Worst customer service. I ordered couple of collars which turned out to be too big. First, they wouldn't exchange them claiming all of the collars are custom made, but after agreeing to exchange one of them, I never received the replacement. This time they claimed they never received my return. Never buying anything from Crazy Rebels again.

I was on a wait list for over a year. When I finally was able to order and pay for my collar and leash set, I thought I would only have to wait no more than two months max. I waited so long I almost forgot I even ordered anything. When I realized I did not get it or hear anything from them for about 5 months, I emailed. They said my stuff would be done soon and I should recieve it the following month. The next month came and went. I contacted them again. Got the run around again. I did finally recieve my order 9 months after I paid for it. About 2 years total from getting put on a wait list to recieving my order. I will never order from them again. There are other good collar makers out there that do not take that long.also, the entire 9 months I was waiting they had premade sales every friday. They had time to make collars for the premade sales, but no time to make the custom orders that were already paid for.
I really like these collars, but absolutely hate buying from this company because they are chronically behind schedule. Regarding my past two orders, I checked the box that I acknowledge that production can take UP TO 8 weeks. After 8 weeks I emailed them and was told that my order would be shipped in 2 weeks. On the Friday of the second week I had not received shipment notifications so I emailed them again and was told that it would ship by the end of the week. Late Sunday night I received an email that USPS had received *info* about the shipment. As of Tuesday, USPS still had no updated info (read as: the item still hadn't been dropped off). The company didn't even upgrade shipping speed. Very disappointed.
