I called cpapdirect.com in Dec 2019 because I was having issues with a cpap cleaner I purchased on 9/1/2018 with and extended warranty. The machine has started making noises, and now only holds a charge for 2 -3 days compared to when new the charge lasted for 6 - 7 days. I was assured in Dec 2018 that a new unit would be sent out, but it has never arrived, my guess is that they just push warranty problems under the carpet and hope they go away. The order # is 196646
