Kept getting run around. They now want me to pay $45-$55 to return items back to China. Stuck with suits I won't use. Do Not Buy From Them!

Do not buy from them. The sizes run small. I have tried emailing several times to get instructions to return swimsuit and receive a refund. No response from no one. I do not recommend this company

It took weeks to get two bathing suits and I paid for expedited shipping. The suits were too small. I emailed the company about returning the items. Just as the other comments made: they wanted me to take measurements, send pictures, offered me 5 bucks, it would cost me up to 40.00 to send back to China, they were closed a week for a festival, told I should give to a friend.
I have called my bank to dispute the charges on my account. I am returning the suits back to sender. Like another frustrated customer, I was looking to buy bathing suits quickly for vacation without checking out the real reviews.

Bought 2 suits. Arrived quickly. Unfortunately neither suit fit correctly and on the day of delivery, I immediately contacted the company for a "Return Authorization" that they require. They responded in 2 days at 11:55pm on a Friday night stating I had only 5 days from that date to return (no return information included). They asked if I would accept a partial refund instead of returning and said to reply for return instructions. I replied immediately for the return info. Why would I need 2 suits that don't fit. It has been 11 days and 4 additional emails from me to *******@vacaycozy and the company paypal has who I paid (*******@hfashionltd.com). They have not responded.

DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THIS COMPANY!

Do not buy a thing from this company! I ordered 2 suits that are totally sized incorrectly. I have been trying for several weeks to get an address to return them within their 15 day return policy. They responded to my initial emails with ridiculous request for pictures of the suits, disregarding my full explanation that they don't fit, taking 2 days to respond and eating to to the 15 day return policy. Nowhere in their site do they tell you the suits have to be returned to a warehouse in China and shipping is at your own expense... Somewhere between $30-$40. I have asked for a refund and was offered $5 and then $7 with a note that I can keep the suits. I paid $65 for suits that cannot be worn. This is a scam Company
And they have done this to others. I was in a rush to order for vacation and did not do my due diligence to check for reviews. Google them to see other complaints. I added these comments to other posts and they are deleting my posts. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It is a scam and you will lose your money. I am not done pursuing this.

Their merchandise is of the worst quality. Sizing is way off... too small. Their website advertises FREE RETURNS. I contacted them the day I received my merchandise (8/27) for a return authorization. And since then I've gotten the runaround. They wanted pictures with measurements. I sent them. And since then it's been Let's Make a deal. With them offering me $3, then $5 and so on... think we're up to $20 and tell me to keep items. In order to get a full credit, they want me to ship the items to CHINA and send them the tracking number and wait another 30 days for a refund. Do you think I believe them? Besides it will cost ME more to send items back. What a rip off! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDS!
